Cabotine Cristalisme

I get many compliments when i'm wearing this perfume. Smells like an expensive perfume.(I found out this perfume in an outlet shop, sitting on a dusty shelf by itself and bought it from a very discounted price) Green apple and ylang ylang notes in the opening makes me happy everytime i spray this. My bottle is almost empty, since this perfume came out as a limited edition flanker, the fact that i couldn't buy this again makes me sad.

I bought this blind as I quite like the Cabotine range. I LOVE this! More than I expected. My favourite so far! I bought the 100ml for NZ$24 (

I bought it just because after buying floralisme I decided to collect all cabotine flankers and this was the only one I could find.I didn't expect to like it since most rated notes are risky ones for me(sandalwood,patchouli,pink pepper)but a 1.7oz was just 12.5 bucks so I was not worried Cristalisme is completely different from what I thought it would be.it doesn't smell cheap even a bit as it's well blended,balanced and has a nice development.it's a grown up scent and a sensual one It opens with a crisp and clean scent.I think what I'm smelling is a combination of granny smith apple,pink pepper and florals.pink pepper just adds to Apple's crispness and florals(mostly a clean jasmine) stay soft and never try to make it about themselves It gets deeper as it dries down.to be honest I can't pickup any sandalwood or patchouli.base notes have a big role in cristalisme but they're so well blended that non of them stands out separately or overpowers other notes.what I can feel as base notes are subtle-creamy woody notes,non-sweet non-foody vanilla,musk in the safest form possible,neither dirty nor detergent like and powder.these base notes round florals while still a hint of apple keeps everything fresh. It's not a heavy scent on my skin.I don't feel a heavy balsamic vibe.also it's not heavily floral and I can feel a cold and crisp undertone in it which makes it a great spring perfume.it's light and stays close to skin and I see it as an office friendly perfume which can be pretty versatile.it's wearable year round,both days and evenings suitable for almost all the occasions except when you need a loud headturner.I like my perfumes to have big sillage so I wished it to be stronger but in this case,it's clean,classy and kind of calm scent lingers on skin for long hours so it makes up for it's soft to moderate sillage I bought it just for it's cute bottle but now I'm happy with it.I highly recommend it since I see it worthes more than it's price tag.it can also make a good gift for +25 ladies. P.s:except first hour,I can smell it just when I smell my skin closely.it's very soft but it's still there after 7hours!a lot of more expensive high end perfumes don't last half of this,it also smells high end! It's a shame that nobody can notice such a nice scent on me.but it's cheap and easy to carry in bag and it smells pleasant all through it's life so I can reapply it این عطر بنظرم خیلی بیشتر از قیمتش میرزه.رایحه خانومانه و باکلاس و تمیزی داره.هیچ شباهتی به تصورات من نداشت.درکل زیاد گلی و یا بالزامی نیست و یه تم کمی سرد و تمیز و پودری داره که ملایم و زیباست.نمام نت ها یجورایی محسوس هستن اما هیچ کدوم غالب نیستن.نت های چوبی هرچند نقش مهمی دارن اما اصلا عطر رو زمخت و مردونه نمیکنن..ماندگاری خوبی داره اما از لحاظ پخش،ملایم تا متوسطه.

Well, noses differ. I'm really enjoying my bottle and don't find it repetitive of anything in my (large) collection. Cristalisme opens bright and deceptively simple with bergamot and green apple, the way a floral fruity might. But wait! High quality leaded crystal glassware at first seems like plain transparent glass, too, until bright light hits it and a rainbow of colors appears on the other side. Same thing here. Within seconds the green top notes yield the way for rose, jasmine and tuberose (faint tuberose, thankfully, because I don't care for it) and suddenly I realize this is no mere floral fruity! About 10 minutes in the top and middle notes become muted --but still present-- and a gorgeous wave of superbly blended sandalwood, musk, amber and bitter vanilla (not candy-sweet vanilla) appear and it's this blend that remains on my skin. Very much an oriental floral. Cristalisme lasts 6-8 hours on me, which I think is excellent longevity for an edt. I think the concentration must be at the high end for edt because each spray leaves an oily sheen on my skin. Added bonus: the heavy bottle is much prettier than the picture and a 100ml bottle can be had for very little money (under $30 USD).

I was pleasantly surprised at this fragrance.Its never been on my 'want' list but boy am I happy I have it. It does have a sparkling crystal quality to it without being lightweight or girly. Lasts all day on me and is beautifully smooth and close by the evening. I agree with others that it is unlike any other fragrance I have. Lots of compliments on this one and I work close to people. When you see it, grab it. Its a darling. I'll be looking for it again.
