La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum Collector Edition

At first it smells like a powerful cherry/almond heavy licorice patchouli smell. Then it dries down into a magnificent delicate cherry candy/french milled almond soap. The second hour is divine.

Yet another non-classic Guerlain that surprised me! I took a chance on a blind swap for this version of LPRN (all the nurses squashed together, haha)... and while at first it is a bit too soft, too young, too meh on me... after about an hour, it turns into a fragrance that I really, really like! The thing that grabs me is that dry-drown sour cherry! I love that! Not too much licorice (a note I'm not fond of), and a subtle bit of Tonka smooths this gal out nicely. A keeper and winner for me. Thanks for a new and fun Guerlain, swap buddy!

Someone said this is an unforgettable fragrance, I completely agree. It does not evoke feelings of the little black dress, rather it is a bold red dress- red berries, spices and powdery iris. I was surprised to like this because I dislike licorice and almond on a normal day in fragrance. I have no problem with them in this one.

This was a blind buy for me as I’ve never tried anything from the Petite robe line. I’m really pleased with it. I feel grown up and refined. Very pleased. Another winner from Guerlain

An unforgettable fragrance, you can identify it if you know the smell. At first I didn't like this fragrance, I thought I had received a bad batch because it had a kind of 'synthetic' smell at the first projection but I decided to stick with it. After I had played around with it the dry down was so unique.. A very warm and deep cherry with liquorice and then smooths into subtle Tonka. I know that this is discontinued now and there are only so many bottles definitely do not regret buying for the fact this is a collectable.

The same bottle as Le hauvre or what ́t the name of the Guerlain perfume. Just different look and color of course.

Licorice/patchouli/almond bomb. Smell this first before buying- it’s definitely not a safe blond but.
