Aqua Allegoria Teazzurra

It's been four years since I reviewed this scent. I was still a relative novice in my perfume journey, but I'm pleased to say that my initial impression still holds true. It's the most refreshing summer scent I own, and I am so grateful to still have more than half a bottle left, especially looking at how much it is selling for on eBay. Of course, my sense of smell has become more refined over the years, and while I initially said I like it, there is no doubt now that I love it. There is something about the hint of jasmine that elevates this beyond your typical summer freshie. It softens what could have been something harsh due to the powerful citrus opening. Of course, it's more about green tea than anything else. By some magical balancing act, the tea, jasmine, and perhaps the chamomile almost give the impression of neroli to me, though that may be because it bears a passing resembles to the jasmine/neroli beauty California Reverie by VC&A. A fellow Fragrantician and friend told me how she had dedicated a week to wearing some of the "cheapies" she owns, with great success. Inspired, I put a spin on it by revisiting some of my older fragrances that through time, became reached for less and less. I am so happy to rediscover Teazurra, and it will definitely be taking a journey with me to hot and humid South Carolina when I visit soon. I have no doubt that it will shine magnificently under those conditions.

I love the opening of this as it is so light and airy while also a little on the sweet side. I have been wearing Teazzurra for over a week with a multitude of compliments. I don't get any plastic but then everyone will wear this differently. This is in my opinion one of the best Green Tea fragrances thus far. I have had quite a few. Thierry Wasser is a genius in regards to his trade. He has modernized the Green Tea fragrance market with something more eclectic and interesting. The Main note of Green Tea with the mild Aquatic note are so very refreshing to me. The Yuzu is strong on me and interesting. I also detect quite a bit of Jasmine which is utterly divine. The Chamomile note is quite prominent as well adding a botanical lift. Vanilla and Musk are in the background but add lovely dimensions. The other Citrus notes while not over the top make this fragrance a must have for the Summer. The sillage is moderate and on me Teazzurra lasts for about three hours. Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria line have become some of my favorites and are each and every one unique botanical masterpieces. 10/10+++

For an Aqua Allegoria, Teazzurra manages to accomplish quite a few things. It opens with a bright, fizzy lemon that is eventually overtaken by other notes, but never quite goes away, creating a lovely effervescent effect. A fairly realistic green tea joins the lemon. It's precisely the nutty, slightly musty smell of the tea leaves upon opening a new sachet. Before we assume Teazzurra is just another incarnation of Green Tea, though, a beautiful, soft, floral vanilla appears that is made delightfully fuzzy, fresh, and bubbly by the other previously introduced notes. This is the true character of Teazzurra that remains throughout the life of the fragrance. As tends to be true of other Aqua Allegorias, Teazzurra is no beast, but I have found the performance to be perfectly respectable. I really enjoy this fragrance in the summer for its carbonated herbal vanilla facets. Lovers of Alien Eau Extraordinaire will most likely love it too.

Review: I've had Teazzura for a while now and the scent has really grown on me. It took some time to appreciate all the nuances of the scent but I’ve really taken to it and I'm so glad to have it in my collection. It is a very uplifting scent that makes me feel fresh and clean. Lasts on me all day as well. Love it. ______ First Impressions: When I wear Teazzura I feel like a bar of lemon soap all sudsy with bubbles. Teazzura opens up with a burst of lemon, the kind that reminds me of detergent. On dry down the green tea and chamomile comes out and a heavy cloak of soapiness follows. I blind purchased a bottle based on glowing reviews from Jus de Rose and Paulina Schar. If you enjoy very soapy, citrus scents, you will enjoy Teazzura. Personally, I wish the tea notes were more pronounced... instead I find the lemon and soapiness overpowers the scent.

This is by far one of the nicer Aqua Allegoria scents. It has a strong Guerlinade bottom layer with bergamot, musk, and a hint of yuzu, grapefruit and citrus. The floral layer is perky and fresh with jasmine and chamomile, and the green tea element is muted. You kind of wish the green tea layer would assert itself more. Teazzurra doesn't smell like a typical green tea fragrance. Think of an herbal citrus garden on the Côte d'Azur. For those who are wondering, it is nothing like the Elizabeth Arden line of green tea fragrances. It is a more sophisticated version that is 100% pure Guerlain. If I had to compare it to anything, I would compare it to Ô d'Azur by Lancôme. Lovely, classy, citrussy, and fragrant. Bravo Thierry Wasser!

It was a blind buy from me, because I have a really bad case of FOMO-if I hear a Guerlain gets discontinued I try and buy it if I can. In the case of Teazzurra this was lucky as I really, really like it. I think its perfect for summer so always get it out of the box around May or June. It is a nice, light, herbal and fresh scent, very simple in a good way. I love the green tea in this and it is so easy to wear on chilled summer days when I just want to smell fresh and nice. After all not every day can be a Shalimar day(or any other powerhouse). Every time I wear it it makes me feel I am on a beach somewhere, not a tropical beach, but somewhere like a botanical garden by the beach. Happy to have it and happy to wear it.

I have a sample. -- I have been looking for a scent like this for quite a while! A warm herbal citrus which is neither too sharp nor too sweet, energizing but serene, just like a walk on a bright spring morning. I didn't think that chamomile would be the trick, but apparently it is. It takes the sharp edge off (I do enjoy sharp citric perfumes, but I wanted something more embracing) while not making it smell like lemon pie. This smells familiar and happy. I hope this one lasts decently in my skin :) If so, I may start looking for it to add to my collection. If scents had a color, this one would be a bright cadmium yellow. Energetic but warm.

Magnificent scent. An all-year tea scent. A pity that under my cap the gold paint peels off but it happens only with this one out of my Allegorias. The tea seems to carry its scent over water and through citrus orchard. The bergamot is so bitter here, lemon so refreshing, grapefruit so juicy. Camomille and jasmine anchor this composition and make it versatile with regards to weather, especially with musk and a drop of vanilla. One of the best in Aqua Allegoria line. 12 hours of feeling it on me. It is quite substantial for a summer day. Applied in the morning it carries me thorough the day in its scent. I feel echo of it after 24 hours.

When I first sprayed this on the very first thing I smelled was the very sweet jasmine and chamomile. Then suddenly, as though a flip was switched I smelt a green tea citrus explosion! Eventually the citrus dies and you are left with sweet flowers again with a crisp green tea musk. This fragrance is made like cologne, not particularly long lasting nor has strong silage. I love the scent though it just makes me so happy! This reminds me of vacationing in florida, being outside on a beautiful day, and summer. I would very much like to buy this if I could find a good deal.

Yummy!! I wanted something light for the summer, so I recently purchased several new perfumes, Teazzura included. I have no tea-centric scents and, captivated by the blue liquid in the bee bottle, I decided to give it a chance. I am very pleased so far and genuinely like it, especially as a change from the more common citrus-dominated summer scents. This doesn't disappoint. The tea and chamomile are very refreshing, and the citrus elevates the notes. I can see myself reaching for this frequently during the summer, and can't wait to see how it blooms in the heat.

It's a wonderful, sunny, "Mediterranean" holiday perfume that develops beautifully but only until a certain moment at which... it becomes awful. Cheap, artificial, chemical-smelling... What a shame! Mr Guerlain, you've ruined your own masterpiece! Why, oh why? Why such poor basenotes? It would be one of my favorites otherwise, as I am a huge fan of anything green, citrus, fresh, ozonic, aquatic etc. I suggest releasing a re-mastered version of this but with some more sophisticated base notes, something more natural, like vetyver, basil, oakmoss maybe... :)

It is one of the best tea-scent fragrances I have ever used. I can feel the scent of fresh tea with sparking citrus at the beginning, and then I get a tender scent of chamomile until the dry-down. In addition, I can feel the vanilla note in this perfume. It is the high-quality vanilla which appears in many Guerlain perfumes that I deeply love. The longevity of the perfume is very good, about 7 – 8 hours on my skin. Its moderate projection can let me overly spray without attention of anybody surrounding me. :)

Lovely ice tea from Ceylon black tea with lemon juice and pinch of sugar. Perfectly balanced and so far the best tea fragrance I’ve had. Very realistic and refreshing. Also this is perfect for the hot weather and will be in its best above 28-30 degrees Celsius. I tried it in colder months, but got typical AA line performance in all aspects. Using it now in June the scent itself is more sparkling, richer, lively and cheerful. Longevity is way beyond the other AAs, 6-8 hours on skin.

Honestly, I think this may be my most beloved fragrance ever! I just bought my 2nd Back up Bottle ( which is a little used, but thats ok) because I never want to run out of this! Such a shame it is discontinued. So much so, that I have sent DUA fragrances an email requesting them to please make a dupe of this! Perhaps if others joined in, they would release a new fragrance and call it..."Azure Tea" or something fabulous like that. One could only hope...

I am not a big fan of most tea scents and love this one: lots of tea, some chamomile, tons of citrus and tons of musk. Musk should be much higher up on the note list than it is. Much richer than any Elizabeth Arden version. This dries down similar to Pamplelune with the tart citrus and muskiness with the added twist of a little tea and chamomile. That citrus rides out the fragrance without disappearing.

I've tried this out today and think it's lovely; the vanilla and the chamomile makes the scent feel tender & sweet to me. it reminds me of Chantal Thomass' Osez-moi quite a bit, in the dry down. this scent makes me feel happy & relaxed and I think I will pick up a bottle. London shoppers - the current aqua allegoria's are now available in Boots! I've seen them in the westfield white city branch.

This is so lovely and refreshing. It has a lot of development, and I love every stage. The citrus in the beginning is lovely and fresh, then the florals come out and linger for a while. I keep getting whiffs of smooth, slightly sweet jasmine and chamomile. This is such a nice, light scent for summer, but it has good staying power. I hope I can find a full bottle somehow.

this starts off as a very lemony tea-it's gorgeous. as it settles in i get the chamomile and jasmine, and later the jasmine intensifies even more. more time passes and i get tiny hints of vanilla and musk but it's very subtle. the vanilla grows stronger and it dries down to a jasmine tea with hints of vanilla. one of the prettiest tea perfumes i've ever encountered.

I just received this fragrance in the mail today. I immediately sprayed it on and was greeted with the greenest of green tea. No sweetness, just green and fresh. Teazzurra is perfect on this 94 degree humid day. It does not last very long on my skin but I'll gladly apply liberally on my clothes. Another Guerlain win for me.

I love this scent. It's in no way groundbreaking, but the simple story it tells is very pleasant, and tea is a scent I love generally but seldom come across in perfumes. It's grassy and sweet, warm and soothing, like a sunny meadow. I find it well-suited to everyday wear at home, out shopping, or in the office.

Cudowny zapach mrożonej herbaty z cytryną. Na początku ostro cytrusowy (co początkowo mnie zraziło), ale układa się lekko, ziołowo, trochę słodko z dobrze wyczuwalnym jaśminem. Przyjemny, elegancki świeżak. Niestety trwałość jako to EDT. Będę szukać jakiegoś łatwo dostępnego odpowiednika.

Replica Tea Escape eau fraÎche. I love it but it's similar enough to Tea Escape (which definitely feels too cloying and sweet for summer) without as much of the complexity and beauty of Tea Escape, so it may end up being decluttered. If you have one you do not need the other.

Totally agree with sumandre's comment. Nonetheless, I will certainly purchase a bottle of this and will make it my summer fragrance. If you like light, green, innocent cologne, go for it. Perfect for hot summer days. It's a generic, classic (and classy) scent.

Lemon cremes and iced sweet tea with chamomile. Fresh, light and lovely, yet also soothing, the way laundered linen feels on the skin. Stays just inside personal space all day, and lasts on clothes forever. I could live in this stuff all summer long.

It is a green tea citrus chamomile vanilla sweet fragrance with an aquatic vibe. It lasts longer than other Allegoria waters. I have used it for two summers, had lot of compliments, then suddenly started feeling a headache after first drop.

Tea and citruses. Gentle, airy, perfect for spring. A light, inoffensive, office-friendly scent. Actually captures the scent of tea, which is lovely. Got a compliment 05/07/2021 from NS.

This is my favourite perfume ever for Spring/Summer. Tea + bergamot + lemon. Simple, soft, fresh and a little bit fizzy. I loved it immediately. Now discontinued! Typical.

Lovely summer fragrance...I get chamomile flowers and jasmine, touched by a light breeze...I don't get any citrus notes at all...pure summer meadow...worth trying!

Simple, natural, relaxed. Brings a smile on my face. As a man, i really like this on a woman.

I fell for this today. I dabbed a generous amount on my skin before going to the gym. It opens as a fresh citrus chamomile tea, a bit green and sharp but not in an unpleasant way. I really like the opening and would consider buying a bottle even if it never developed further. It's a true tea citrus opening that projects pretty far the first hour or two. Fast forward two hours. I was nearing the end of a dripping sweat session at the gym and as I was doing my finisher I smelled a trace of Flowerbomb! I knew I hadn't applied Flowerbomb any time recently so I smelled my arm where I had put Teazzurra and it was this!!! The heat from my body had caused the base notes combined with what was left of the top and middle to beam off of me. It wasn't intense anymore, just a nice veil of fragrance I could detect. Call me crazy but hear me out. Teazzurra opens nothing like Flowerbomb. It's all citrus and chamomile tea at first, none of the sweetness or depth you find in FB. But, beneath this bracing start is the sweetness of vanilla and a soft pillow of musk. The jasmine note is still present, as is tea and chamomile. Basically, Teazzurra dries down to a very soft version of Flowerbomb's opening with an emphasis on herbal chamomile, minus patchouli and minus Flowerbomb's strength. They both contain tea, jasmine bergamot, musk and vanilla (or orchid which is vanilla). This excited me because prior to today I had only experienced Teazzurra as I described the opening. Allowing it to get really hot on my skin brought out a layer of deliciousness I didn't expect. They're not dupes at all, but Teazzurra managed to capture the essence of Flowerbomb in the drydown in a really subdued way. Like I said, they aren't dupes but the tea, vanilla, musk, bergamot, jasmine combo in both is undeniable to me. For an Allegoria I'm impressed with longevity and sillage. I applied it at 1:30pm, put it through a vigorous workout, grocery shopping, cooking dinner and I still smell it! It projects pretty far the first 2 hours then starts to wane. A full bottle will be in my future.

I bought a bottle of Teazzurra without testing it properly when it came out, just because I liked the look of the note list and the lovely bottle with its blue liquid, and my first impression in the store was positive. So more or less an impulse buy, fueled by the fact that I fancied the idea of starting a little collection of Aqua Allegorias after falling in love with Limon Verde the year before, which was when I was starting to explore the perfume world more seriously. And although I still like that idea very much, I have become more selective now that my interest in perfumes has grown exponentially but my wealth and available space have not. So my bottle of Teazzurra has left my collection, and I've only kept a little decant for occasional use, because In the end I just don’t really love it. Don't get me wrong, though, I still think this is very nice, and when I do use it from time to time, there always comes a point in the early heart of the development where I wonder what came over me when I swapped this away. The opening with its mix of fresh citrus and cool green tea is nice but not very remarkable, and the same goes for the softly sweet herbal drydown. But the transition between these two is where the magic happens, at least to my nose: I think the camomille note comes out wonderfully here, and its herbal/floral character blends very well with the other notes, making a smooth, rather original whole that's perfect for spring and summer. Others on this page have compared it to a cold glass of iced jasmine tea, and at its best I think that nails it perfectly. It's too bad this phase doesn't last very long, so overall this is just a strong like for me.

I purchased this in the winter and was kind of disappointed that I could barely smell it. I decided to try it again on this warm day and am very happy with how nice it smells. It's as if it is a totally different fragrance. I find it very soft, pretty, and gentle. There is a very calming quality to this scent despite the citrus and yuzu notes. While there is a slight sweetness, it is not enough to distract from the freshness. Tea, chamomile, and citrus are predominant, with a very soft, sweet, though faint jasmine. If I didn't look at the notes, I would have never guessed there was colone in this as I'm not getting a melon note at all. This fragrance does have a watery consistency that might be attributed to that, though this watery quality seems to be the general trend with this series, so I'm not even sure about that. The vanilla is very light and not typical of other fragrances from Guerlain, where vanilla has a heavier presence. It's very subtle and adds to the composition as a whole, rounding it out. While not powdery, there is a dry quality from the musk that helps you stay refreshed. Honestly, I think it's very pretty but very linear too. It doesn't seem to change from the time I first sprayed until it faded out a few hours later. That's not necessarily a bad thing as it serves a purpose for hot weather. It's especially nice when you need a break from heavier fare. This certainly goes far in fulfilling that need. Overall, I'm very happy to have it and will likely replace it should I ever finish it. This was recommended to me by a friend here and I really appreciate that since it is such a nice choice for summer.

This one is plush, fluffy, like a big puffy cotton-like cloud. Teazzura is very pleasant and almost smells like something a child or baby would wear. Having never tried his Petite Guerlain, this is sort of what comes to mind when I imagine it. The top is a sharp citrus blend and the "tea" is recognizable, especially for those who tried Tokyo back when it was in production. It's the same tea accord. I admit I was hoping this would be Guerlain's attempt at a Bvlgari-like bright and fresh tea, but it's not at all, it's a smooth and round tea impression made even softer and more round by the addition of chamomile. The citrus, tea, and chamomile are immediately present and as the citrus fades the white musk starts to come out. I personally get little to no jasmine out of this. The middle accord of tea and chamomile with a hint of clean white musk lingers for a nice little while, a couple of hours or so, before starting to fade into a quiet vanilla-musk combination. And that's all! Overall this is a springtime scent. It's for those days when you might still need a thin jacket when you go outside but the sun is so nice and bright that you want to usher Spring along. This is light enough to work well in the summer too but it's not so much a cooling scent as it is a clean and soothing scent. This is one AA that I believe is worth the money. There aren't many occasions where I would wear it and it's not perfect, but when it's called for nothing else can take its place.

Teazurra is not what I expected at all, it's very different from the usual green tea scents and also quite complex for an Aqua Allegoria. In the opening I get a huge splash of harsh, artificial smelling lemon that I don't like at all. But in about a minute the scent turns more floral. I definitely get the aquatic calone vibe, even though it's not a 90s melon scent, and I also smell something powdery like violet. There is a slightly bitter tea note underneath, just not that much of it. The chamomile is only a light hint. As the scent dried down it takes a slow u-turn and becomes very fluffy and sweet on my skin. I'm really surprised vanilla is so low on the voted notes list. On me this mainly smells like a very delicate citrus and vanilla dessert, with a glass of iced green tea standing a meter away from it. Call me crazy, but there is a greenness in this that vaguely recalls Angelique Noire in my mind and I also get a hint of that plasticy doll-skin accord that is often found in vanilla fragrances. I see no noteworthy resemblance to Margiela's Tea Escape, which is one of my favorite perfumes. I guess my skin really amps up the sweet notes in Teazzura, but I actually like how this develops. I'm not a fan of the opening, which is a dealbreaker for a summer scent like this. But the drydown is lovely. Vanilla and green freshness combined always work for me. All in all it's nice twist on a refreshing green tea fragrance.

I'm always anxious about anything new by Guerlain because it's still my favourite perfume house and anything wrong or banal leaves me disappointed. Teazzurra has arrived and I could not skip it. I'm not disappointed so far. It's very very light and delicious. It smells fresh and soft, not pungent, not very ozonic nor brash. Too sugary maybe. With such a display of citruses I was hesitant, but luckily Teazzurra is not brain-hammering. The yuzu is soft and sweet and the nowadays ever present "grapefruit" note (did producers buy it by tanks?) is tamed. This allow a fresh but not screechy opening. The tea leaves are very noticeable yet again not overpowering, otherwise it would have been just another green tea scent (do we need it again?) Anyway if chamomille and jasmine were not there, this perfume would have been much less fulfilling. The jasmine note smells like a diluted fraction of the beautiful discontinued Jasminora. There is a resemblance with L'Occitane The Vert au Jasmin. The basenotes are a little warmer and sweeter adding to consistency of the whole blend. I like the faint vanilla. It's a sweet scent but not sickening. In my case this is a kind of perfume that I only wear with over 30 C° on a Greek island. Summer ina bottle and so much better than the usual stereotyped "exotic beach suntan lotion" summer scent.

A blind buy for me. First spritz smacked me in the face with a large cup of Chamomile and Green Tea, which was quite a fright! The acidic tannin in tea makes me feel sick, and that was exactly what I got for the first twenty minutes or so. I thought that I might have to scrub it off, but decided that patience is the best option, so... After giving this some time, I now smell of salty sweet sweat on my wrist, delicately wrapped in a gentle flower! I'm betting the sweaty salty bit is the musk. For the most part, I don't react well with it, but you never know. I am going to give it a go because there is something about this that I find quite addictive. I think it is the salty, lemony flowery thing, which is making me want to lick my wrist (gawd... this is getting a bit silly). Anyway, I do like the strange tea and can see light at the end of the tunnel. It is gradually turning more floral and has a tremendously strong foundation with the tea thing. I do like the more unusual scents and after all of the odd scents and pathways that this creates with my chemistry, it is developing into a keeper for me. Lasting power is very poor - around 20 - 30 mins. Better on fabric. GAH!

This is the smell of peace and harmony. This is the scent of waking up in an isolated island resort to exotic birds chirping and a cup of green tea. So charming, so uplifting. This is a mood changer! When angry, sad, uncomfortable, nervous or even heartbroken, just spray this on you and tell me how you will feel next. Green tea, Chamomile and some sweet/bitter citruses mainly yuzu and grapefruit is what I smell the most. a faint and shy jasmine is present way back in the depths of this fragrance. Performance wise it's good. Lasts a fair bit of time and don't underestimate it's projection as it can have a heavy projection earlier on that becomes shy around the last couple hours of it's life. So yeah... Great perfume... I like it very much... It would easily be a love for me but it has one major flaw... I find it a bit too feminine than masculine but can be worn by a carefree man... So enjoy it people before it goes discontinued! 7.5/10

This is one of the successful later era Allegorias, surprising it didn’t become a permanent offering. A wonderful summer fragrance with zest from the citrus, coolness from the tea and aquatic notes and a hint of sweetness from the vanilla at the base. Really really lovely in warm weather (does not do so well in cooler times, somehow the fragrance doesn’t come out right in cold environment). I am not a huge fan of tea notes but this is one that I really enjoy. Charming, citrusy, delicious blue tea with a touch of spice. Always happy to wear this when I feel like a green tea moment. It’s different on the skin depending on the temperature and different on the clothes- I wore it once after a long time and thought the girl next to me on the train was wearing something nice, vaguely reminiscent of Bobbi Brown’s’Bath’ (which is lovely by the way) until she left and I realised it was me lol

I always drink green tea with jasmine and this reminds me a lot of it! I don't think it is sugary sweet as i've read in another comment. Its just sweetend by the jasmine flowers. To me it smells like green tea with jasmine with a remnant of camille in the back. The initial blast is hard on my nose but once it has settled down it's a soft and lovely perfume which won't develop any further. I think it's ideal for a warm summer day. I like it, don't love it. I picture myself sitting in the back of a big green garden full of plants and a couple trees of a French mansion with my big sunglasses, petite dress and fancy hat sipping my cup of jasmine flavored green tea. The sprinklers are on to keep the grass and plants wet which gives the smell and feeling of wet and fresh green plants and grass.

This is so nice! Clean, aquatic, vanilla. I thought it would smell like Elizabeth Arden Green Tea or White Tea, but it’s so much more delicate and pleasant. First it opens with that typical bitterish tea aroma and aquatic vibe, then you can smell the floral which is super delicate and not suffocating, whereas I find in EA Green Tea and White Tea to be a bit overwhelming. This tea is warm and sweetened. Very soft, clean and thirst-quenching. The sweet vanilla note really stands out to me, especially in the dry-down. I could swear that this smells like a brand of play dough I used to play with as a kid. I love the blue color liquid. I’m glad it’s not green since this is not a green scent for me (except for the first 5 seconds). It’s a clean, aquatic vanilla.

This isn't very fresh or sparkling on me like I first thought it would, judging that's it's more of a summertime perfume. It's actually much more herbal, I really get the dark tea leaves coming through. There's a tiny bit of sparkle, maybe some mint, that's ruffling things up a bit. It does have some freshness to it that makes it great for warm weather, but I find it much more subdued, it's not very loud. Sort of a comforting freshness that stays close to you. The tea lasts about 3 hours for me and then I get the dry down skin scent - this is my favourite part. The dry down is a lovely herbal vanilla that lasts about 2-3 more hours before I want to refresh the whole thing. I'm finding all the Guerlains I try are quite comforting on me, makes me happy :)

This fragrance is the answer to my yearning of late for a scent that checks all the boxes: Fresh, somewhat sweet, soft - but lingering!, and nothing heavy on jasmine, orange peels, or woods. Teazzura has three layers that stand out to me, I think their dominance will depend on your body chemistry. Layer one: Soft, sweet, vanillic-powder-puff Guerlainade. Something like the secret ingredient that's in Shalimar Parfum Initial Si Sensuelle. (I get a lot of the same DNA!) Layer two: Soothing chamomile tea - not herbal or sharp in the slightest. Layer three: The ittyest-bit of a soapy jasmine note. Something I normally don't handle well, but enjoy in this fragrance! For a "fresh" scent, this is nowhere near "sheer", so spray lightly.

I own numerous Aqua Allegorias and I find myself reaching for Teazzurra the absolute least. Admittedly this was a blind buy, and although I don't hate it, I probably would not have purchased it if I had smelled it in the department store first. It's not that bad of a citrussy tea scent but there is some little aspect of this fragrance that I find a bit headache inducing. I have to apply this one with a super light hand. I feel like it's the most intense of the Aqua Allegorias I have. I will probably own this bottle until the day I die because I rarely ever use it.

When I was at my village this spring I smelled a bouquet of irises. Couldn't get enough of the scent of iris germanica (to my nose it smelled like lemon cake mixed with the most exquisite and mysterious perfume notes) and said to my boyfriend that it smelled like a complex perfume made by Guerlain. That was my first impression. And I haven't scented such perfume yet! Today a girl sprayed Teazzurra on my wrist and I was shocked to discover the same beautiful scent of iris germanica! I like the drydown too. More masculine, but still playful.

I love this smell (fresh, uplifting, greenish, sweetish, calming, cozy). I've been looking for my perfect tea scent for so long, and Teazzurra might very well be it. Of course, given the name of the line - AA - it does not and should not have loud projection. The longevity I have no complaints about. It is rather a skin scent, though, and I truly wish it was more pronounced.

Delightful, sweet and citrusy tea scent. I think it's more feminine than unisex. It is very light and simple, not an outstanding signature scent, but something about it is just heavenly. It smells like peaceful warm summer morning, that promises a beautiful day. I sense mostly tea, citrus notes and something sweet, that must be vanilla. Nice and calming composition.

Pleasing tea fragrance. Ever-so-slightly soapy. I can definitely sense the calone, as well as a lactonic character that adds a certain type of creaminess without going full coconut sun lotion. The citrus notes are not overpowering or even sharp, which is unusual. There's just the right amount of jasmine. Nice.

I would definitely get it in full size ... but.. Jasmine. It comes and goes but so loud that I just can't stand it. Of course it's a matter of chemistry and I always try to avoid Jasmine in any form in my perfumes. Overall, it would be a perfect autumn/spring fragrance. Really bright and happy one, too.
