Fervo Intenso

I've been on a quest for an Angels' Share alternative I can wear to bed, because wearing it to bed and reapplying it throughout the day has caused me to burn through a 50ml bottle in 1 1/2 months. I even bought a new 100ml bottle to stock up. I would much prefer to reserve the real thing for the daytime, and wear a close alternative to bed at night, for the sake of my pockets. On my quest for an alternative, I was recommended two fragrances by Angels' Share perfumer: Fervo Intenso, and Sand Desert at Sunset Intense. I couldn't get my hands on a sample of the latter, so I decided to test Fervo Intenso and take it from there. Given that this is not a dupe, I was skeptical it could scratch the Angels' Share itch. I sprayed this on my wrist today and was shocked by two things: both how similar this is to Angels' Share, and how beautiful the differences of this version are. Make no mistake, this is clearly inspired by Angels' Share: boozy, sweet, gourmand, warm, and, despite not being listed, with a dash of cinnamon. This fragrance also has the same beautiful, hard-to-describe glow that, to me, defines Angels' Share. I'd say the two are 60% similar. Fervo Intenso differs in a few qualities: it's chocolatey, almost musky, the sweetness is dialed back a touch, and a bit woodier. Instead of ruining the DNA, which is what I believe happened with Paradis and On the Rocks, Fervo Intenso twists the original in an inventive but satisfying and beautiful way. For $165/75ml, this is an incredible way to scratch the Angels' Share itch for a better, albeit still premium, price. Now, I'm faced with a decision: wait for samples of some actual dupes to arrive, buy a bottle of Fervo Intenso impulsively, or blind buy Sand Desert at Sunset Intense ($45) now that I know this perfumer can replicate the Angels' Share DNA accurately and beautifully. Anyway, the moral of the story is that this fragrance replicates Angels' Share enough to satisfy my love for it, while also differentiating itself enough to be original and stand on its own. This deserves a 9/10, especially if the performance holds up, which only time will tell.

Uma jóia da perfumaria nacional. Elegante, qualidade altíssima, ousado, porém equilibrado. Está na mesma família do Angels' Share e do Lattafa Khamrah, porém com um toque nacional e, na minha opinião, consideravelmente melhor do que o Khamrah. O fato dele não se propor a ser um dupe é muito beneficial, pois dá a ele uma liberdade artística que o Khamrah não tem. Ele é definitivamente semelhante ao Angels' Share, mas com um toque brasileiro, uma personalidade própria e uma qualidade de notas muito acima do que o seu preço sugere. A presença de mirra no lugar da canela e a ausência de tonka também trás uma naturalidade maior e uma doçura muito menos enjoativa. A íris também presente, porém sutil, dá uma textura e profundidade sensacionais. Talvez o melhor perfume da Granado e sem dúvidas um dos melhores perfumes já produzidos nesse país.

the most long-lasting fragrance i've tested from granado (over 5h, only really leaving my skin once I showered) is also the most intoxicating. warmly sweet and spicy, it is a deliciously non-obvious sensual winter scent. first comes the alcoholic sweet spices, then they open space for the cacao woody alcohol — i really didn't feel the fruity top notes at all, but I'm sure they work to soften all the obvious strong sweetness it could become. love it so much! I've truly become seduced by fervo intenso 🩷

Ooh, this is really nice. Smells more complex and spicy than the notes would suggest. The Cachaça note is a new one on me, too. I wish Granado would do their perfumes in small bottles individually rather than in sets as it is harder to get a small quantity without also buying soap, hand cream etc that I do not really want. Having said that, got this small bottle from Ebay which I assume came from a gift set, and it may be good enough to warrant a full bottle in the fullness of time.

Simplesmente absurdo, uma jóia da perfumaria nacional. Bem alcoólico, gourmand, sinto a cachaça e o cacau bem presentes, com um dulçor gourmand intenso e uma íris suave e redonda de fundo. Não se engane pela pirâmide olfativa, ele é bem doce apesar de não parecer. A fragrância chega a lembrar uma rabanada ou uma torta de maçã, tendo também um acorde que remete à canela. No geral, por 233 reais no site da granado (com desconto de primeira compra) é uma pechincha.

Impossível alguém não gostar disso. Bem quentinha, bem docinha, mas de um jeito super agradável, e eu nem gosto de perfume doce. Perfume perfeito pra noites frias, bem frias mesmo, abaixo de 10 celsius, o que infelizmente o torna bem inutilizável em boa parte Brasil. Mas quem pode usar, que use. Pra mim, falta aquele “tchan”, apesar de ser gostoso ele não chama a atenção, então eu não usaria em ocasiões chiques. Mas ainda assim ele é delicioso.

It just arrived in the mail and I sprayed one spritz on my forearm and man o man o man... I can't even describe how exquisite this one is. I can detect cinnamon which has been elegantly, and also I can discern a booze-like note in it similar to cognac. It is extremely sophisticated. I love it way more than Angel's Share. I ordered it directly from Granado website, and it came fairly quickly, like less than five days. Money well-spent.

Gives off the same sort of profile as japanese whiskey, which I also love. It's a sweety boozy, chocolately scent. As it drys down the cacao takes front stage and starts to get even sweeter. Still determining if this is full bottle worthy, further testing is required, but I like what I've seen so far in this fragrance, and I will be keeping it in my rotation of fragrances for winter.

Parecido com o sweet from heaven, porém com menos canela e levemente menos doce, focando mais na nota de cacau, que dá um aspecto mais achocolatado amargo, com a íris dando um leve atalcado que cria um acorde de cacau em pó. Na minha pele, o sweet from heaven performou bem mais, principalmente em projeção, mas em termos de aroma o fervo intenso julgo ser um pouco mais refinado.

Purchased a small 25ml sample and... ...wow! This isn’t really a dupe for AS. Instead it’s for someone who likes the AS profile, but wants less of a cinnamon bomb and a scent that is more creamy. I’m starting to appreciate the iris, cacao pairing - it gives a warm, fluffy, sweetness to perfumes which is really enjoyable. The cachaca lifts this perfume also! Very underrated.

Smells almost exactly like Khamrah from Lattafa. There is a slight difference in the opening where you can smell a boozy note in this one which truly smells like cachaça. I only wish Granado would have gone in a more original direction for their first gourmand and not just replicating a trendy DNA. Pretty solid and good quality fragrance though, as usual from the house.

I usually think that people overstate the similarity between two fragrances, but the similarities between this and Angel's Share are undeniable. I like it a little bit more. The dry down is more pleasant. There's a formaldehyde note in Angel's Share that's absent here. Really gorgeous fragrance. Cinnamon isn't listed in the notes breakdown, but it's definitely here.

Simplesmente o melhor perfume da minha coleção! É um perfume totalmente gourmet, remetendo a algo bem doce tipo uma torta bem doce com canela. A nota de cachaça é bem perceptível, o perfume exala algo destilado e essa é a melhor parte do perfume na minha opinião. Desempenho do perfume é excelente, vai durar mais de 10 hrs na pele e projeção excelente 10/10

Perfume intenso e expansivo, como uma noite fria de festa no Brasil. Tem muita personalidade e pode ser sufocante para quem não gosta de doce e especiarias. Para mim, por outro lado, é uma delícia! A nota de cachaça é hipnotizante, me sinto uma bruxa latina usando. Recomendo para festas noturnas e ocasiões especiais, porque definitivamente é bem marcante!

This is absolutely lovely. I want a full bottle, although I was unable to try the longevity since they do not do testers... It does smell like Angel's Share and Jany by Soradora (Jany is more lactonic and less tropical in a way, It has more a puff pastry scent and less of the apple pie that this has). I do love both of them !

Aside all comparasons and refferences, for me this smell like hot raisin roll. But with some kind of distilled beverage included in the recepie. Delicious, warm and inviting smell. The best of Granado untill now, side by side with Boemia. This one has niche quality. 10/10.

On me smells like alcoholic cinnamon and apple, def one of my faves! This is a trend with Granado overall, but these scents are super long lasting, might not project too much but they dry down to a really nice clean scent that suits your skin. 10/10 ❤️

Love this. I smell boozy, spicy apricot. I usually don't like fruity fragrances but this one is bussin' bussin'. If you like spicy and gourmand perfumes, you might like this one or at least certainly tolerate it.

I smelled this in a niche hut, said to myself this is going home with me, has a almost sugary smell to me but in a good way, the cocktail note is very good and the dry down is your typical sandalwood, 9/10 scent

Love this so much! Finding out Benoist Lapouza is the perfumer behind it totally explains the vibe. He is also the nose behind Angels' Share, and now everything clicks.

Sweet warm oriental, basically smells like cachaça with cinnamon, without being overpowering. A true masterpiece, maybe the best Granado fragrance out there.

Começa com um cheiro de canela, que não está nas notas, porém, eu acho beeem presente uns 2 minutos depois entra um cítrico levinho, como se eu estivesse tomando um chá de canela com uma pessoa fazendo um suco de laranja ao meu lado, 30 minutos depois chega uma cachaça deliciosíssima que fica presente o tempo inteiro com umas 3h o amadeirado sobe e a cachaça fica como coadjuvante, porém, ainda pode ser sentida é um amadeirado leve e bem doce devido ao cacau, um perfume delicioso e barato! Só gostaria que durasse mais, tenho 7-8 horas de fixação só

Festa Junina in a bottle: Quentão! 🍹 It reminds me a lot of Khamrah by Lattafa. Sadly, I don’t know Angel’s Share yet to make a proper comparison. *Quentão, the classic Brazilian drink of cachaça or wine infused with ginger, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, citrus peels and fresh apple — spicy, sweet, fruity and deeply warming, the scent of winter celebrations served steaming hot.

If there's a "night by the beach" perfume, this one is definitely is. The cachaca adds a complex sweetness to this perfume that makes it unique. The myrrh tones the sweetness down -- grounds it -- so it is not so airy (the way some sweet perfumes tend to be). Definitely happy to have this in my collection.

The opening reminds me of a sweet, spicy, boozy carrot cake and it's delicious! There's definitely some cinnamon in there. Unfortunately when it dries down it smells somewhat artificial like my chai body wash or like a generic gingerbread candle to me. It's still pleasant, but I feel let down.

The only thing I smell is cacao. I wish I smelled more of the spicy and boozy notes but I can only smell artificial chocolate. I might like it on another person but it's not really for me if it smells like cacao

Weirdly sweet, reminds me of bad lotion scent. The cachaça note is probably the main culprit.

Very elegant boozy, spicy scent. I’m reallly impressed with the quality, it smells gorgeous and totally unisex. I managed to bag a 25ml on eBay for under £20 and would definitely consider a full bottle. I look forward to trying some others from this house. Warm spices, booze, and a creamy, chocolatey sandalwood and iris drydown. Delicioso!

Very good! It does remind me a bit of Angel's Share, but they're still quite different. Fervo Intenso is not as cloying in my opinion, and the boozy notes come out more, whereas AS feels a bit more like a gourmand. Also, Fervo Intenso (and Granado in general) is very affordable. I got the mini 25 ml bottle for approx 20 EUR.

Yes, it is similar to Angel's Share. However it is a tad less sweet and even if it is not quoted among the Notes, the cinnamon is more prominent. Super worthy, for great price and great longevity. I would say it is the best dupes of Angel's Share...much closer that Kamrah

One of the best dupes for Killian Angel's share. Even better than Kamrah. Despite not being among the notes, the cinnamon is delicious! It is a little less sweet than Kamrah and boozier.
