Wearing this perfume is like diving into a box of perfectly sugar powdered rose flavoured Turkish delight. I love a powdery rose scent and this one is exceptional. The patchouli is very subtle. Despite all that talk about sweets, it's not a cloying scent, and the vanilla is really only present in the dry down. It's very refined and delicate. I bought my bottle from the boutique in St Paul de Vence, France when I was on holiday. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a visit. A very cute little store in a charming little town.

Beautiful powdered roses in candy sugar powder This is what i get: powdered mildly sharp roses, powdered sandalwood, & powder sugar with hints of lapdanum, and powdered patchouli. A beautiful powder blend that is incredibly balanced. The more i sniff it the more i get attached to it. Very beautiful indeed.

This is a gorgeous sweet, refined rose with a top note that you like to experience again and again when you spray it. I want to bathe in it. The dry down is powdery rose that makes you feel really feminine and refined, very chic. I do not like to write a long review on it so I will leave it at that.

This is a charming, classy scent. I'd say it's got a vintage vibe (not surprisingly, as it was created in 1951), but it can still be enjoyed in 2021. It's a sweet rose on a bed of patchouli and tonka. Keeping close to the skin. Lovely bottle!
