Gucci Bloom Parfum

Me and my Sales Associate gushed over how good this one is. Its so freaking sexy. Spicy. Cinnamon-y. But not in a cinnamon sugar type of way it's more like you're holding the actual cinnamon bark. It reminds me of other woody herbal scent but this one is the more sophisticated, rich,elegant, regal version. (Sales associate made this observation-and i agreed!) It has the Gucci Bloom DNA but don't worry , it never takes over the fragrance. Its so tame and that morphs verg quickly into this warm, cacooning scent brought on by the resins and vanilla in the drydown. . . It's very very sexy. At this stage there is resinous and balmy nuisances that i enjoy..i truly appreciate this . Lasting power ill update later it might feel like it's not there but with movement it can be perceived There is a lightness to this despite the heavier notes.. I will be wearing this year round. My S.A and I agree there's a vibe to this. .mysterious, captivating, sensual, luxurious, slightly erotic , black lace and creamy white satin sheets.. *swoon* Edit: lasting power on me is good. Sometimes I'll get noseblind and sometimes I will smell it for the whole day. Imo this is my favorite tuberose fragrance in a good long while and I'm sorta traumatized from that note in general but this is good stuff. Reminds me of grandmother when she was a gorgeous young fashionista in the 70s but in the most majestic way possible. Im into balmy, deeper, darker, sensual notes lately after a love affair with all things frufru lala and gourmand sugary diabetes inducing scents, I appreciate that more designer houses are trying to expand their notes -- I love the peru Balsam in here so much. Amber and vanilla , come on, who can dislike such elegant notes together like this? Nvm everyone has their own yucks and yums This right here?? GIMME.

I really love this flanker and what a redemption from the horrible Intense flanker which was a tooth ache in a bottle. It was just so screechy. This Parfum version has depth and character. Beautiful tropical florals of night blooming jasmine, and tuberose swimming in heady spices, balms and a balsamic vanilla amber that doesn't smell like candy or ice cream. I get a cinnamon and nutmeg vibe here as well. The Peru balsam is absolutely stunning in the dry down. Very sensual and seductive. It reminds me just a bit of Goutal Paris Songes which I own but this has more of a gritty texture but not in a bad way.. I still want this. My husband flipped for it. As always I will search for best price before buying but this baby will be mine. Sexy, tropical nights. Perfect date night fragrance. This is the type of fragrance that makes men drool but you won't smell like food, you will smell sophisticated, sexy and very mysterious. Edit: got my bottle. Full price but Nemain Marcus threw in a lot of fun beauty samples. I will wear this a lot. It's just one of those types of floral vanillas with spice I like and so do most other people. Great flanker and the bottle is beautiful. I really like night blooming jasmine a lot even more than real jasmine (night blooming jasmine isn't a jasmine at all) I would like to see it used more. Edit again: I really like what @JackieM said goths go to the beach their own way. This is Goth at the beach. I'm not usually a beach person myself and this fits my "darker" but still somewhat approachable character.

I think this is going to become my signature scent once the summer wraps up and fall enters the scene. This is decadent! Peppery at the beginning; my nose catches a hint of jasmine which softly and slowly unravels. Mysteriously the jasmine continues to evolve into something even richer and more complex. It fully 'blooms' after a few minutes. The heat from my skin has warmed this up into a full-blown aromatic ecstasy but in an orchestrated way. It is far from being tame. It is rich and luxurious. A hint of leather even though there is nothing to indicate it is present. Lingers for hours... your bedsheets will thank you the next morning. Could see this working on a particular type of man as well. Absolutely leans feminine but there is something quite 'bad bitch' about it that can echo, if only slightly, into masc. Just doused my wrists and neck as I am getting ready to have an engagement at a rather upscale restaurant. I notice myself in the best way possible... this is such a winner, imo, because its DNA does diverge from the original (which is just a little too safe whereas this is...quite scandalous).

I think this is going to take quite a few people by surprise -- it's a BIG departure from the original Bloom! I actually ordered this blind, as a lover of the original Bloom DNA, and Morillas' work in general. I was really surprised and not quite sure what to think when I first sprayed this - it was cinnamon prominent, and I am NOT a cinnamon in fragrance fan!! But that introduction quickly shifted towards deeper, resinous spices - ambery, balsamic notes underscored by heavy jasmine and tuberose. I was really impressed how long this lasted - especially given the rather weak longevity of other bloom flankers, this one is a powerhouse! Now that I'm getting to know Bloom Parfum, it's becoming a big love and one I am REALLY impressed with (and I no longer get 'cinnamon' when I first put this on, thankfully). This is a dark, rich, spicy white floral - the vampy night version of the original friendly girl next door Bloom. Not superfluous at all, but an exciting addition to the Bloom line! Stunning bottle as well.

Bloom Parfum has a spicy, balsamic, and warm aspect that makes it mysterious and beautiful. Even with this balsamic and warm facet, it could be an all-year-round signature fragrance, for both day and night, because it’s not very strong nor does it project much after the first 2 hours, but it has that elegant quality of this type of composition with a more personal sphere, projecting no more than half a meter. It lasts for many hours on the skin, and you catch its scent in waves throughout the day as you move. Its longevity is very good. I bought the small 30 ml. size, but I see myself buying the large one when it runs out, as I really liked it. PD: Now that I've tried this perfume a few more times, I can really notice the night-blooming jasmine and peru balsam more intensely in the dry down. The bottle design is perfect, matching that mysterious vibe :)

usually i'm not too thrilled or impressed with gucci's fragrances, however, the gucci bloom line is very one-of-a-kind and luxurious. this is by far my favorite of the collection, it's just sooooo sexy and dark feminine vibes. sensual white florals that don't smell grandma-ish they're rich and decadent, accompanied by the unique balsam note. the creaminess of the florals remind me of coconut, but not in a bright summery beachy way. this "coconut" scent feels more so like intimidation that a cold ocean at night elicits. gucci bloom parfum gives me the vibes of vintage designer leather trench coats, a mysterious solitary stranger-like aura, smoked out eyeshadow, expensive flower bouquets, and the illumination of vintage european lamps. i can't stress enough how much this is the dark feminine floral fragrance!! (in my humble opinion of course <3)

It’s rare that I disagree on notes given here, but to me it doesn’t smell like jasmine. To me, it almost smells like brown sugar😍 Depending on my skin temperature, sometimes it gives me a hint of Coca Cola, cotton candy. It’s a very delicious, seductive perfume. Very deep, but not too heavy. Each time I put it on, I feel like smelling it and trying to figure out what else I can smell. I love how it’s not obvious what it smells like. It has layers, changes on your skin. There were a few people in the comments wondering if it smells too oriental/oud/balsam...and no, it doesn’t! If I could compare this perfume to a: Vibe - date night watching ballet. Food - a small tarte with a little bit of caramel, aromatic brown sugar cookie base, and a fluffy deep magenta meringue on top. Place - amusement park at night.

This is a sweet and balsamic floral that is quite different from the rest of the Bloom family. However, it still has the iconic jasmine and rangoon creeper blend of the rest of the line. I’ve never smelled night blooming jasmine in person, but I trust other people’s notion that it is very picturesque in this scent. It dries down to an almost boozy and sugary floral that I keep coming back to. This scent is the perfect mix of comforting, sensual, and a bit edgy. It’s something different and eye catching but it still has mass appeal. After testing in store, I cannot stop smelling it on myself and thinking about owning the bottle soon. I would probably wear it most in colder seasons, but it could also work year round. Definitely a standout from Gucci.

This is an amazing fragrance that I will be purchasing. This reminds me of the old Benefit fragrance Something About Sofia. It's like a tropical floral with a phantom dried fruit accord. It almost smells like incense. It's also sort of like Bloom mixed the old Vanilia from L'Artisan and Kenzo Jungle Elephant. The balsams, musks and vanilla are noticeable from the first spray. Edit: this dries down to a spicy br540. It has that plasticky Veramoss Evernyl note that makes me nauseous. I didn't realize how many fragrances had this dna BR540, Her, Cloud, This one, Jimmy Choo I Want Choo Forever! I wish it had sandalwood in place of the moss.

If I had to describe this in one word: brooding. I’m a pretty masc-presenting guy, and I absolutely love this. I put it on 7 hrs ago, and it’s just now starting to calm down a bit. Cestrum nocturnum and Combretum indicum are such sultry, sexy (and sadly underutilized) floral scents. I’m thrilled to find them here, where they’re all wrapped up in warm amber and boozy vanilla, with a touch of something incense-like (cardamom, perhaps?). This is not an airy or indolic white flower scent. It’s deep, dark, and delicious. A nocturnal flower gourmand. I almost want to eat it. I think I may have turned into a sphinx moth.

Deep, dark, dramatic, alluring and utterly delicious. I appreciate the multifaceted quality of this fragrance, how the notes smoothly unfolded, how the creamy florals emerged through the initial bursts of bitter spices, and how they settled into a sweet decedent amber. This felt to me like 2 different perfumes on skin vs. on clothes. I got creamy florals on skin and aromatic herbals on clothes, one soothing and the other invigorating. Both absolutely addictive!

I found this fragrance absolutely intoxicating. I could not stop smelling my wrist Tomi that opened with Knight blooming Jasmine and Cardamom. I couldn’t quite place the notes at first, but it was just beautiful,rich, heavy but in a good way. This could rival the best of the niche fragrances that cost three times as much. I am so glad I added this to my Gucci Bloom collection. I have enjoyed the original and all of the flankers, but this is outstanding!

This is hands down the best one from the series. I never thought that something from Bloom collection will amaze me (I have the original one and it's okayish, also tested others). Parfum is dark, spicy and yummy - honestly, I couldn't stop sniffing my arms - longevity is also great. Gucci took a risk with this one and it payed off. I can't wait for fall and winter to wear it.

Wooow! Just woow! This smells to me like the orange decorations at Christmas with a hint of ginger. I don't like ginger in perfume and it is not on the notes but sometimes smells like ginger cookies. It is strange because to me it smells cosy, warm, like burnt sugar, but at the same time it is fresh and airy. I get wifts of something that feels like a hug and I love it 🥰

I wasn’t sure what to expect based on some of the reviews, but I can confidently say that I have nothing like this in my collection. It’s really beautiful. On my skin it feels like it’s pulling a ginger note but I don’t see that listed so am not sure what exactly I’m smelling. Am bummed that I only got the 1.7 oz, will be wearing this a lot!

Sooooo sexy and alluring. This is the dark but classy feminine energy tiktok likes to talk about! Very balsemy and comforting with lots of flowery goodness. Love at first sniff. On drydown, the flowers dissapear and the vanilla comes through which I love. Not too overwhelming but still capable of making a statement. Love love love.

Instant love when I smelled it at the store... I had to bring it home. It’s too good... a beautiful mix of amber with soft white florals. I actually love it more than the original. This is such a fantastic fragrance. I’ve literally never smelled anything like it. Warm oils and soft florals, but not overwhelmingly white floral like Mugler fragrances. Comforting and sensual. Maybe a bit more mature, but I could literally smell this for hours. I want this fragrance as a candle.

I'm in LOVE with this scent! I don't get why cardamom isn't listed as one of the notes I always get a very strong smell of cardamom. But no complaining here because a strong cardamom fragrance was exactly what I was looking for. I'm incredibly happy with this amazing gift for my boyfriend. 😍

jasmine bomb, but yummy. starts off very green and kinda spicy, then becomes very woody and almost herbal. the dry down is full of amber. i dont smell any distinct vanilla, but i feel like i can tell its there because it adds a bit of creaminess. surprising love!

GORGEOUS chai latte, cardamom, milk, cinnamon, dry wood. might be my favorite release this year. a tinyyyyyyy hint of something fruity in the dry down. passion fruit? i think it might be the tuberose that I'm interpreting weirdly. it only makes it better though

This is such a beautiful and sexy perfume. The jasmine, the rangoon, the tuberose and peru balsam that gives it just that spice we need. I totally love this. It's not heavy, it's subtle, classy, creamy and light. I got this as a tester and I'm in love with it.

10000% agree with everything @meikonic said. This is SO sexy & alluring. I am in love with it, and my husband loves it on me too. A perfect date night contender, or just a fantastic pick for the woman who wants to smell dark & mysterious at all times.

Freshly picked jasmine in the dead of night on top of warm, creamy, spiced syrup of some kind. Dark, resinous, and cloudy sweet all at once. Knew I had to have it after walking around the department store mindlessly, unable to stop smelling my wrist.

I'm a man and I'm definitely buying this. I love white flowers and this is absolutely intoxicating. I can't stop smelling myself. Probably sits close to skin, still don't know about the longevity but this is a love from me. I'm obsessed!

Spicy airy Jasmine with a capital J. White flower but make it gothic. There’s also some kind of anise or root beer quality. It’s very sexy and modern. It’s definitely a Gucci, but I could believe it was niche too.

I adore this, it is such a complex, hypnotic, mysterious, sexy, sophisticated & luxurious composition. I would wear this at an Avant Garde fashion show in Paris or at a party on a cruise, under the night lights.

I wore this today in warm weather and it was amazing! I love it in the warmth now even more so than in the winter. I paired it with Gucci Bloom Di Fiori today. Gosh it's amazing together. Beautiful tropics!

I love this Similar to G.B intense with the night blooming jasmine but with an extra calming kick from the peru balsam and rangoon flower. I will get this one as soon as I finish my intense version

Beautiful smelling perfume with absolutely no preforming power. So disappointing 😞.

Interesting smell, dark, floral, sexy, long lasting.

EDITING TO ADD: Wish this fragrance projected more and lasted longer. Sadly, it does neither. So, I read about the jasmine notes in a few of the latest Gucci Bloom perfumes. I lean towards niche brands and have always loved Amouage Portrayal Woman. Many jasmine centric perfumes are too white floral and “indolic” for me to love. I want a jasmine fragrance I can wear during the daytime and not feel self-conscious... I did something I never do, which is pop into my local Ulta for a sniff test. Then I paid full price for 100 mil bottle of this stuff. And I am surprised at how much I like this perfume. The openIng is swoon worthy; I just wish it lasted longer. I love the opening floral, cardamom and clove notes; the spices are something you don’t find a lot with jasmine. I can feel the perfume developing on my skin in the Florida heat and the creeper/jasmine combination is lovely. This perfume definitely unfolds with floral, vanilla and some wood undertones. My husband feels the fragrance is strong, almost beast mode; I do not detect that strength unless I really overspray (which is fine). Really pretty. I like it. And IF the duration and overall performance were a bit more stellar, this would be a love.

This initially is quite harsh as it opens. The florals come in like a bullet train, and as I sprayed it, I thought I had made a mistake... But Morillas tends to JAM florals into his compositions, and this is no exception. As it dries, it really hits a modest stride. And, I'm happy to say, the jasmine (along with sweet vanilla&amber) hold up in outdoor air. It absolutely is a well-balanced, sweet, winter-ready sort of fragrance. It isn't overly tuberose heavy, but tuberose is absolutely the most noticeable flower of the bunch. It's buttery, soft, but enduring. I admittedly don't feel that anything in here is particularly exotic, the resinous accords are rendered plushy by the vanilla, and it is quite accessible. It's not a resin that requires being a fan of niche, or particularly unusual aromatics. This is to say, you can tell that this stems from a designer house aiming to please and not repel certain noses. It's beautiful, well constructed, but not captivatingly different.

Acquired a mini splash bottle of this and it’s really quite lovely. But this wears on my skin EXACTLY like Kenzo Flower Ikebana Sakura. So if you have both it will be very redundant. The Kenzo fragrance has tuberose and a deep rich character to it as well and has Indian Tuberose and Australian Sandalwood, cherry blossom and, much like this, wears surprisingly like a deep, sweet, mysterious floral nighttime scent on me, which for the Kenzo scent profile does not match to the dainty, carefree sweet casual look of the bottle. This Gucci Bloom Parfum smells exactly like the Kenzo, at least to my nose. They could seriously be the same perfume. And the bottle presentation of the Gucci parfum is more fitting for a scent like this. No qualms with longevity or projection. Much better than the original Gucci Bloom. Will update with more thoughts soon.

I have tested this today in Sephora and as first impressions, Bloom Parfums doesn’t hold a candle to OG Bloom Profimo di Fiori, in the yellow bottle! Or the original Bloom to be honest... It’s more amber and more balsamic dominant than Bloom is and less warm, less creamy, less tropical/yellow florals. It’s still very floral at heart and jasmine heavy but it’s lacking the solar notes and the ylang ylang that made the Bloom Profumo di Fiori such a stand out for me. Performance is decent, it’s not fantastic but it’s not one of those fragrances that’s a skin scent in a hour after application. Will test further because I want to like this. Might be more to it than just what I’ve got on a blotter in store. But it certainly didn’t wow me...

The correct notes per the Gucci website: Top: Apricot, Cardamom Guatemala Essence, Coral Jasmine. Heart: Tuberose, Jasmine Sambac India Absolute, Rangoon Creeper. Base: Vanilla, Sweet Moss Accord, Peru Balsam Absolute This is a great addition to the Bloom line... The original DNA, but warmed and softened by creamy apricot, soft cardamom and sweet balsamic vanilla. Tuberose shares the stage with Jasmine and adds a mentholated nuance that pairs well with the cardamom. The base is sweet, but smooth and well balanced. On my skin, the moss stays firmly in the background and is subtle. I think this is a good scent for Fall and late Winter or early Spring. I personally would wear it more during the daytime.

Creamy, vanillic, hypnotizing, ambery white floral. Somehow summery and wintery at the same time. I smell something like cardamom or gingerbread, which makes me think of Christmas, combined with something sunscreen-y like tiare flower. I bet this would smell amazing on a warm summer night, or on Christmas Eve spent in the tropics. I like it, but I don’t think it suits me that well. Something about these slightly beachy and vacation-y scents never feel right on me. This also smells maybe a bit too... modern, for my taste.

This one is very interesting. It’s like depending on how deeply I sniff my wrist, I get different notes. You can literally smell the layers! There’s the balsam/incense really dominating, then a cinnamon vibe, and underneath it all an absolutely gorgeous, intoxicating jasmine. I’m excited to try this one in fall/winter, as I expect it’ll have entirely different facets in cooler, dryer weather.

There’s something which smells almost fizzy in the opening for this. It’s vibrant and sharp - almost smells like vaguely floral cola bottles. This just feels like a bright jasmine and orange to me. It’s not too strong, not too weak. I don’t know if I love it enough to buy, but it’s different to anything I’ve smelled recently. One to watch.

Very nice creamy smooth feminine jasmine. Better (to my nose) compared to the other black Gucci Bloom. This one has jasmine SAMBAC, that's the one I like (I don't really smell the night blooming jasmine which I adore, but the vanilla and peru balsam makes it good).

There's something intriguing about this Bloom. It's spicy but not too heavy. Today I sprayed it on my arm in a shop and it reminded me of another perfume. Chloe Nomade! The staying power is not so good though... couple of hours later the scent is gone.

The beautiful dark bottle caught my eye! The opening is wonderful, very creamy, sweet and a bit spicy. Summery white flowers and a bit sunscreeny. I just don't enjoy the drydown as much on my skin as it turns more watery and less sweet and flowery.

Love at first sniff. This is winter-fall scent, so currently I am waiting for this season to buy this. It's nice vanilla-floral scent with hint of spiciness. For me, I would not prefer it in summertime.

Night-blooming jasmine in a bold interpretation. The DNA of the original Bloom is noticeable. A sweet, floral, slightly dark scent. Strong sillage at the opening, then much closer to the skin.

It’s a very spicy jasmine that could have been a love at first sniff... if the spices didn’t have such a “kitchen-like” aspect. I honestly feel like I’m smelling a spiced dish, and when it starts leaning toward the edible side, I don’t really enjoy it. The cardamom is far too intense for my personal taste, and I find the overall blend not refined enough. If the spices in it don’t give you that impression, this Gucci Bloom Parfum could still appeal to you, but I strongly encourage you not to rely too much on the rave reviews and to try it on your skin before buying it. Pyramid as given by Gucci: Top notes: Apricot, Guatemalan cardamom essence, night-blooming jasmine. Heart notes: Tuberose, jasmine sambac absolute, Rangoon creeper. Base notes: Vanilla, soft moss accord, Peru balsam extract.

I feel ridiculous categorizing this under "OK" when it's impressive! I would not buy this because of the spiced cookie facet that permeates throughout the wear. This is thick and rich! Spicy and creamy (like pepper + milk..?), but I also get something like molasses (again...spiced cookie). My skin plays up the orange blossom amongst the other white florals. I want to enjoy those florals more but can't because of the sweet vanilla amber concoction happening. Is this delectable? Absolutely. Would I wear this? No. Update: I was completely confused when I saw Gucci Bloom Intense has ginger, but I smell ginger here. GBI I don't like at all on me, and it does nothing for me on a test strip. I stand by my review for GBP.
