Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Femme

Opens up with a sweet and creamy floral. I could smell a bit of the citrus, too. By the end of hour 1, the citrus had faded into the background and the florals were more prominent. I did not distinctly notice the raspberry.... and never smelled the grapefruit, at all. By the end of hour 2, the florals were "dancing" with a light amber "veil" and I could smell something woody, in the background. And that's pretty much how this fragrance stayed on my skin, for 4+ hours. I think this is a year-round scent, but it probably shines most, during (warmer) spring, summer and early fall . Can easily go from day to evening.... and would make a lovely special occasion or wedding scent, too.

9/10 Oh my. It’s so effortlessly beautiful—soft, comforting, tender. It smells like powdered petals and raspberry glaze warmed by the summer sun. It reminds me the feel of the softest Merino wool blanket, that gentle stillness right after waking up very well-rested, and the peaceful ease of a beautiful, unhurried day. It’s so feminine, dreamy, and quietly luxurious. I love it, truly—but it’s the kind of love that I know will gently fade. There’s something missing, a little note that makes it irreplaceably unique. It may not be my signature scent, but it’s perfect for one summer you want to keep forever, bottled in perfume.

This smells like a freshly opened pack of baby wipes. I really love the powder + violet combination and would recommend this for anyone looking for a “no brainer”. It won’t get you noticed, but those who notice may find the scent is expensive and recognizable (baby wipes). It’s high quality for sure but not a “must buy” if you already have powdery scents that you love. Update after two weeks: I gave this away. It’s too “high school musical” for me whereas I was hoping for more of a Pink Ladies vibe.

I dislike Guilty Pour Femme but this Love Edition is a great composition. Very well blended and a lovely modern take on a powdery perfume. Cool powdery violet mingling with a faint - not overly sweet or syrupy - raspberry and grapefruit. It's your typical fresh clean powder scent but executed perfectly, and has a nuance of warmth from the musk/amber. Elegant and feminine for all ages, all occasions.

this is very beautiful , the lasting power is incredibly long , sort of reminds me a tad of insolence but not as powdery, or lipstick on...but this has a tart note Wich also reminds me of the Zara Sweet Vanilla 02 perfume in the pink bottle

This is just lovely! Long lasting too, I could still smell the drydown next day. The drydown smells like I imagine ruby chocolate to smell like. This is a fragrance of many interesting transitions before that, so give it time.

Powdery in a very sexy way. Outstanding seductive fragrance

I really like this one. It is not one I reach for often, and when I do use it, I always like it. It is powdery for sure. Violets dominate in this one, but it is sweet and floral. It very romantic and pleasant. This would be a great scent for a day in the park in the summertime. A great church/office scent. It is not offensive, and silage is moderate, so you aren't going to smell up a room, but if people walk by you, you will smell great. Longevity is moderate. It probably won't last all day. That is why it is great for a fun afternoon, movie date, church service, etc. You can get a good 4-6 hours of this I think if you overspray. I paired it with a light lotion and it lasted well past lunchtime. IMO, this is a safe buy.

Lovely, lovely opening. It starts with breezy, airy and a little bit aquatic floral notes, which makes me feel like I'm in a garden full of violet in the early morning with morning dew still on the flowers. As time goes by, it turns into a little bit more powdery and stronger soapy scent. Violet, other some strong floral notes I can't identify, and raspberry start to appear and it becomes kind of a generic floral perfume. After that, patchouli starts to kick in and the scent becomes a bit more stronger. The longevity is surprisingly good for a floral perfume, maybe due to the patchouli. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with the opening, but although it's a pleasant, pretty scent, it's not my favourite.

very nice scent, in the 'semi fresh' sort of feel. i was testing other scents so this one got a bit taken over. i dont think its similar to givenchy play, or the other gold guilty bottle in this same shape, nor the more squared gucci guilty - those two have notes for me which are quite distinctive,and those two have more in common than this pink bottle the gold guilty bottle has a decent sillage, and very good lasting power. must test again. it was safe i suppose at the time, the notes look quite nice

This is LOVE-ly! But that is it. A bit powdery, very little. Floral... again, very little. Sort of fruity, a bit sour. It's not bad, but there is nothing there to make you say WOW. That being said though, I still think it's a really nice choice for spring. It's bouncy and harmless, everyday perfection! Not on my want list, but if you want a fun office scent... this is alright. Edit: now it's on my want list 😂

Lovely everyday perfume. Agree with the listed notes -- this is a slightly fruity (berry) and delicately floral perfume, overall on the sweeter & powdery side but light enough to be appropriate for any setting. Bears little resemblance to Guilty Absolute for Her -- if that contains ripe, dark berries like a petite syrah, then Love Edition is more of a zinfandel spritzer. Feminine, pleasing, and inoffensive.

If you love powdery, violet-heavy perfumes, this fragrance is such a gem. I own the Gucci Guilty EDP which smells very similar to this one, except more potent. I decluttered this one solely because I didnt need two perfumes that smelled so similar. However, i recommend this perfume if you love powdery scents.

Tried this yesterday and really wanted to like it! When sprayed I instantly smelled violet soap and after 10 minutes it was just soap. Expensive, luxurious and clean, but still soap. Lasted about 4 hours, and overpriced imho, but if shower fresh scents are your thing it is definitely worth a test!

Very likable and linear however this seems quite familiar maybe because it smells like its sister Gucci Flora EDP. Anyway easily wearable by any age. And this is also a very easily forgettable fragrance as well If I had this I wouldn't reach for it maybe only if I didn't have anything else. 7/10

The guilty for powder lovers..love is so beautiful it’s guilty DNA only with more violets and powder bliss. Starts with a dash of sweetness but the dry down is clean comforting and cozy; nice scent when you want to feel refreshed. Love the bottle color choices radiating authentic vintage Gucci.

Nice scent, very powdery! Reminds me of baby powder mixed with the original guilty! It doesn’t seem to last long on me, or clothes! I won’t be repurchasing but the scent itself is lovely!

Flowery, fruity and very powdery, elegant. I suppose the people who wear powerful perfumes won't even catch the smell of it. The longevity is great. I need small bottle for summer.

Very pleasant floral powdery scent for every day. I can smell raspberries and flower petals powdered with lots of violets. It is subtle, clean and fresh, but long lasting.

This is Certtui 1881 100% even the sequence notes violet note is so dominant and the musk but for sure Cerutti 1881 It's lovely!

This smells like luxurious hotel soap, it's beautiful. Clean, powdery, a tad sweet. It's great for the warmer or spring days.

If this smells like a stronger lipstick on I'm buying this

Weeks ago i went "sniffing"! I was overenthused that we could spray freely once again after the long lockdowns, restrictions, protocols etc... As a result i sprayed at least on 8 different parts of both my arms. Hours later, and still driving, i realised a familiar, beachy, sunny, cozy fragrance had been accompanying me for hours, but couldn't remember what i had sprayed on that part To cut a long story short, after revisiting stores 4-5 times trying to remember what i had tested, voilá! A stunning yellow floral-amber-patchouli with a little rasberry and violet, that lasts for hours even on drier skin, projects well and has a drydown from the 90's, as opposed to contemporary wanna-be-perfume chemicals! Well done again, Gucci! Loved Memoire, as well!

I just got a nearly full bottle at a thrift shop. To me it's like a soapy and powdery version of Sarah Jessica Parker's Born Lovely, which I love. I'm not in love with this Gucci, but it's not bad. I just find it to be too powdery for my liking. For those that like a powdery perfume though it could be a winner. I'll keep it and try it again a few more times before deciding to keep or pass it on. I do think the bottle is classy.

I would describe this scent as "sexy grandma". I first caught yummy raspberry notes in the tester so I sprayed it all over myself. Then the powdery violet patchouli set in. Not bad, but not my style. If you like the Aviation cocktail you will love it.

A very simple designer fragrance! Unfortunately discontinued, but no worries because this is nothing unique. It’s soft powdery and floral. Lasting power is ok maybe 2 to 4 hours.

on my skin it smells like an expensive hotel soap. I like it, but not on my skin. Doesn’t last at all. I use it as a room spray or on my bed sheets sometimes.

Very undecidely in the beginning and opening. The drydown is mild, soapy and slightly reminds me of marzipan. Not a very stand out perfume.

I went on a scent sniffing jaunt this afternoon at Ulta and saw this sitting on the shelf and thought it looked interesting enough. I couldn't remember what I read about it, so I had zero expectations. Turns out that this isn't bad at all! Violets and I have a troubled history, as I don't usually care for the powdery aspect of them, but here it works and quite nicely I must say. I didn't spray it on me, but I could tell that it's a simple, safe, carefree, daytime Spring floral perfectly appropriate for office wear. I'm not rushing to get a full bottle of it, but I'll probably end up with a rollerball version at some point this Spring. EDIT: I have a sample and...no. I thought I liked this, but once I had a chance to try it out, it's a hard pass. The violet note is not the problem, surprisingly, it's the musk. It smells almost animalic to me, like musty underwear that I sprinkled violet powder in instead of properly washing up. Really disturbing to my nose and it mars an otherwise genteel, old-fashioned smelling fragrance.

On the test strip this smelled great. I got that tart tangy pretty raspberry and a burst of florals. I was happy for the raspberry to keep it more wearable for me. My best friend spoke highly of this fragrance. I was so happy to see it and try it in ulta so I snatched it up after testing it (just on the strip, that’s a mistake). Got home and decided to spray it on my skin. I sprayed one spray on my wrist and it definitely radiated. She was strong, BUT I was not getting that nice tart raspberry anymore. WHYYY was I just getting straight POWDERY FLORAL NOTES. This is going to sound weird but it smelled like a purple powdery floral note. VIOLET!!! All I could smell, from first spray on my skin even to 2 hours later. WTF, naw she had to go back. I didn’t want to keep it and go back to it later. I thought about it. I was like maybe it just needed to sit out, some fragrances do better after just sitting for some time but I wasn’t wanting to wait. I returned it for something else and have no regrets at all.

I wear and enjoy many fragrances, but sampling this in the mall on paper, I just couldn't commit to trying it on skin after carrying it around for 15 minutes while browsing. And I know better than to judge a scent on paper. I'm just barely leaving the diaper changing stage with my toddler, so the resemblance to baby wipes is too strong for me. I have to wonder if that's the point? I wonder if they intentionally made a nostalgic scent to look back on those times when their dear child was just a baby. I love powdery or creamy scents, but I would not even buy this for $15 at TJMAXX. I really want to try the original.

I had high hopes for Gucci Guilty Love Edition. I was expecting a soft, make-up scent like Chloe Love. The opening was a delicate musky fruity powder, but in a short while, the musk has dominated other notes and turned into a monster. It was quite long lasting despite I washed my wrist. Contrary to the harmless looking notes end lovely pink bottle, this was the most suffocating, hard to breathe perfume I have ever experienced along with Erba Pura.

I had a Gucci gift card my Mom left so I decided to get this fragrance. In store it was a nice, nondescript clean scent. I agree with many that it has a nice "soapy" scent with decent silage and longevity. However, after wearing it a few times I realized...it smells like baby wipes. I CANNOT get it out of my head now and can't stand the scent. Hopefully I can sell the bottle on Facebook marketplace or something since it's almost completely full.

On my skin at first the initial scent was like a very chemically masculine-smelling deodorant spray. It dried down smelling like just a very strong chemical hairspray. Just very chemical smelling and masculine on me, which I think is pretty comical, given the baby-pink bottle.

Ok so - I couldnt wait to get a sample of this because I adore lipsticky, powdery, floral scents and I've been looking for the perfect one for quite a while. To begin with this smells like someone else mentioned, a tad hairspray-ish with a hint of Gucci guilty pour femme,then as it develops it gets better but I'm still not sure im sold on it yet, its lovely but this to me smells very much like Avon Sparkling Attitude which smells very similar to the original Lolita Lempicka only more wearable as it has less aniseed and is less powdery, this definately smells 99.9 percent similar to my nose, I definately make out a tinge of aniseed or licorice even though they arent mentioned in the notes pyramid, this smells a little nicer but I'm not sure it's worth the price tag when Avons is so much cheaper I'm going to finish my sample and decide. I dont think this smells like Lolita Lempicka l'eau en blanc, that on me smells of pure freesia which I dont get any of in this one. I've never tried Lipstick On so cant really comment but if you like soft floral type scents you might like this. I also dont think it smells like Insolence, I really thought Insolence would blow me away, it did...but not in the way that I had hoped, i was blown away more in a blast of furniture polish way, the violet was so strong that it actually no longer smelt like violet just pure furniture polish on me, a reminder to myself that violet should stay dainty as it should be, I prefer this over Insolence because its delicate. No notes stand out in this to me other than a hint of aniseed or licorice(both smell similar to me so not sure which it is) its well blended and just has a pretty sweet aroma, sillage isnt great but then most soft florals arent but longetivity is really good. Overall this is nice, im not sure im blown away with it though but only time will tell x

I don't own the original Gucci Guilty but it's on my wishlist. I tried a couple times in the past and remember really liking it. I recently got a sample of this, thought it was the original but then realized it couldn't possibly be the fragrance I wanted. Sure enough, on a closer look it was the Gucci Guilty Love Edition. I can't compare them side by side at the moment but I am positive this is very different. Its main note is the powdery one, which I don't mind in theory. It's sort of a makeup/lipstick, just a bit soapy scent. I do get violets, some musk, not really any fruit, some eraser scent yes... but this is so faint, I can barely smell anything anyway. The first time I tried it, I had taken a shower and used a very strong fragranced body wash. I applied a couple sprays of this and I literally could not smell anything at all. I thought it was because of the body wash so I then decided, the following day, to apply the rest of the sample (maybe 7-8 sprays) on skin but mostly on clothes directly. Not a good idea either, I was able to identify the scent better but it becomes unpleasant with such a heavy hand. I don't think this is made to be used so heavily (no perfume is tbh). Probably its whole purpose is to be used by those who don't really like heavy scents, but who also don't want a body mist, something very young, or very fruity. For reference, those type of products do project much more heavily than this in the beginning. They just don't last. This on the other hand, doesn't smell like much in the beginning either. It is feminine however, but soft and subdued on a whole other level.

Gucci Guilty Love has coincided its release with Valentine's Day. Housed in a soft, baby pink bottle, this fragrance is a delicate, powdery violet, patchouli and raspberry scent. Gucci Guilty Love, despite its prettiness, is a relatively linear fragrance on the skin. It plays it very safe, which can be a good and a bad thing. Sadly, fragrances like Gucci Guilty Love don't compete very well in the current perfume market, where there is already an over-abundance of nondescript florals. Gucci Guilty Love doesn't steer too far away from the recently re-released Gucci Guilty Eau de Parfum in terms of its composition. If anything, this flanker is more powdery and smells sweeter, all thanks to the candied raspberry note. Gucci Guilty Love's scent projection is weak to moderate, depending on the number of sprays. The longevity is decent, lasting approximately five hours on my skin. Powdery fragrances can be quite versatile, so you could wear Gucci Guilty Love all year round if you so wish. There's nothing unpleasant about this flanker, but I do wish it were more interesting. I don't think I'll be alone in thinking this. In recent years niche brands have become increasingly popular and it's not hard to see why when designer brands churn out so many bland, nondescript fragrances.

oh my goodness i was so surprised to see so many so-so reviews lol...........i really love this scent.........i think its the best of of the "new" guilty line :) i have to be honest- i was actually afraid to get this because i did not like the other "new" (and not so improved lol) gucci guilty scents but when i read from other reviewers about being powdery & violet - i was like oh ya my perfect combo so i decided to order it and im very happy to report i think its really pretty :) i find it very feminine , soft & very powdery......if u love violet & powder scents u will probably adore this :) it kind of has an old hollywood vibe to it or i picture someone in the 1920's flapper days wearing this with those amazing flapper dresses & dancing the night away smelling like sweet violets & powder :) on me the violet of coarse takes center stage - as well as the powder essence & oh the narcissus is really pretty it in too - and luckily it doesnt smell like baby wipes lol or at least on me it doesnt lol so there may be hope for this "new" guilty line afterall lol.............but if your someone who hasnt tried the original guilty line u must...........the original guilty line i thought was amazing especially if u are a lilac lover :)

I got it yesterday, and in truth my first impression wasn’t great..at first it smelled like nail polish remover, I wondered if the artic cold here in Canada might have accentuated the alcohol in it...anyhow, this is like different for sure, the narcissus gives it a classy floral undertone, now the watery notes add a weird tone, it is almost like Vetiver, a bit masculine almost...not sure I detect any raspberry..now it seems to come together in the base..I see Guilty Love as a spring summer perfume, I thought of Opium Vapeurs when I smelled it again this morning...I will let it be on my shelf , and will revisit in warmer temperatures...I think the concept is to mix unusual notes, well, expect an unusual result at the expense of a great smelling perfume..I don’t really get a lipstick vibe ..but maybe in a small way...so far, not a huge love, not even a like so far...will revisit in the spring.

This is very pretty! Raspberries with candy-like violets. I've sniffed this a few times and it keeps reminding me of something I've smelled before. Then it hit me! This smells like these little gourmet candies I used to get a place called KP Duty. They never smelled like actual candy though; just slightly sweet and elegant. They had different flavors but the violet ones were my fave and this is exactly what this perfume smells like. I also get a slight hint of licorice on my skin, but I have to really focus on it. Overall, I really like this new release. The name and the bottle color suit it. It is reminiscent of Love...and those little gourmet candies I used to get when I was a teen. Delightful fragrance!

I received a tester card with both Gucci Guilty Love editions, so hope you won't mind me reviewing them both here (there isn't much to say anyway). Pour Femme: Boooooring... Too safe, even for the most sensitive of snowflakes. Obviously made with an idea to be 100% inoffensive and submissive. Grapefruit, raspberry and some nondescript flowers (no violet whatsoever). Pour Homme: Equally safe and uninteresting as its female counterpart. Incredibly sweet, with mandarin orange, patchouli, benzoin, pink pepper and just a hint of lavender. It's so feminine/effeminate that I wouldn't even label it unisex. Bottom line: Both fragrances are aimed at very young customers, who don't know better.

I have only smelled Gucci Guilty pour femme in passing and do not own it, so I can't fully compare this to that one, but I can tell you that I do get lilac in that one and this has none. That one also has pink pepper and geranium which both give it an entirely different feel to me. I feel like I could own and enjoy both. Love Edition has the prettier bottle though, and was LE so this one was added first. This is warm and soft and very sexy without being too over the top. There is a creaminess to it that I really enjoy, and no sharp edges whatsoever. Don't let the 'watery notes' deter you--there is nothing aquatic here. This is romance in a bottle, and I love it.

I had luck with several other Gucci fragrances from the Guilty line, so I was hopeful about this one. Guilty love edition pour femme is musky. Very musky. With a mishmash of unidentifiable floral notes and an aquatic infusion. It turns a bit sour too. The best I can say about it is that it smells a bit like a fabric softener. Those that are supposed to smell fresh and clean. The worst I can say is that it smells like it was created in 5 minutes based on current trends. It's a musky floral. I don't hate musk and I don't hate florals. It's not terrible. But Gucci wasn't even trying with this one. The bottle is retro chic. That I like.

I had to wear this one a few times before really smelling it as it is. the opening is quite powdery, so that the bergamot and the aquatic notes are swallowed by "the soap". After a few minutes, the violet, rasberry & the flowery narciss/jasmine come out & form a very feminine eau de parfum. the mineral amber/patchouli/musk base gives depth to the ensemble. it is very well blended, as one deep scent. wearable in spring and summertime. The powderiness does not disappear but becomes softer till the end. I really like it. Nice one!

Oh my. Upon initial spray, Love Edition smells extremely similar to our dearly beloved Love Chloe (although the notes are completely different). It actually made my eyes roll back in memory of.. mmmmm and wow! It then takes its place on my skin, allowing the raspberry and grapefruit to really shine and dance together for a few moments. It's so very pretty, but then it all disappears faster than a thief in the night. Gone without a trace. Longevity is not worth the purchase imo. I wish I had more to say.

This is a must have for every Chloe Love lover. It is absolutely soapy vanilla floral powder. When I’m aware that I’m wearing it - i don’t like it. It’s too old granny and cloying. But when i forget about it, a nice soapy scent lifts me up from time to time, and then I realize it is Guilty Love and I like it very much. I can’t say there is much reasemblence with Guilty or Guilty absolute. I just don’t feel it. Love edition is a perfume on it’s own.
