Flora Emerald Gardenia

This perfume is not like Gorgeous gardenia but i would say they both have the same sweetnes in it but this limited edition one is just a perfect balance between a sweet warm scent and earth fresh scent. It just isn't an ugly fragrances, you would defnitely want to smell this on your wrist, and i would have this as my signature scent for days when i feel going for a more mature sweet floral type of fragrance, but it is a limited edition so I do not know if i should buy this or not... with limited editions it is kinda risky because you might love it that much that you would want to keep it as a staple in your collection yet they no longer produce it... anyway definitely the best gucci perfume out there.... better than bloom-- the longevity is 4-5 very nice subtle and the strength of the scent can be built by spraying maybe 2 times more.. this seems like a teenager type of fragrance but on your skin it definitely goes more towards those mature floral type of scents not synthetic you know.

Gucci Flora Emerald Gardenia EDT L💚ve at the first sniff.This limitted edition gem is "Gorgeous". Opens with fresh,clean,none sweetened beautiful pear note(you know I adore pear in perfumes)and watermelon mixed with the softest gardenia and frangipani and all these fantastic notes are wrapped in a soft pillow of white musk and sandalwood without making it spicy but give it a nice depth. Wearing this perfume makes me very happy ,very suitable for spring and summer. Light but with a good present.I must admit for an EDT it has a very good lasting power and I can smell it on myself and my clothes for hours #ladylovesperfumes

This to me is the more elegant, refined sister of Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia. The top notes sends a blast of freshness in the air and it then settles into a lovely symphony of gardenia and lotus. Underneath it all is the woody profile that makes it all the more classy. I bought the 50 ml and regretted it the next day. I should have bought the 100ml. The bottle annoys me though with its opacity. Can't see how much frag is left. This works well in tropical weather. Longevity is average. Strangely I couldn't smell it on me after an hour but colleagues kept commenting that they liked the smell of my perfume!

Smells wet, and the watermelon and pear give it a sort of green apple and rhubarb smell. I love this scent but I can't smell it on me after 30 minutes, I think because its an edt.. they should make an edp version of it. This scent doesn't last long and the projection is weak but it is a beautiful scent but not really worth the price. This smell is a lot like Perfect by Marc Jacobs, which my friend bought at the same time I bought this one and we couldn't really tell the two apart. It also smells like Minajesty by nicki minaj except flora emerald is more aquatic and the nicki one is warmer and sweeter.

Gucci Flora Emerald Gardenia is a beautifully balanced, luminous fruity-floral. The fresh, juicy brightness of pear and watermelon gives the gardenia an airy, dewy quality that feels modern and effortlessly elegant. Creamy yet transparent, sweet yet fresh, it never becomes heavy or cloying. A masterpiece IMO. Since its release in 2019, I’ve searched for anything comparable, and nothing comes close. Gucci, please bring Emerald Gardenia back - this gem deserves to be rediscovered!!!

Love this scent! In the beginning it reminds me of how Sweet Like Candy by Ariana Grande smells then it turns into a wonderful floral scent backed up by musk and wood. I this this is a great smell for everyday or nice outtings during the day. I got a chance to smell the original flora and honestly couldn't really tell a difference. I do think I prefer this one though because of the fruity opening.

Oh, how I wish this were stronger and lasted longer! The lotus and frangipani are an amazing fresh and fun duo in this delightful scent. It's unlike anything else I've smelled before. However, the fragrance doesn't project much or last long. Maybe an hour at best. Still worth it for that short time of delightful scent experience though.

Fresh and fruity without turning soapy, this is my go-to clean scent especially on hotter days. Sometimes the simplicity is nice on its own, but even for an EDT it doesn't last. I've been using it as a layering scent lately, especially with MM's Matcha Mediation and other green tea scents.

This is simply mesmerizing...you spray this on yourself then close your eyes and you end up at a heavenly garden full of flowers and blossoms. I am in love with the latest family of GUCCI fragrances, it is a creation of unworldly talent the one and only GUCCI, BRAVO!!!

This is so heavenly. Wow!! The lotus managed to soften that gardenia quite well. Very natural smelling like Creed fragrances. The sweetness in this is so tame, a tad aquatic. Just amazing 💕💕💕

I absolutely love this fragrance! It's so fresh and clean and delicious. I just wish it lasted longer. I have to reapply out really often.

25.June 2025 LIke many mentioned below, this is a very nice flanker, it is fresh, without being aquatic fresh, yet fruity fresh. Very nice gardenia scent, surrounded by other notes, yet after initial opening it becomes quite linear and boring, the lotus is ruining it for me. Otherwise it stays true to the original Flora, but with nice add-ons.I am also very dissapointed with lasting power and sillage. It had a potential, it it would last, well a short lived flanker anyway. Nice, but not groundbreaking. There are better Flora flankers out there.

Very pleasant bright creamy floral fruity shampoo fragrance. Synthetic, but really nice. Alluring, the way some expensive shampoos that us curly girls shouldn't use smell, and might tempt us to try them to get to experience the same fresh hair smell as lucky members of the straight hair or lightly wavy haired club. This does not smell like gardenia to me, but the creamy artificial gardenia note is robust and does make a lovely shampoo scent. Well-done Gucci. Would be nice to have an alcohol-free version, I would spray it all over my hair.

The opening notes are very fruity, feminine, sweet, intoxicating, and playful. The watermelon is pleasantly balanced and not overpowering or cheap. Initially, I could smell a slight hint of grass buried deep within the friuity/floral. Sadly, the beautiful burst of fragrance does not last at all. Within 20 minutes on me, I could barely smell anything at all. What was left had dried down into a very faint, very mediocre floral memory.

I do find this very nice and it is one of my summer favourites, it is extremely soft and discrete though. I like it more than Gourgeous Gardenia since it is softer, fresher and easier to wear, however it does not last long. I for some reason think of it as my summer Sunday fragrance since it is casual but in no way party-like, hyper or overwhealming but rather the opposite of those things. It is calm, quiet and cute.

I really like it, less sweet than the gorgeous gardenia version, citrusy and the watermelon is so subtle that it doesn’t smell like a teen body splash. The dry down is purely watermelon in my opinion, however you won’t smell it too much in the opening. It is musky, last longer than the others in the range. But yummy regardless.

To me this is a very balanced floral. A bit of a woody base, with a not too sweet floral. Clean without being soapy. I would wear this to a meeting at work. It smells like someone who knows what they are going. It is a great fragrance to have in the wardrobe.

Honestly the packaging and name is ugly but the scent is nice. It really reminds me of something else though. Not sure I wanna buy it since it’s limited edition and I’ll be sad when it’s gone.

@Imwimsatt you completely miss the point. Hair perfumes are made alcohol-free. I take very good care of my delicate curls, you think I want to spray drying alcohol on them?
