Puro

Puro is a perfect all year rounder, perfect for all occasions - formal or informal. There's something spritely yet sophisticated about this fragrance. I haven't smelled Kirke by Tiziana Terenzi but if that one is as close to erba pura as everyone else says it is, I'd have to say that Puro in my opinion smells nothing like it. This is comes off as a more tangy floral and slightly muskier version of Greenley by PDM to my nose, although not close enough in scent profile to officially vote it as smelling like Greenley - Puro would be Greenley's distant cousin. I can imagine wearing this to a formal event like a wedding, wearing it out to brunch or to the office. And even though it's good enough for everyday wear, I find it to be completely unique. It's also not so different and stereotypically "niche" that it could offend some people either. It would make for a perfect signature scent. I can't think of any other perfume that smells like it off the top of my head, I'm thoroughly impressed!

What an interesting fragrance! It feels so complex and unique that I don’t know how to describe it. I would say it differs from everything what’s in my collection, even though I own a few musky fruity florals. Puro feels intense and rich, like a night scent, with lots of fruits and flowers mixed with some spices and musk. This is a hard scent to dissect given the sheer amount of notes. It is super well blended and hard to pick out single notes with ease. Based just on the name, I was expecting something more feminine, delicate and airy type of scent. It’s none of these. It’s an extrait de parfum and it’s really strong, dense and punchy. It’s an all in one type of fragrance but not very pleasant to me. Doesn’t smell bad, but it’s not my cup of tea. Personally, I don’t really like Gritti’s Prive bottles. I am aware that they are inspired by Venetian’s history and culture and the velvet from the bottle is a nod to former Venetian doges clothing, and I normally love to see the way that art intertwines, but I perceived these bottles as chunky and unattractive looking. The colourful line, I Turchesi, for summertime scents are the only ones I would love to own. More of my style! While I am happy to had the chance to try Puro, I don’t like the scent enough to splurge more than 300€ for a bottle. I think it’s a different scent than what I have but I don’t love the scent and I wouldn’t wear this often.

Lovely floral scent. It should come in a light pink bottle. Super girlie, but also kind of old fashioned, it reminds me of something that I have had in the past...maybe some older version of Miss Dior? mixed with something from the 90's Sweet from tonka, fruity and floral notes, mostly apple and magnolia. It feels creamy, the sandalwood and tonka make a very smooth drydown. It bothers me that I can't find what it reminds me off. Very nice, very feminine, would buy it if I find in it in a discounter site.
