Gucci Guilty Absolu de Parfum Pour Femme

Honestly, Gucci Guilty line has something to tell. I never had the original EDP in the more rounded bottle before it changed into the same style like the one for men, but honestly it was innovative for it's era. I am sure it's slightly reformulated and not as good or 'spicy' as before, like it happens with all the old time classic perfumes nowadays. My favorite till now seems to be the Love Edition (in the pastel lilac bottle) that is going to be discontinued soon. Ok, I am honest, I am not gonna miss it. Effortlessly elegant is the first two word I connect Gucci Guilty with and I always get the impression only a mature guy/women could rock it. It's never gourmand, it's never floral-y boring, it never follows the trends or pushes too much in order to be likable from all. Lasting power is good and sillage too in a way that is present without being loud. There's a big chance you will love Absolu if you like: Angel's Share by Killian, Khamrah Qahwa, anything Christmas-y and boozy. Now, I somehow agree and disagree with the comment of a reviewer that said if you have the Elixir (previous dark purple bottle) you don't need the Absolu. They are similar and thank God they are since they belong to the same line, though Absolu belongs to the family of boozy/aromatic. Elixir has wisteria as the main star and it's softer. Absolu plays with tonka bean & facets of liquor. It opens by being somehow intriguing, it feels like you have smelled this before but the best word to describe it is paradox. It's notes made me want to try it like mad, I love almond but here it's hidden behind very strong notes. When I tested it on the store, I totally forgot the notes I have read in fragrantica. It felt like a 'meh' red wine, aromatized with spices, a touch of cinnamon, cardamom...this is where my interest faded away. It's sillage & lasting power are great. It's totally like a combo of every good facet of all Gucci Guilty perfumes in an alcoholic hug. A bit masculine, a bit vampy, a bit formal, a bit lux grandma vibes. For a strange reason what I smell is dates inside the alcoholic drink I mentioned before. I would love to smell it on someone, it's memorable but I am getting bored easily from boozy perfumes. It's a no from me & my wallet, but respect to the perfumers because it's something 'new'.

I’m going to give full credit to Gucci for creating an amazing fragrance with Guilty Absolu de Parfum because of the following reasons. First thing, it does smell different from all the other designer releases. It’s a jammy rose, fruity, nutty, tonka, vanilla based scent like many others, but it has a unique quality that makes it stand out in the end. I don’t know if it’s mandora combined with wisteria and amaretto that gives this such a rich, sweet, spicy, intensely floral scent, but something is different here and I am loving it. The patchouli shines more as the wear time progresses and gives it a nice earthy, dark touch. Meshes splendidly with the juicy citruses, spicy florals and nutty, almondy facets! Second thing, Gucci Guilty Absolu de Parfum is indeed an intense, rich, deep perfume, not just baseless marketing without any real substance or actual fragrance oils concentration. This is a long lasting, vibrant and complex perfume that worth the money, if you like the way it smells! I can see some note liking it because it’s leaning towards a more niche take. I am really trying to buy less fragrances in 2026, but this really tempts me. More of a cooler weather fragrance than anything else, but really a good one. Well done Gucci! I am impressed.

I smelt this from one spray from a sample on my hand and I fell in love straight away so I just had to buy it. It’s gorgeous. Without looking at the notes I wanted to see what notes were in it before I read up on them and I instantly smelt amaretto, black grape liqueur, juiced plum and dark berries, almond and patchouli, although the plum and berries aren’t in the notes they are there. I get tuberose, white floral and also a coffee note but not strong. It’s luxurious and juicy, deep and dark, vampy like amaretto and cherry coke. Very boozy, very rich and very gorgeous. I can also smell a little coconut and a little liquorice. This is a love or hate perfume I recommend you sample before you buy it because it’s not a safe blind buy.

On paper: Love it! It surprised me! I thought it would smell like amaretto..that scent is overdone in all cherry perfumes and I'm done with it, but this beauty smells amazing! Deep, smooth almond, intense tonka and it's alluring, dense and a bit dark. The drydown is to die for. It's not gourmand, nor boozy (thankfully!). It's mildly sweet, mostly coming from the vanilla and tonka. Tonka is dominant. 48h later is still projecting like crazy (on paper), but now the almond is a bit too heavy leaning a bit masculine so from 9/10 -> 8.7/10(I need to test ot on my skin). The only negative is the high price for a 60 ml bottle. And there are no other bottle size options in EU. On my skin: Same, but the almond became much more bitter.

This perfume is so addictive, mysterious and sexy. Imagine a beautiful woman wearing maroom or black dress leaving a beautiful trail of almonds and florals behind her and you keep following her. This is love at first sniff but it is not for those who love fresh scents as this is not fresh it falls under gourmand family of fragrances. It reminds me of Mugler interseller and Prada paradox radical essence but it has Gucci twist into it so even if you have those 2 in ur collection you can easily add this in ur collection also and will be happy about it. This perfume needs only 3 to 4 sprays as it is intense and heavy. Men they really love this perfume so my friends go and grab your bottle of love

After last year’s Elixir release — already an absolutely stunning fragrance — the new Absolu takes that DNA, reimagines it and amps it up in all the best ways. Marketed as a women’s fragrance, yes... but honestly? I have zero qualms wearing this myself. It leans beautifully unisex with a boozy, sweet, dark, rich, resinous vibe and even a little caffeine-like kick that keeps things addictive. It’s the kind of scent you can’t stop sniffing. And the longevity... nuclear. This stuff clings to clothes and skin all day long. I can still smell it on my pillows when I wake up — the same beast-mode performance I love from the men’s Guilty Pour Homme Elixir (2024) and Absolu (2025).

A beautiful fragrance that feels like a true composition. No single note dominates the others; instead, they complement each other gracefully, creating a warm, gourmand, and sweet scent. The accords of almond, amaretto, florals, vanilla, and patchouli reveal themselves when I consciously search for them, leaning closer and exploring the fragrance. As a whole, however, the perfume surrounds me with a soothing, almost dense veil with a subtle oriental character. The fragrance gravitates toward gourmand noir. It is sensual, yet still easy to wear during the day, especially in cooler weather. A beautiful perfume with very good longevity and a strong yet never cloying sillage.

The moment it touches my skin, it’s like slipping into a second layer of confidence. I picture myself with red lips, my burgundy bag in hand, and my black Louboutins clicking against the pavement every step leaving a trace of mystery in the air.✨✨ This scent isn’t for the shy. It’s for the woman who knows her power, who commands attention without saying a word. With its deep notes of blackberry, Bulgarian rose, and golden wood dangerously elegant. 10/10!

Super sexy powdery almond. "Cozy, like a hug" type perfume. Smells mature as in a sexy confident woman. I don't know if a younger woman would like it but I'm 30 and this is PERFECTION. Performance is great (reflected in price), can be cloying so spray with caution if you're sensitive to that. Not sure how this will wear in the summer months but it's winter right now and I'm obsessed with this. Like god damn it's sexy. Also, totally can be worn by a man. To me it's a feminine scent but I think that would be fucking delicious on a man. Okay byeeee

This smells a lot like the original Amarige, which was nothing like the current iteration. That old one, WOOO, those who know, know. Nothing else gave you that amazing, deep, hypnotic blast. Finally, I have my childhood scent back. I do love this on my skin, it's very feminine and glamorous. It's a statement, for sure. I'm very taken aback by the low score, this is a gem in my book and I'm certainly getting a full bottle. The performance is very decent as well, which softens the blow of the price.

I’m getting confidence, daring, unapologetic and sophisticated vibes. The base notes really shine here, but the booze is particularly punchy in the opening. The warmth that comes from a mix of tonka and coffee makes the scent really comforting. I can detect a hint of florals but cannot tell the notes apart, so either that I have a crappy nose or it’s just very well blended. There is a slight sourness in the dry down, but other than that, doesn’t develop much.

Damn. I love this. It is seductive, deep, complex, a bit floral, but mostly gourmand. This is a perfume for a grown-ass woman who knows who she is and isn’t ashamed of it. This is confident and sexy. There is loads of Almond, but does NOT smell like Play-Dough or cherry. There is also coffee. Vanilla. A hint of florals in the middle. Tonal in the dry down. It is in a similar category to Black Opium le Parfum, but is still different and stands on her own.

I don’t understand why people are rating this so low? Because this is beautiful 😍 Where I live people rarely compliment each other, but this fragrance got me so many compliments today. It has such a nice scent trail that even my biggest hater at work complimented on how good I smelled. Overall scent: 9/10 Longevity: 9/10 Projection: 8.5/10

I'm so impressed with this! The coffee note is classy and rich, all the notes blended together smell like when you open a box of expensive chocolates: some with orange filling, some with amaretto, vanilla etc. But they're all there and easy to detect. I wish I discovered this one earlier and not now that Spring is around the corner :'(

This is sooo addictive 🤤I can’t stop sniffing my wrist. A lot of the popular perfumes out there don’t work with my skin chemistry, or they have a note that’s annoying. But this one - Oh my gosh! I want to bite myself. This is perfection, not too sweet, not too fresh, not too spicy, not too much of anything. It’s just right.

In my opinion, this perfume is like an Elixir version with the violet removed and more almond added. I prefer the Elixir version because I love violet (despite the patchouli). The almond also suits this perfume very well. It has a very nice opening and drying time. It's a sweet perfume more suitable for evening wear.

This stuff is so good that I have two bottles. I love the scent for fall and winter; it lasts a long time and gives me dark witchy vibes, very seductive. The amaretto note blends so well with the coffee ughh its so good but it’s definitely not blind buy safe

Tested this today at Pharmaprix, absolutely a gorgeous scent, great for fall. The longevity and projection are 10 out of 10, this is the next fragrance on my list!

Been huffing my wrists while draining my sample. I'm in love! This sweet, boozy, dark and smokey scent is GOOD! 🖤 It's lasting well on both skin and clothes.

I bought it today and love it. Right on time for the fall.

It opens with a shadowed, syrupy sweetness - rose steeped in resin, patchouli softened into velvet, a dark glaze over warm wood. No sparkle, just a slow exhale into night. The heart is inky‐sweet and resin‐glazed: a darkened, lacquered rose wrapped in warm patchouli, molten labdanum, and amber glowing like warm metal. Not a gourmand structurally, but it carries a gourmand‐adjacent temperature. I agree with @staple10 below, there’s a kinship with Black Opium Le Parfum. Both share a warm, dense, resin‐sweet, nocturnal aura. One is vanilla‐amber, the other rose‐amber‐resin, but they overlap in emotional temperature. Same heat, different substance. If you love one, the other will feel familiar, and neither will be redundant. The dry down is the true identity: amber turning molten, benzoin adding a resin‐vanilla glaze, patchouli melting into velvet, labdanum going sticky‐warm and honeyed, a faint smoky glow like candlelight on skin. This is where it becomes shadow‐sweet amber velvet - where everything melts together and the scent finally commits. A slow, confident smoulder. If you love molten amber, resin‐vanilla warmth, dark rose, nocturnal texture, shadow‐sweetness, and zero citrus brightness, this will sit beautifully in your collection. This kind of dry down was always going to seduce me.

I work in cosmetics so I get a lot of samples of new launches: this is lovely! I think it's a very beautiful fragrance for autumn, specifically. It has a nice amount of "booziness" to it which are reminiscent of increasingly early sunsets, holiday dinners with family and a cozy autumn breeze. I can smell an almost wine-like scent in the opening but it does dry into a richer amaretto. The coffee and patchouli give it a bit of mature sophistication so I don't imagine younger people would be too drawn to this. While I enjoyed my samples, it's not a fragrance I'm going to rush to add to my collection because it does struggle in a few places - all the different notes give it a bit of an identity crisis. I don't know if it's trying to be fresh and floral or warm and cozy. I also find the almond note is very strong in the dry down. That's going to annoy people who don't love almond fragrances. This fragrance evokes more of an environmental mood rather than saying anything significant about the person wearing it so it will be interesting to see who becomes a typical purchaser. In comparison to some of the other fall launches, I'd give this one a 7/10.

I was wondering what the smell reminds me of, then I realized this is like a vampy older sister to Montale's Ristretto Intense Café. The Guilty Absolu leans more cherry, plum and booze in comparison to the rose coffee of Ristretto Intense Café, but comparing both on one wrist each, they have an undeniable familiarity. I find some of the other reviews of Guilty Absolu here to be overdramatic: to me its weird in a good sense with the way it manages to have a tartness cutting though and lifting the heavy plum booze marzipan coffee. Not a safe blind buy, but for those who like darker scents it can be a really nice option with a complexity that leans niche. For someone like me who owns Ristretto Intense Café its questionable whether I could possibly need both, with Montale being the cheaper day time option and Gucci Guilty providing a more expensive smelling evening perfume. On the other hand people who like Cherry Punk by Room 1015 may also enjoy this Gucci Guilty flanker, because the notes somehow combine into a sweet black cherry accord.

Special scent. Cozy,warm, elegant. Sweet, but perfectly balanced. It does not have limited versatility as I am successfully wearing it on this spring day. The wisteria note is stunning here and joyously peaks out from behind almonds, amaretto, vanilla and tonka beans. Coffee is quite prominent as well. It is also perfect for evenings but it is whispering to me calmly during a day so its appeal is not limited. Leaving golden brown hues in scent form. It is conceptually close to the Elixir version with the delightful wisteria accord and vanilla. Can be used as an evening change for Elixir. It is a parfum concentration and indeed it is rich, gourmand but elegant and understated.

If you are looking for a flanker of Gucci Guilty, so this is not a one. However, don’t let the opening put you off. The notes I could smell are coffe, cacao, cherry and strong liquer. It smells very nutty, more like moroccan argan than almond. Coconut and tonka beans notes are very noticeable in the drydown, along with persistent Narciso Rodrigues’s DNA. Definitely, it’s unisex fragrance, dark and mysterious, gives the vibes of Velvet Orchide, JM Myrre and tonka and Dior Poison. This scent has a professional and formal caracter, absolutely not for youngers.

It starts close to instant coffee scent, close to instant coffee in its slightly wet form in a wet mug. But soon stabilizes as amaretto plus coffee. Almonds, rose, tonka, wisteria. Mmm... The longer on the skin the better it is, loosing that initial strange accord and transforms into a subtle, chic gourmand. I love it how the floral notes start to shine through the gourmand notes after ~ 2hours. Perfect for an evening on a cool day. Nice for a cinema evening as the aura is rather private but long lasting. Lasts till next day. Try it, it is special.

I absolutely love this fragrance! It's different from a lot of fragrances out there. It's warm and kind of boozy. Sweet with depth. It is a warm fragrance. If seasons are being considered, it probably would wear best during fall and winter or cool evenings. However, I would wear this whenever I feel like it. It layers well with Gucci Bloom parfum (black bottle with gold floral). This is totally staying in my arsenal!

Sultry and decadent coffee, chocolate and liqueur scent. The perfume equivalent of burgundy stiletto nails. Makes me feel like I'm out for blood. Its name sounds ironic, this is a woman who has not felt a shred of guilt in her entire life. The drydown reminds me of Mugler's Angel Fantasm, which I also adore. Longevity is exceptional, surpassing the 12-hour mark. Femme fatale of a perfume.

Gucci Guilty EDP which is one of my favorite fragrances is sweet, powdery, very feminine and romantic while Gucci Guilty Absolu de Parfum is mysterious, provocative and kind of unisex fragrance. The dry down reminds me of Dolce&Gabbana (red velvet box). I think Gucci Guilty Absolu de Parfum is perfect for nights out.

It smells like roasted almonds powdered with baby powder while whole coffee beans have been flambé with amaretto, then splashed with a dash of citrus juice The tonka bean is the note that lasts the most and is not too sugary with the vanilla note. This is perfect for fall, winter and maybe a date on a summer night!

This reminds me a bit of YSL Black Opium Extreme in the air but up close you get the bitter almonds and coffee. Not really my type of scent but perfectly unisex and performs well.

I had such high hopes for this one. In the initial spray I got the tonka, almond, wisteria, coffee notes and was so happy! Smelled like a gorgeous deep and bold sensual scent. Very strong, typical statement scent with a Long scent trail. But on my skin there is something I just dont like after it has been sitting on the skin for 30 min. I dont know if its the patchouli and rose combo, but it somehow got from really beautiful and gourmand to very mature. And that ruined it for me a little bit. I Guess it doesnt suit my skin chemistry. It has the similar vibe as YSL Black opium with a niche twist, but I recomend to try it on skin first ♥️ For those who fall in love with it , you get a unique scent with good longevity and sillage ☺️ Lasted 12 hours +++ Beastmode performance.

Overly sweet for me but the silage is so strong.

this is interesting in the way that smelling your finger after touching something gross is interesting. very strong and weird, definitely not something for everyday wear in my opinion. strong, earthy, almost oudh-y and slightly sour coffee and something I can only describe as the scented candle department of an interior shop. not something I would wear

If you have the purple Guilty elixir pour femme you, stick to that, you don’t need this. They grabbed that DNA, added some coffee ground and bitter almond with a hint of citrus, and call it a new scent. Nope, it’s almost the same with a very disturbing citrusy coffee opening which gives an elderly feeling to the whole creation. Can’t complain on longevity and sillage. It’s so strong we had to drive home with the window down, because it made my husband’s tears flow. Quality ingredients used here, that’s for sure, but the overall result is just so unnecessary, and bad.

Heaven have mercy. This smells as bad as liquorice tastes (those black long herbal vile old fashion sweets), and fair enough someone will like both, but I need to go and smell a lemon or something...

I don't get the top or middle notes. Just straight base notes on my face. I personally feel this perfume is suitable for men. I just prefer feminine perfumes. Not a safe blind buy. Rating: 0/10

almond and citrus with coffee? weird & disgusting scent. i could never.

Deep, dark and heavy. Gothic. Not a safe gift or blind buy. Not for daily wear and definitely not for everyone. So mature and stately, that only few would even be able to carry it. Would not personally want to smell like it either. Not my typical cup of tea - or even unambiguously pleasant - but nonetheless there is something alluring and fascinating about it. Can't help but pause to appreciate its quality and composition. Definitely leans into the niche category. Drags me into strange and mysterious inner worlds. The olfactory journey begins with intoxicating dark red berry liquor. Sherry or portwine perhaps. A hint of raisin in it. Some dark sour cherry, too? Distinguishable chocolate background. But not your typical milk chocolate. This is chocolate is DARK - so dark, that it's almost bitter and powdery. I find no coffee as an individual note, but serving as a supportive structure and adding even more richness, darkness and depth. Playing an important role without demanding credit to its name. The perfume is overall well blended and well rounded. No unintentional sharpness or individual notes competing for attention. The scent is dry, in a sense of a drink so dry that it makes your mouth purse, but not powdery. Makes me think of a glass of warming portwine on a winter evening. Dimly lit room, filled with heavy antique furniture made of dark wood. Thick, slightly dusty velvet curtains. A deep female alto voice singing opera. A vampire could smell like this. Later it softens into warm tonka and vanilla, with a touch of bitter almond. Makes me think of Dior Hypnotic Poison. Dark feminine archetype is my primary association, but actually, I could see also a non-female sexy villain - such as a vampire - pull this off successfully. Strong and unique character created with skill, but I have to refrain from rating this.

For a while I've been done with the tsunami of gourmands but this one I quite like. It has a great boozy sweetness mixed with the coffee, which cuts through all the sugar. The scent is narcotic, almost poison-like in the first hour (a good thing in my books), but then shows a more gourmand chocolatey-coffee character afterward. I don't think it's mass appealing, it feels more like "sexy library" and I would happily apply it for a reading session in a quiet library during fall. I'd be happy to own this one someday.

I sacrificed a sample of this to douse my vintage YSL bag as the previous owner was allegedly a chain smoker. It thankfully did its job + got rid of that musty cigarette stench. Make of that what you will lol. I'm not a fan of patchouli, so it definitely smelled better on the bag than it ever would have on me.

Skin test, initially I thought this was a chic burnt sugar floral gourmand... now the almond has shown itself, its rounded and warm, a little nutty, a smidgen of some fruit... its not like the previous iterations of pour femme. May have something dry like iris in the background... Lovely sillage too

If you like almond perfumes (such as Good Girl), this is for you. If you don't - RUN. It can be very overempowering so only use 1-2 sprays. This is more suited for cold seasons at night. Sexy and seductive but smells horrible to those who dislike Almond notes.

People giving low ratings and voting on a perfume that hasn't been out yet are the same type of people who go through influencers/ new celebrities old posts to find something controversial about them in order to get them canceled. Get a job!

Not my scent profile but I am intrigued, props to Gucci for creating a more unique scent in contrast to the recent bombardment of vanilla gourmand perfumes. (Which I love but it gets to a point!)

I’ll just mention the elephant in the room then: PATCHOULI. Will have to come back to this after some maceration time. Hoping to find that the yummy base notes have developed.

This is very unisex if anyone is wondering, don’t write this off if you are a man and don’t go in expecting a very floral feminine scent if you are a woman

This is awesome. Bitter almond bitter coffee and wisteria. Very dark and witchy. Be easy on the trigger, very potent.
