Amour Céleste

Everytime a new Guerlain comes out, I come here to read the reviews and I’ve always been scared off from trying anything new because the reviews are inevitably garbage until the juice has been out for awhile. Now O am convinced that early trash ratings don’t come from people who actually have the fragrance. I’m glad I tried this one instead of letting the early scores scare me off as usual, because it’s INCREDIBLE. I have a collection of over 400 bottles and this could be my signature. It’s bright and lush without fizzing; it’s floral without showing up as a bouquet; it blends citrus tea with a kitten-soft musk into one long continuous new note in the way that only Guerlain seems to really know how to pull off. I am not a boujee girl — the price is a bit rich for my blood — but this was an immediate full bottle necessity. I can’t fathom the ratings of “intimate” either. I opened the bottle in my room around 11pm and didn’t even apply it — at 5am my husband got up for work and said “that new perfume is strong.”

Tried this in Hong Kong first impression is really good! I can see the comparison with Peche Mirage but without the leathery notes. Amour Céleste will be PM's younger sister more lovely and cute with a very very heavy Osmanthus notes the opening is so fruity like a really cute pink peach turns into a really lovely osmanthus fragrance~ you have to enjoy floral / osmanthus to like this ~ it kinda reminds me of Kilian Good girl gone bad but not as creamy and sweet. This is a year-round fragrance smells pretty in spring & summer IMO I love it but for the price I have to think twice before purchasing a FB~

Amour Celeste is like Neroli Outernoir with Peach and with more floral varieties. However, the less earthy - toned tea scent than Neroli Outernoir, makes Amour Celeste brighter and more pleasant to a larger crowd. Very fresh and uplifting. Great for summertime. It leans a bit on feminine side, but only a bit. Rating is low due to hater rating bomb, but the true rating should be not far off from Neroli Outernoir.

Just picked this one up a few days ago and I’m not normally much for florals but this is really pretty. It’s blended to perfection and honestly reminds me a little of a weakened Delina exclusive minus the vanilla. I second this being good for spring or summer. It’s a skin scent for sure and I get about 2-3 hours out of it before needing to reapply.

I just got this - one of the last bottles in the country. It is heaven in a gorgeous bottle.

It is a very bright and uplifting perfume but to me it is not like Jardin D’Elysee and Neroli Outernoir which two are almost identical. This one is almost the same as Fleur du Mal on my skin but with a bit more green at the base whereas FDM is warmer. But I am splitting hairs. I see people compare it to Peche Mirage but I can’t agree as PM is a syrupy peach with kind of a leathery base while the osmanthus is close as a feel but green, very green and combined with orange blossom gets even fresher and more airy. If you have FDM it us like you have this one and considering the price difference... I would say... well... nah. And I am a huge Guerlain fan.

It smells like peaches and tea. The scent is pleasant, but it feels strangely familiar. It reminds me of peach-scented skincare products, perhaps? The projection is strong. Would it receive such praise if it were released in the ordinary Aqua Allegoria line, rather than in this special bottle? I almost wish it had been released in the Aqua Allegoria line instead.

I hope Guerlain eventually re-releases this without the collector bottle, because while the notes sound gorgeous I don't think I could personally justify 1k for 150ml 😅

Smells a lot like boucheron quatre
