Insolence Crazy Touch

Hi, I bought one week ago a new one of that beauty and I can say it's definitely not the same juice as Guerlain Insolence EDT (neither the vintage nor the new one). I played the left-right hand test with them. Crazy touch is between Insolence EDT and Guerlain French Kiss. (Closer to French Kiss thanks God!) I find the same raspberry note in it which I like very much! Overall the perfume lasts all day on me, in the first 6 hours is very strong then it will be closer to the skin.

Guerlain Insolence Crazy Touch (2014) - fruity violets - a #thierrywasser flanker of a #mauriceroucel creation and reminds me of the edt concentration. Here red fruits, tart and juicy, is combined with powdery violets, orris, and a rich guerlain-ade backbone. Yet, the perfume doesn’t become too linear. The fruity top calms down, the powdery violet turns into leather, the iris gets drier through time, and the sandalwood-tonka bean base has a creamy woody note, making this violet perfume wholly distinct and a cut above the rest.

i've previously owned insolence edt, liked it but it was too strong and somehow i never reached for it. i swapped my bottle a couple of years ago but i have come into possession of crazy touch and find it heaps more wearable. it still has insolence signature violet all over it but it's much lighter and vibrant than the original. not a love but a big like.

I'm looking forward to trying this! UPDATE; I tried this when i was lucky enough to visit the Guerlain boutique in Champs Elysees when i was on holiday in Paris recently. It's very nice, but i think Insolence edt is the best one of the range.

For Insolence fans, I offer this bit of research. Last week I purchased a new, sealed box of Insolence Crazy Touch edt, 50ml, batch code 3Y01. I bought it from a highly rated Ebay seller of fragrances, and there is nothing about the box that looks fake. The box has these descriptions printed on it: English - "Insolence flaunts an extravagant look for one season only. A whirlwind of bold and exuberant pink spots. For a delicious and daring limited edition;" French - 'Le temps d'une saison, Insolence se pare d'un grain de folie. Une folie rose. Une folie impertinente. Une folis tourbillonnante. Pour une edition limitee delicieusement insolente.' I think this is not flanker but just a different bottle. I got focused on understanding Insolence, and the versions that seem different in scent to me are eau glacee, edp, edt, and My Insolence. I wasn't going to buy the original, because I had Blooming Edition and think it is just a package change too. But I have a bottle of original edt on order, so I will get to the bottom of this soon. I love the Serge Mansau bottles of this, so I wanted them all anyway.

I love this Insolence flanker. Insolence edt is one of my absolute favorite fragrances. It smells like nothing else around and always elicits compliments. Surprisingly I didn’t like the edp as it is a very different experience and is too strong of a dark berry and lacks that grape and cherry chapstick meets powder note that I love in the edt, being, for me, too cloying. Crazy touch is a fragrance I thought I may not like as I don’t care for the edp and I thought it may be as strong. However, while crazy touch is sweeter and more fruity than the edt it works really well. To my nose it doesn’t smell similar to the edp. It’s a more conventially sweet adaptation of the edt rather than an increase of the dark berry notes as though meeting the edp halfway. I would suggest this for fans of the edt if you like the sweet notes. I have glacé on its way to me which I am excited for. I’m thinking I may purchase My Insolence but I haven’t tried it yet. Definitely give this a try.

1st spray is a cacophony of notes, but then the gorgeous violets and iris take over. Yes, it is sweet and possibly cloying, but I don't care. A gorgeous concoction that last all day on skin forever on clothes. A masterpiece!

I tried it yesterday, it's strong and very feminine. Very nice drydown. I'd wear it in autumn or a mild winter evening for a special night out, wearing an elegant outfit and a beautiful pair of high heels.

this is wrong - it is the same old EDT only in a new packaging - as it was confirmed by Guerlain

I love this pop art ben-day dots style of this bottle... This is a excelent perfume...

I love the insolence line! I'm excited over this :)
