Gucci Guilty Eau de Parfum Intense Pour Femme

This is suuuuuper sexy. It’s dark, seductive and reminds me of a ‘boss’. A confident woman. I usually think I’m a sweet girl, but oh my gosh I am obsessed with this! My partner loved it on me too. It is feminine overall, but has a slight bit of masculinity or neutrality that men who like this could pull off something sweeter. It smells clean, fruity, summery/balmy and woody all at once! I haven’t smelled anything that ticks so many different boxes. It is a super strong fragrance so you definitely will get your moneys worth! For everyday I’d recommend just 2 sprays, but going out you can get away with more. After showering I could still smell this in my hair! It’s clean, woodsy, sweet and tropical with the yellow flowers. The fruitiness is reminiscent of a night flower/blueberry sort of fruitiness. I understand the similarity with this one and Tom ford black orchid. They are both amazing fragrances but I’m thinking if you want a little more femininity (it’s more fruity rather than truffley) then I would recommend this one. It is super sexy! The tropical flowers remind me of Soleil Blanc - they are not similar fragrances but that is also a multi dimensional fragrance that can be taken more seriously while being sensual just like this one. If you love Soleil Blanc I think you would like this too! This one has more of a dark berry fruity and Vetiver edge to it. I am sooooo in awe of this and have tried so many fragrances from niche to designer and honestly this one is one of my favourites! I didnt expect to like this one as much as I did. I had a tester of Gucci guilty that I’ve had for a couple of years when I began my perfume journey and I did enjoy it but wasn’t sure about a full bottle as some days I liked it more than others. The pink pepper is quite strong in the original and there was something about it (kind of powdery/retro but didn’t have the depth and dark sweetness that the intense does). I saw this one at the shops today and decided to spray it since I like Gucci guilty and still think it’s an addictive scent, but this is a little fruity, sweeter and darker. The tuberose adds to the maturity and I’ve always loved violet flowers. I agree it does lean ‘retro’ but retro is beautiful in a demographic full or Ariana cloud or cheap smelling dupes like that. You will stand out with sexiness with this one. I highly recommend you to try it because this one is quite difficult to fully explain in words since it’s so multi dimensional (but similar to black orchid would be a start)! It really is a beautiful one. 🕊

I was not a fan of this on first smell, but forgive me lord, because I was going through a sweet gourmand phase at the time. To be straight, it’s been a weird time in my life, and I’ve pretty suddenly been jolted from my life in a warm and sunny (but miserable) place to a much happier (and very rainy weather wise) existence, so I’ve been revisiting my collection trying to find some comfort in the chaos, and today on a whim I gave each wrist a spray of the Gucci, having been impressed with its longevity the other time I tried it but not having vibed with the woodsy-ness and violet, and oh my god, I’m so in love. I finally am picking up on the lychee and plum on the initial spray, and it smells so much more well balanced on me now than it did before (I have a theory that my happiness levels and more cool & humid climate have changed my body chemistry a bit). Previously I was overwhelmed by patchouli and vetiver, but now they mix with the violet to become a soft, yet prominent backdrop to carry forth the sweet fruit and juicy florals. Several hours later, it’s still going strong, which is fabulous because my skin absolutely eats up perfumes without a strong base/heart. It softens into a smoky vanilla, reminding me of OG Guerlain Shalimar with a less prominent citrus. If you’re a lover of (or ever loved in your past but maybe have since abandoned) Angel EDP, Chanel No. 5 or my beloved Shalimar, give this a shot! To anyone else recently living in either the NE or NW (or Canada!) or anywhere similar, especially if like me, you’ve been having a crap month and miss sunnier skies, this is the vibe, bonus points if you give this a spray while the morning is cool and gray, because the scent will soften and sweeten into a beautiful woodsy scent that hangs around your skin like the nice soft cashmere sweater you’ll inevitably have to ditch around 3pm.

I've been in a love affair with Gucci Guilty for almost 8 years now. I've worn the original EDT, the EDP, especially loved the original Intense, wore the Platinum flanker and loved them all. The only one I didn't love was Absolu, because I could smell no trace of what made the originals so characteristic which to me was the combination of lilac, pink pepper and patchouli. This version I actually ended up with by accident, I was trying to buy the original Intense, the one with the overdose of lilac and pink pepper. It's become really difficult to find and when i stumbled upon this i thought that they had just changed the bottle. So it was technically a blind buy. Somehow, despite this having neither lilac nor pink pepper, I immediately smelled something in it that still screamed "Gucci Guilty", and I think that's the patchouli. The way it's blended with the plum and ylang-ylang almost imitates the original, but where the original felt more floral and light, despite the pepper top, this feels solid, grounded, rounded out and with a sweeter body that gives it weight. On my skin this scent doesn't change at all, how it smells when I first spray it is how it smells 12 hours later. It's so unique. One other huge thing for me is that I hate vanilla fragrances. On my skin they never sit right but patchouli does. In this, the vanilla doesn't come through on my skin at all, it's all patchouli, plum, ylang-ylang goodness and that underlying Guilty DNA.

On my skin, it is a beastperformer, with 2 sprays and last about 9 hours, and that is what I am looking for, but I also need to love it! And I also love plum (dark rich and juicy plum!,) which I am getting with this, ylang sweets it up, but the vetiver pulls it to not become too sweet, I don't like gourmands! This is not for gourmand lovers or fruity lovers, this pulls unisex for me, it gives me Nomade vibes, they are not similar, this is more feminine...but if you like Nomade, I think you will also like this one! I will get this one, but not for now, i still have my decadence, which I use sparingly, it is sadly discountinued, that was absolutly my fave! After playing with it some time, I fell absolutely in love, and had to have it! 😁 Boy it last sooo long, on me...and it takes me to a journey..it is not linear..beginning you get the plum, mandora and litchi..mid comes ylang to play and vetiver, drydown the vanila comes to dance, vanila and ylang try to overbeat, but vetiver and patchouli don' t allow it! I don' have to bade in it, it is loud, and when you think that after a while it will not project, suddenly boom here she comes again to say I am here!

Update: I should be moving on to my spring florals and citruses but I can't pull myself away from Guilty EDP Intense Pour Femme. I love the way the patchouli mingles with the sweet tuberose. It is sweet but kept in check by the lychee and plum. Along with Chanel's Coromadel this has become my favorite patchouli fragrance. I am not a lover of patchouli but Guilty EDP Intense has me mesmerized. I'm guilty of loving this. I think this intense perfume is intended to be experienced as a unified fragrance rather than trying to disect individual fragrance notes. Having said that I do smell the fruit and the sweetness of the tuberose. My goodness this is a beautiful fragrance. There is a soft golden amber type note undulating beneath with an earthy patchouli. This is my first day of wearing it. I sampled it at the Gucci boutique and couldn't leave without purchasing a bottle. It is a sort of retroactive type fragrance because I feel like I have smelled this scent before, but I couldn't tell you when or where. Although I bought it in April, I think it will be better suited for the fall. My husband said it smells like rich people. Lol!

I first got a 10ml travel size of this blindly, and omg it was soooo good! I fell in love immediately and then I dropped my sample! 😭 That thin glass shattered all over the floor! What a tragedy!! I ordered a 1.7oz bottle and I’m wearing it today! This has violet in the top notes similarly to d&g the only one, but no caramel. The point of that is to say that violet in perfume blended well with other notes doesn’t always smell like the screechy astringent purple flower. In this case (and in the only one) it is blended so that it smells like an aromatic vibe combined with a deep rich warmth and sweetness! The plum, patchouli, vanilla and vetiver give it that rich sweet dark decadence while the florals and fruits in the opening (orange and litchie) give it a fresh floral brightness at the same time. Combined make for such a lovely sexy mysterious scent they I absolutely adore! I love feminine scents and I love this! So no, this is NOT a masculine scent. What this is is a deep rich winter/fall dark feminine energy kind of scent, but it is feminine. Just because something isn’t bright or fresh doesn’t make it masculine.

I’d love to know who the nose is on this. To me, it has a traditional French perfume aesthetic — which I love — and this helps it stand out from the crowd. There is something sophisticated going on here, and I appreciate it being more interesting than the majority of the scents I’ve tried recently at Sephora, Nordstrom and Ulta (what’s available here — I miss Houston and Dallas when it comes to sniffing). It has a liqueur-like quality that I find appealing — there are layers of sweetness, but there’s also enough tonic to tame and complement them without it becoming a block of wood. It has rich, darker spaces and light, like glowing Perpignan garnets. At first the plum note reminded me of the plums in Natori and Keiko Mecheri’s Ume, but the more I play with it, the more YSL Poison comes to mind. Not as a smellalike, but as something related in spirit. You either wear Poison or it wears you. Same with this, I feel. Really good to find something with this much presence. Will especially enjoy it in cooler temps, much as I do Coco and Femme de Rochas and Poison.

Intense! Friends, you need to be careful how you wear this, I beg you. Very unexpectedly, I adore this perfume -- it is nothing like I have ever worn, but damn, it is sexy! Deep, dark, sultry, heavy, mysterious ... perfect for dressing for a date that involves fancy underwear. Just make sure you spray it lightly at least two hours before you go out, otherwise you might suffocate your companion ... the initial sillage is that strong. After a couple of hours, though, the projection calms down and the scent evolves into something more refined and gorgeous. Really good longevity on skin and clothing. With dry down, you get the plum and ylang ylang, finally settling into a vanilla that stays on clothing even after washing. But as a person who normally prefers lighter scents, I would confine this to nights only. Too strong for daytime! If I were seated next to someone wearing this on a plane, I would get airsick ... at an office meeting, I would get a migraine. Go easy on this elixir, and it will be special for you!

I'm kind of sad. I'm an 80s gal, way back before the Internet made it so easy to be in touch with information. Back when having a perfume was a treat. Classics like Cartier, chanel no 5, spellbound, etc. We'd head to the cosmetics counters to sneak sample sprays of the "big adult" perfumes. Nobody was taking 12 year olds to Sephora and I think the first "tween" scent I had was electric youth from Debbie Gibson. Now, there's 100 new scents being released every day it seems, all struggling to remain relevant. I still have fond memories of byblos, escape, alfred sung, red door, etc. But alas, I'm 53 now. I actually love this scent. For me, it's a sad scent. A lonely scent. Nobody compliments me. Hubby doesn't care. I live in a small town and rarely get out. I wear this for myself. My dogs, my cats, and my guinea hens, raccoons and opossum all love me even without a shower in 4 days. Lol. This makes me feel good. It's as bold, big, and loud a scent as I can get, without going back to the 80s

This is gorgeous! With every guilty I’ve smelled I’d say oh no this one’s better than the other this is my new favorite etc.. and ima say it again lol! I think this is tops for me personally above the others.. this just smells very luxe, more luxe then the EDP.. and this though very mild has a touch of sweet (guessing the plum) that just makes it delicious. I do get the nod to TF BO & VO only this is way more dialed down and tolerable, and I think maybe that’s why I really enjoy this one b/c I do love Black Orchid but started finding it to be a bit too much, this is BO all the way dried down when it starts to stick closer to the skin, & still sultry sexy, love it. Update: this lasted through my shower, definitely need a bottle. Update: Got a bottle, get compliments every time I put it on, and I feel like money.

I fell in love with this perfume from the first time I smelled it in stores. It is a sweet, but sexy, vanilla enriched fragrance! I see this as the perfect date night scent . I get a lot of the fruitiness from the Plum, with the powder from the violet complimenting it in the background. As the perfume evolves, I smell the Ylang-Ylang but to my surprise, it smells pleasant. It almost reminds me of something I detect in Love by Kilian. Once the perfume settles into the base notes, I get a lot of woody vanilla, with little to not patchouli detected. One spray lasted hours on me. I do see some similarities to the other Gucci Guilty perfumes, but this one is superior, by far. Gucci guilty Intense Pour Femme is truly a masterpiece!

This does not smell like black orchid which I can't stand. GG Intense edp is a gorgeous fruity, patchouli sex bomb. It does with the patchouli note what By (dolce & gabanna) did with the coffee note as a driver. Also reminds me a bit of Jill Sanders #4 from years ago but Guilty Intense is contemporary, classic, timeless, highly erotic, romantic and expensive smelling all at the same time, it also has good, strong sillage.despite being soft. I highly recommend this as.a gradual proliferation of what good perfuming from the late 90s early 2000s would have become had the trends not watered down, thinned out, gone sickly sweet, unsexy gourmand or simplistic. I highly recommend.

The first ten seconds absolutely reminds me of velvet orchid by TF for sure, but then that part is gone like completely gone and out comes Gucci Guilty, but wait, it's not the usual soft, cold, insecure Gucci guilty, Gucci Guilty Intense, Oh she's a beast. Shes a warm sweet confident loud less powdery Gucci Guilty Beast. Well done, Gucci, finally I like something from this house in years. Well, I like other creations but not enough to buy, but I did buy this, GGI. I say beast because that's what she is: powerful, projecting, long-lasting, and leaves a trail. Like I said, well done, Gucci!

This beauty is a velvety cloud of opulence and divinity. Warning: She's a bold one! The first two hours are indeed intense and it needs to settle before others will want to share space with you. Two sprays is plenty and then you'll want to enjoy your bust of enchantment (I love it), alone, for 2 hours, or people will complain. However... after this buffer all I hear is "OMG you smell AMAZING". You can't just throw it on and go anywhere but she's worth it! The violet is on point. The blend is perfection - total powerhouse.

this makes me feel like i’m walking the 2009 victoria’s secret fashion show in new york (i was wearing this while watching it)...it’s so glamorous and over the top for me , which i love. it’s strong and feminine with a tiny bit of masculine leaning , making you feel confident and powerful. pretty sure my mom likes this too so it reminds me of her. strong patchouli and violet scent with a dash of vanilla and tuberose. so sexy and seductive i want a full bottle now.

2022 new fragrance Not usually a "powder note" gal yet this is blended so well only supports and compliments the other notes perfectly. As for Tuberose, which I love growing in our garden... not as a main note in perfumes. Gucci Guilty Intense Pour Femme is smooth, surprising, well blended that no other note takes over any one as they all dance around you in a cloud of sexy star dust... Wanted this for time. She hasn't disappointed me. Initially I detect the violet. I don't usually like violet just it quickly blends in to this beautiful oriental floral Amber. I'm made up. I can tell its going to be good longevity. I'm a over sprayer and love predominant scents. This is one. I feel sexy with her. I'm off to Asda shortly so any fit men out there? You are welcome to approach me and ask me what I'm wearing!

I just got this perfume today! It is definitely strong to start but you can sence the original's DNA in it. It is powdery and has a uniqueness about it, although it does remind me of Tom Ford's Black Orchid but in a more tolerable way. I get hints of the citrus and the plum and it seems to give way to the warm vanilla in the background. A solid release from the house of Gucci.

Compared to the pour femme edp version, this has more phases. Initially it smells strong and unrecognizable, then turns into the EDP version, and the drydown is woody. My fiancé prefers the intense version, although I like them both. I think this one is super feninine, more mature than the other, and stronger projection. Gonna get a full bottle.

Didn’t like it at first but give it 5 mins. This is alluring and intoxicating. Even though the name tag says ‘pour femme’ it leans to masculine. Could’ve been unisex easily. Dark, charismatic, confident. If you’d define yourself as such, go for it. Tried it from a 5 ml decant and going for a full bottle for sure.

I previously had the Gucci Guilty edt & used it up so fast just to finish. It was a gift. Didn't really enjoy it at the time. THIS one is different! Coincidently, also a gift! This is lush, heady with sensual "bad girl' vibes. Kinda brings to mind the line, 'Women, not girls, rule my world." So....yeah.

I've had this perfume tucked away for a while and it's so nice. It has awesome staying staying power and projects all day. My skin can eat perfume and this is one of the few that lasts and I get beautiful whiffs all day. It's one of the very few perfumes I enjoy from beginning to end.

I love this! It's not unique at all, just classic cozy patchouli, but it's strong enough and it lasts on me all day. I'll think about buying a whole bottle. It'd be nice all year and both day and night but I feel the best season for this perfume is summer.

Gorgeous! Just Gorgeous! I already left a detailed review a few months ago but I wore it yesterday for the first time in a while and I nearly melted after sprayed in on it’s so good. It’s so sexy and long lasting, the sillage is really big. Love love love!

I think Gucci does make some of the best perfumes. It has been a while since I last smelt this but I remember really liking it. A fantastic oriental fragrance 8/10

Absolutely delicious, complex, warm, (not too)sweet, creamy and spicy earthy. From the first spray on the skin, it goes from luscious flowery violet to warm to very sweet and earthy, to almost powdery at some point, and then there's this vetiver freshness again. It softens into a velvet violet cream carried by the earthy patchouli. Fresh vetiver notes linger in the background for an hour or so. This summer i bought a sample size on vinted to test it and felt i had to retry in another season because it was too heavy, i did, now in autumn transitioning to winter and i find it an absolutely gorgeous and multi faceted gem! Even only 2 drops on my wrists are lasting trough the evening, with great sillage. Note: the next day, the perfume on my clothes is still strong and it's a deep violet. On my wrists, i smell warm and sweet traces of vanilla and ylang ylang... Edit : 2 days later and theres this delicious, dark and sweet violet scent lingering in the fabric i put a drop on. Edit : okay, it's eternal on clothes! It's still a very juicy and creamy violet scent.

This does remind me of black orchid as it dries down, but it is much more floral and the violets are what carries this for several hours. It also has a very strong scent of lilacs as well to me. There are three distinct phases, sweet, floral/musky, then woody. This is nuclear, two sprays on my arm at 4:00 pm and it is now 1:30 am I just took a shower and it hasn’t come off. I don’t know how I feel about that because me and everyone around me could smell it the entire time I had it on as if I’d just sprayed it. It became a bit overwhelming and cloying after a few hours, but I do prefer that to something that doesn’t last and it is called intense for a reason. I have not smelled the original - I like the vibe of this fragrance, with the bottles and the intenseness of the scent itself it seems very loud and gaudy, fits with the brand.

I don't care so much for guccis take on Violet perfumes or the whole gucci guilty line as I have filled that void with love in black from creed & guerlains insolence (original formulation) but I have to say this has lasted extremely well, I sprayed it at 6pm yesterday evening when I was shoppong in boots, I got drenched on the school run this morning and it's still there on my coat sleeve some 28 hrs later and I only sprayed it twice. So for that I give gucci credit after my fail buying gorgeous gardenia edp in the summer and it not lasting anywhere close to half as much as this one does. 👏 now gucci please make gorgeous gardenia intense I'm begging you.....

Wow! The 80s are back - and I'm so proud that so many younger women have the temerity to rock fragrances like this one. It's bold, aromatic, warm, and creamy too (thank you, vanilla). The fruit notes are muted and well blended, and the florals are subtle, although I can pick up the ylang-ylang. The woody accords are subtle, smooth, and not at all smoky. I'm not normally a big fan of patchouli but it works here. The stages from top note to base are all lovely - and it has fantastic longevity. It's a powerhouse. No need to get heavy handed with it.

I got it as a blind buy and I'm happy with it, it's a smooth floral blend which I get the tuberose and the Ylang Ylang the most in the opening and I can smell the Plum note, roses and the patchouli in the dry down, also it's a sweet scent but not cloying, it's well balanced. I have to say it's very similar to imperial emerald by the merchant of venice fragrance it's like 80% similar in the opening but different in the dry down where this goes to patchouli and floral notes which reminding me of chanel allure sensuelle edp.

i like how it opens backwards, first a blast of patchouli and vetiver, then sweetness of plums and ylang ylang, then powdery violet. i'm not a patchouli fan right now, but i really really like this perfume, it's intriguing and sexy. the ad campaign with lana del rey and retro aesthetic also fits perfectly. i wouldn't have anywhere to wear it to tho, cause i don't feel mature enough for it, so i'm going to give it away.

This is a plum and patchouli beast! It’s one of the best performing and most unique fragrances that have been released for a while! It smells like glamorous nights out in the winter time! You can still smell a hint of the Gucci Guilty DNA but this version has been amped up completely. It lives up to its intense name

Now sniffing the sleeve of the perfume I sprayed yesterday it reminds me of Alien Musc Mysterieux plus some lilac accord, wanted to find a dupe for it for a long time. Just amazing. Patchouli is not too strong. So well balanced. I would say it’s great for all seasons, except very hot days.

It's strong, dark but also sweet, for the first time I can't stand with the strong woody scent but you know after a while it's getting more good by time, It's suit for formal occasion or night party because I think this one can give u an elegant and sexy scent ^^ 8/10

This is really a very Intense version, there is a lot of patchouli and a lot of wood, overall the perfume is very deep and rich, not what I usually expect from Gucci. It also resembles a fruitier version of Black Orchid, but more with a tropical vibe to it.

I want to love this but there’s something too spicy and aromatic and astringent about it. However, performance is really great - lasts long, people smell it around me, it’s a bold scent. I like it but I don’t love it. I wish I felt otherwise.

Very parfumey upon first spray and I get some vintage vibes. Slightly powdery. It is stronger than the original EDP and the violet is more pronounced. Nice release, not so generic like some other recent ones from big designer houses.

Very fruity, almost smells like a shampoo. The plum and litchi are noticeable on me. It’s nice, can be overwhelming. There is something fresh and woody in the background that help this not just be a basic fruity fragrance.

This is a really sexy and intoxicating scent! The initial fruity notes are lovely, but it dries down to a warm, woody vanilla that's absolutely addictive. Perfect for evenings out.

This it the LBD, red lip, bed head evening out on a rainy night perfume. Plums and dark florals and doesn't take over the room. Enjoyable to get up close to.

i honestly did not like it at all until it dried down. it took about 1-2 hours for it to start smelling good - overall much more woodier than the original.

I really do like this fragrance but for some reason it always gets overlooked in my collection. Maybe I’ll wear it tomorrow.
