La Petite Robe Noire Intense

Sticky Sweet COTTON-CANDY & BLUEBERRIES. Opens with a sparkly, sweet burst of fruity blueberry & cotton-candy, that deepens into the heart with creamy, marshmallow & aromatic-ozonic tones, all resting on a musky vanilla & sandalwood-patchouli base. There are familiar elements that you catch a glimpse of here and there. The easiest way of describing it is like a layer of La Vie Est Belle Lancome opening for the heart of La Belle Jean Paul Gaultier, riding on a base layer of Cloud Ariana Grande. All the while riding on top there is a fresh blueberry accord with aromatic-ozonic elements that remind me of violet leaf. I agree with reviewer AquaBaby5 below who says "It's actually in the family of a blueberry Flowerbomb..." This has excellent performance for a year round wearing experience, and although there's a depth and sticky sweetness appropriate to fall & winter nights, the blueberry accord freshens it up and it could be worn in summer with a lighter application. While this has been discontinued (although still available), and many similar scents have passed their 'best before' limits, this will be the one that I keep. It's a love for me. Enjoy! Contrast to La Vie Est Belle Lancome: These are different, but there is a similar sticky-sweet patchouli vibe. LVEB has a more forward iris note, while La Petite Robe Noire Intense has an additional aromatic-ozonic blueberry accord that smells a little like the loosely translated 'My Dress in the Wind' for 'Ma Robe Sous le Vent', the latter part of the name, 'La Petite Robe Noire Intense, Ma Robe Sous le Vent. The double entendre isn't lost on us, if LVEB was to be considered the true little black dress of fragrance at the time of this release, just add a little blueberry wind on top and you're in the ballpark. I had been searching for this fragrance for a long time. I first tried it years ago and instantly fell in love with it, but for some reason I never ended up buying it. I finally managed to get hold of a tester of this iconic blue-bottle version, and even the beautiful cognac-colored juice gives you the feeling that you're about to experience something truly special. The quality of the fragrance is simply outstanding. You can tell that Guerlain poured all of its expertise and passion into this creation, holding nothing back. It is rich, sophisticated, beautifully constructed, and incredibly addictive. Although undeniably sweet, it never feels cloying or juvenile. Instead, it remains elegant, refined, and perfectly balanced from start to finish. On top of that, the projection is incredible and the longevity is exceptional. This is the kind of perfume that leaves a memorable trail wherever you go and lasts for hours without losing its beautiful character. It isn't a shy fragrance—it makes its presence known and naturally draws people's attention. In my experience, it's one of those rare perfumes that earns compliments with remarkable ease. Some perfumes simply smell good, while others make you feel something. Every time I wear this one, I can't help but smile. There's something about it that fills me with energy, optimism, and a genuine sense of well-being, as if it makes it easier to see the bright side of life for a few hours. Very few fragrances have that kind of emotional impact on me. It's a real shame that this masterpiece was reformulated and replaced by the current pink-bottle version. While the newer release is still a good perfume in its own right, it simply doesn't belong in the same league. The blue-bottle La Petite Robe Noire Intense was, without a doubt, the crown jewel of the entire La Petite Robe Noire line and one of Guerlain's finest creations.

So this was a blind buy I got around December time.This fragrance particularly intrigued me due to the gorgeous bottle and the delicious sounding notes.This perfume has grown on me a lot and become one of my favourites to wear in cold weather. At first sniff I wasn't sure if I liked it or not.Its not that I didn't like it,it just surprised me and I wasn't sure.I think it's because I didn't know what to expect. I found it a very grown up sweet blueberry patchouli fragrance with the Guerlain element of rose, bergamot and patchouli found in the original la petite robe noire flanker.For some reason it reminded me a little of Chloe Nomad. I think it must be the patchouli or bergmot. In really cold, windy weather this smells absolutely fantastic.Seriously.I think many people don't give this flanker a chance due to it being patchouli heavy and miles different from the original flanker. In cold weather it brings out the sweetness of the blueberries and cotton candy and the patchouli takes a backseat.The cotton candy notes smells like authentic spun sugar NOT like the burnt cotton candy note in Pink Sugar which I do not like. La petite robe noire intense does not smell like Pink Sugar. I'm glad they used blueberries as a note in this perfume as it creates a breezy,sweet lightness to the fragrance.It is quite a cold fragrance but can be cosy. I would not over spray as this fragrance lasts long and is strong because of the patchouli.A little goes a long way and it may be cloying if sprayed too much. I also think this fragrance is better in wintertime as it being paired with the wind creates an amazing,sweet scent trail .

It's a cotton candy bomb and I LOVE it! I remember how much my first wear traumatized me! The first blast was like being lock inside a cotton candy truck and slowly agonize. It's nuclear. People can smell it from other rooms I haven't been! Only one spray. The sillage start "big" then fade slowly throughout the day, the longevity is enormous, I could smell it days after on my bed pillows, bed sheets, on my clothes... I put a scarf when I shoveled snow in a storm last winter and weeks later I could still smell the perfume on it. It earns its Intense title, I didn't know what to think about it the first wear, but now I'm used to it. After 1-4 hours it's a more wearable scent, but it started as a loud cotton candy smell cancelling all other notes, but the first blast lasts only a few minutes, then it gets more tolerable if you are into super sweet smell. It goes to sickly sweet to smoky super sweet fruity, a raspberry blueberry cotton candy vanilla scent, with woods and flowers in the far far background. This isn't the sour blueberry version to the original LPRN licorice sour cherry I was expected, but it's a good surprise. I wouldn't wear this perfume in hot days outside, this is more a colder or rainy days fragrance. I'm not reaching for Intense often because of its initial power, it's not my cozier sweet perfume, but I'm glad I have it in my collection, it's fun to wear, I get a lot of compliments, I definitely would repurchase it. LPRN is my signature scent and since Intense is a success, I'm also thinking of trying other flankers.

This is a strange little creature on my skin. I don't think I've ever come across a perfume that changes this much in the duration that I wear it. It starts out as sweet, scrumptious blueberry cotton candy dipped into fresh and zesty bergamot syrup. Simple and juvenile. Then as it warms up, it turns creamy and I start to get a bit of sandalwood and earthy patchouli coming through, grounding the fragrance and giving it depth. It actually starts to lose some of the childish sugarines, and it becomes so much more sophisticated to my nose. As it settles even more and the patchouli really comes out, it starts to smells almost a little masculine... like a woman wearing a sweet femimine berry fragrance that has been embraced by a man, and their colognes have mixed on her shirt. Then it changes again, and the sandalwood blooms! The sandalwood gives it a little bit of creamy sweetness again and it becomes smoky in a way. At this stage, it feels like a warm blueberry cotton candy flavored shisha smoked into cool, crisp air. It continues to settle, and it becomes mostly sandalwood. But then the strangest thing happens long after, and the dry down begins to remind me strongly of Coco Mademoiselle pure parfum! I swear it smells like a richer syrupy version of Coco Mad! Very surprising to me. Maybe it's my just my imagination, but I've asked friends to smell the dry down on my skin and they agree with me. Anyway, I love this blue genie! The performance is great too! It stays days in my hair even after 3 washes <3

LPRN Intense Starts strong similar to Brut vibe. At first I thought I wasn’t gonna like this bec it smells masculine, strong and almost gave me a headache. Then after 15 minutes it became sweet. I can smell the vanilla and sweet soft florals in the background. I don’t get the blueberry or marshmallow that some people describe, but this smells beautiful like Coco Mademoiselle type. Its musky, sweet, classy feminine, but can be unisex. I can smell a little bit of the cotton candy in the dry down. The jasmine and ylang ylang are just softly lingering in the background. Its a skin scent but when I walk, I can catch the scent in the air. Its very nice. I actually really like it but I have to get used to this very strong sugary vanilla. I think this is a cold weather night time scent. If you decide to wear this during the day, do 1 spray because if you spray too much, it can hurt your nose. Its intoxicatingly sweet. One hour later, the dry down reminds me of newly fresh ironed clothes which is clean, warmed sugar and I can’t stop smelling it because it gives me a comforting feeling. I sprayed it at 6:30pm. After 3hrs, I can still smell it on me. It turned powdery and lighter. The scent on my arm and wrist became a very light and softer skin scent. Its almost fading. Edit @ 8:39am - After 15 hours, I can still smell this on me but more of a skin scent now and it has turned more masculine, powdery and very very light.

This fragrance is everything I had been hoping for, although I did not imagine it as such a multi-faceted scent. I agree with a review below me that if you just looked at the notes you would think this basically just a blueberry cotton candy fragrance, I tried to vote to help balance out the main smells to my nose but there is only so much I can do. First of all, the best bit is I smell sugary blueberries from start to finish. This is my favorite part of the fragrance, and it does not tease and fade away which I'm grateful for. The rest of the fragrance though is an interesting two-part bit. On one hand I get a fresher side of the fragrance (perhaps bergamot and florals) there is something just a tiny bit masculine. It reminds me of a clean men's cologne, perhaps like Dior Homme cologne. On the other hand I get some spicyness and earthyness. The patchouli in here is not super clean like Jimmy Choo or Flowerbomb nor not as nearly as aggressive as Angel by Thierry. It's somewhere in between, a smooth patchouli with a little bite. The sandalwood and cassis contributes. Something about it reminds me of Christmas time. I also think of Blue Sugar by Aquolina a bit. Overall the feeling I get from this fragrance is insatiable and addicting (from the blueberries), yet it's balanced and interesting. The association of Christmas makes it appealing for winter, but I would wear this anytime.

I was kind of resistant to this one because of all the hype but it is really delicious! Maybe not so gourmand as I had anticipated since, as others have mentioned, there is a fresh quality to it. It has a similar quality to D&G The Only One Intense--I could see wearing this out for warm evenings but I don't really see this being exclusively for winter evenings. I get more white florals than rose which gives it a solar quality to my nose. Plus, cotton candy reminds me of summer so that could be my personal scent memory categorizing LPRNI as a warm weather frag. I don't find any masculinity to this nor do I find it exceedingly similar to the frags listed under "people who like this also like..." However, I do find a similarity to Sofia Vergara: sweet but fresh and more grown up but not classically mature, if that makes sense. And that has been compared to LVEB/CM. I've noticed with the LPRN line that every frag in this line has a lightness that makes them really versatile and easy to wear. Black perfecto isn't even as heavy as people tend to make it out to be. Just an interesting note I thought I'd add here. Sampled first and now have a 100mL bottle. Lasts beautifully 7-8hrs but sits close to the skin; sillage is incredible though. LOVE.

This little beauty puts some pep in my step. I am in love with LPRN (Cherry) and LPRN Couture (Raspberry) so this is another new love. I was not sure at first but she grew on me. Now it is a romance! The Blueberries are amazing in this. They are there and in your face from start to finish. Not like a little girl type but more mature and edgy. The sweet Cotton Candy note is also prominent from the onset. The Vanilla kicks in after a few minutes and is just what one would expect of Guerlain's infamous Vanilla. Pure Gorgeousness! I also detected the Patchouli which is light and pretty. The Raspberry is light as well. The Rose and other florals are most noticeable on the drydown as the main two stars (Blueberry and Cotton Candy) of this juice calm down. LPRN Intense brings to my mind my friends house. She is constantly burning candles from somewhere that smell like Sweet Blueberry Tarts. At first spritz that is what immediately came to mind. Then it changed into a more elegant and complex scent that I will be wearing often this Spring. The sillage is enourmous at first then it calms down to become moderate. The longevity is awesome. Wonderful example of perfumery. Why is it gone? The new version is popularized and lacks identity (but I already have a review on that). If you're not a fan of gourmands, you're gonna hate it, but if you like sweet scents or don't mind them, I think this is perfect. It smells like an alluring girl who wears dark dresses and black eye makeup, yet she's not assertive or independent, she wants a strong leader and to be taken care of. It kind of has similar vibes to la Nuit Trésor for me, it's classy, dark mysterious, but also syrupy and sweet. The blueberry is the dominant note, but I picked it up for the cotton candy. Kinda smells like blueberries have been melted into a pot of cotton candy sugar, but not burnt. This is totally a personal thing, but it carries the same vibe as Crystal Castles for some reason. Great silage! Really strong, not quite This is Her or La Nuit Trésor, but it's up there. I was pleasantly surprised about how long it lasts. Roughly 3 days later you'll still get whiffs of it on your hair, but I'd reapply at least every 12 hours regardless for silage.

Very unique&mysterious,not what i was expecting,so unique interesting& im enchanted,good blind buy wow last a good 6 hrs loud first 3hrs&last on clothing~its my midnight velvet its spicy clean fresh hint,smoothly velvet sweet&not to much of anything a bright fruit with slight powder also,feminine yet smoothly adventurous,really not getting what everyone else is,on my skin its so freaking good wow!!! I. Hate. Spicy. Scents. But somehow. It. Works! Like the. Spice.in Gucci. 2 with heavy cap hockey. Cap bottle . Perfume discontinued btw,i only like the first 3hrs of intense,love first 3 hrs its unique after 3 hrs its not my favorite tho UPDATE ◇04-2023, I now know what I dislike in this after the 3-4 hr mark,it smells like a warm cloudy version of into the night by bath&bodyworks& I hate that bodymist. I was also excited when I first wrote on this so,but yeah it's not something I wear daily,it's definitely strange&unusual &I wear maybe 1 a month,and what stops me from getting another (FB)is the 2nd faze of this perfume.

Delicious, mouthwatering scent! The first time I opened the box of the bottle the fragrance hit me and it just made me smile. It is definitely sweet, however I would call it juicy instead of syrupy. It is pretty linear and the sillage at the opening is very strong, although the scent sits closer to the skin after the dry down. It feels flirty and happy but not in a girly way, I would rather describe it as playfully sexy. The dominant note here is the blueberry and behind it there is a well done blend of other notes to support it. I often try on perfumes with strong berry notes that have a fake, plastic vibe (strawberry/raspberry) or smell too sour (blackcurrant), but in this case the berries smell exactly like a sugary juice with a lot more depth. The base notes give it a bit of a darker vibe after a few hours as the fruity notes become more mellow. Overall, the quality of the scent is as expected for a Guerlain, but this type of fragrance is not for everyone.

This is gorgeous!!🤩 I blind bought this as it’s discontinued and judging by the notes I was fairly certain I’d like it, and I definitely did! At first spray I found it to be a bit masculine but after a few minutes it turns into this lovely sweet yet fresh well-blended goodness! As such, the notes are a tad hard to tell apart but it’s in no way messy. I’m not too fond of patchouli or cassis but I still really enjoy this scent as I can’t really detect them after the dry down. As for similarity to all the other LPRN fragrances I can’t say much as I’ve only smelled the original. This is different to the OG. They are definitely not siblings. It’s more like one of those far off relatives you’ve only met once or twice. So just because you don’t like the original LPRN doesn’t mean you won’t like this. I feel like this one’s generally more likable. The longevity and silage is above average but it’s not a beast mode fragrance. Overall a solid 9/10🤤

I like cherry fragrances, truly. Most of them I really like. But the cherry in LPRN fragrances is cough syrup to me. I took a chance and blind bought this fragrance because I like the blueberry-esque black currant note in One Umbrella For Two and this didn’t have the cherry note. I am pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable this is to wear. It’s sort of nondescript in that I get a well blended sweet scent and not really distinct notes, but I can tell there is some patchouli and a musk that I have smelled in other modern Guerlains (especially Shalimar Soufflé line). I don’t find this sickly (I don’t think La Belle is either), but it also is not mature. It’s actually in the family of a blueberry Flowerbomb without the tea or osmanthus notes? Hmm. Maybe that’s why I like it :) Flowerbomb was my first ever signature but I just can’t wear it anymore due to how those notes play on my skin now.

This is what I have been waiting for my whole life. This is cherry and rum, this is fruits in liqueur, this is sinful chocolates filled with brandy, crunchy sugar and glace cherries. This is the best thing I've ever smelled. A combo of raspberry and rose is my most feared perfume-y nemesis, but everything in this is just so well constructed, blended and delivered that all I get is delicious, dark, elegant but sultry. From the notes, you'd be tempted to think that this is just another teenage-y gourmand Flowerbombesque overpriced abomination, but you would be so, so wrong. Bow down everyone, this bottle is perfume genius - anything else I'd say would probably be oversimplistic and would fail to capture exactly how amazing this is. I see this worn with a not too long but not too short skirt, very high heeled boots, stockings with suspenders, long flowing hair and lipstick.

Think smelling blue cotton candy in the amusement park. This brought me memories of me begging my parents for cotton candy and eating it all the way home. LPRN Intense has a fleeting blueberry note, and beautiful sugary cotton candy scent. The patchouli adds weight and after the course of the day, a classy powdery vanilla remains. For me, this is the most versatile LPRN. Black Perfecto edp is a masterpiece, but the full blast rose and cherry can overwhelm others around me. The original LPRN is heavy on the cherry, so I don’t wear it to work. However, this works for work, casual gatherings, and dates. The word Intense is a bit misleading as it is not a more intense version of the original, but a different version of the same gourmand for classy young ladies. Projection is not loud at all, and longevity is so-so. I would wear this all seasons except for summer.

It is 78 degrees now and I am wearing La Petite Robe Intense. The blueberry cotton candy plus florals are up front. I am really enjoying it. There is actually a little freshness to it as well. The longevity is moderate after 4 sprays. The projection stays close. The bottle is beautiful and I might have to collect the others in this line. Will have to reapply after 5-6 hours. This works for me in Spring but it'll be a sweet treat in the summer evening as well. EDIT: Today it's 96 degrees and this perfume is still very lovely. It has intensified to the point where I only need 2 sprays and it lasts 2 days and going (on clothes). It is still sweet but on the second day, I sense that there might be some molecular ingredient (ISO E?) that I never noticed before. Anyway, I can certainly enjoy this perfume all year round. Still one of my favorites.

The idea of a cotton candy fragrance is intriguing to me, but most of them are too cloying and one-dimensional for my taste. La Petite Robe Noire Intense is perfect though. It blends the sweet cotton candy with a clean patchouli, the typical refined Guerlain vanilla, warm musk and super-juicy berries. They keep the perfume fresh and airy somehow, even though it's sweet and very intense with a high sillage. It is a girly perfume, but there is some darkness too it. Feels like walking over the fair in the evening, feeling flirty and having a few drinks, as opposed to going there in the daytime with your family. This flanker doesn't have a lot in common with the original LPNR, except for the sweetness and the sparkly texture. No licorice or cherry here. This brightens every dull winter day, I love it!

I get straight up blueberry with this one. My husband said I smelled like frozen blueberries. It does have a "cold" feel to it. There's a punch of sour with it (raspberry and bergamot, I suppose) that makes you feel like you're eating a bowl of frozen blueberries with a lemon squeezed on top. It's quite nice. I'm getting a bit of woodiness, not too much patchouli, if at all. The floral is more in the background, but the rose is a bit more prominent and goes so well with the blueberries. I tried this a year ago from the same bottle and I just got licorice and smoky nonsense (which those aren't in any of the notes). I hated it. I'm so shocked after letting this sit for a year how wonderful it smells. As this dries down a bit more, I'm getting some wafts of vanilla. Divine!

Oh, Guerlain. You're becoming my favorite house... LPRN Intense has done what no other perfume ever did with me. 5 seconds of a whiff on my skin and it loves me, as I love it. I remember trying the original LPRN and not caring for it. It was very pretty but totally forgettable. But this Intense version has the absolute depth I look for in perfumes. it is just gorgeous. I received a decant of this beauty and My mom tried it before me. In her skin felt so weird, it smelled old, and even though she was in love, I was scared to try it. But I was wrong, and that is what I love about Guerlain. Any Guerlain perfume is a master piece; it never smells the same on anyone! You make it your own.

I love this! La Petite Robe Noire Intense edp to my nose and on my skin is a caramelly, slightly lactonic, blueberry heaven (there are other berries, but blueberry is what I detect the most), with some dewy, gorgeous flower petals thrown in there. So sweet, fruity, feminine, inviting and delicious - almost gourmand, I think. And the beautiful bottle is such a joy to look at, that I am a bit sad, that I keep all my bottles in a cool, dark closet, even though it makes sense considering the amount of perfumes I have comfort purchased during this long period of Covid depression. But! I can enjoy the sight of this every time I open said closet, which I do very often :)

This blue bottled LPRN Intense is sweeter and deeper than the red bottled LPRN Intense on first spray. It’s also a lot stronger. Super sweet candy and then I get deep blueberry syrup. Patchouli is there, but it brings a woodiness and brightness to the sweet blueberry, the new formulation in the red bottle is a little more patchouli forward to begin. It also smells more medicinal, not as deep and fruity. As they dry down though they definitely become like sisters rather than cousins. The DNA is there though, they are very similar. If you like this one you’ll like the other and vice versa. There’s no denying though that LPRN Intense (blue) is superior.

Ever single time that I wear this, I get compliments, even if I do not smell myself, people smell it and have to compliment me on that. Definitely blue bottle is better choice than the current new version of intense flanker, I'm sure about it. I got 3 other backup bottle from blue version just to be safe that I have enough, although never will be, since I like to over spray😅🤭 I definitely became a Hunter of second hand LPRN Noir Intense Blue 💙 bottle. I seek to the offers on second hand sells all time. Now I'm wearing my current bottle which must have 5ml more one wear and is done and I have 5 bottles of 50 ml and I'm still searching it. 🫣

This fragrance is very juicy and HEAVY. Any more than 2 sprays and people around me have actually commented on how I should go light on the trigger (even Alien doesn't do that to me!). With a light hand this fragrance is quite classy. I predominantly smell blueberries, cassis, patchouli, vanilla, and musk. The cassis is a bit overwhelming the first hour and smells like oakmoss on my chemistry before settling. Definitely recommend test before purchase unless you love heavy musky juicy fragrances! Monstrous sillage first 2 hours (then arm's length) and solid 8-9 hour longevity. A quality fragrance, but definitely not everyone's cup of tea.

This scent truly perplexes me. It's well blended to the point where it's almost TOO well blended.. Everything feels muddled together and nothing stands out except for the patchouli. It opens up very strong and loud as it's quite top heavy, then it settles and balances out drastically as it dries down. I must say, the sillage smells beautiful and when this hits the cold air, heads WILL TURN. I haven't been able to part with it simply because nothing smells quite like this. There might be similar fragrances but the Guerlain touch in this fragrance makes the musky-blueberry-cotton-candy sugary-patchouli DNA smell very Parisian.

Blueberry syrup served over earthy, sweet-spicy musk. I don’t know why, but it works! This is absolutely delicious! The initial blast is almost too candylike, but the patch and woods quickly show up to the rescue and tame it all down into one delectable and seductive scent. Sillage and longevity are better than average, no means a ‘beast mode’ fragrance but it last 5-6 hours on me, the last two hours it’s primarily a skin scent. I wouldn’t say blind buy this, unless fruitchouli is your thing. It’s a keeper for me! It smells like a grownup version of BS Midnight Fantasy. Scent: 9/10 Sillage: 5/10 Longevity: 7/10

Having read some reviews here I am puzzled. Am I the only one who detects smoke/incense in this fragrance? I used it only on my clothes. I got just a sample. The first time I sprayed it I liked it, but the smokiness bothered me - I hate smoke of any kind. However, the more I used it, the more I liked it. It's very addictive. Now I want the biggest bottle of this mysterious fragrance. This "potion" is sooooo beautiful and I believe it's the most beautiful in the cold. I smell so many lovely aromas in it - it's multifaceted. I used a sample of LPRN and did not care much about it.

I love the Intense version of LPR! I loved it at first spray, the blueberry, raspberry, bergamot, rose, vanilla and musk really suit my skin. There is no unpleasant opening. I don’t get the cotton candy, sadly or the patchouli, luckily. This is my favorite flanker followed by the Absolu. The original and others go really sour on my skin and can smell pretty medicinal. I haven’t smelled all of them, though because there’s a lot! This isn’t complex or groundbreaking, but it’s nice, familiar and child like. Kind of reminds me of Escada Show Me Love. Definitely candy and toy like.

I bought this one because I really love gourmand fragrances, and I am sooo glad I did!! This is not a "little girly" perfume, but rather more a dark, sultry, sweet, blueberry jam. With the musk, it gently tones down some of the sweetness but not all of it, and the rose, jasmine and orange blossom give it a soft floral touch. And it really lasts a long time....6+ hours. I am very excited to have this in my collection. I am thinking about buying another bottle, because when I find a perfume I love....they discontinue it. It seems to be that way with a lot of fragrances.

I love this one. It smells like blue cotton candy in the air. Up close I can pick up some musk in the base but not really much else. Definitely not an "intense" version of the original which I didn't like due to the licorice note. A little bit of tart fruit in the opening but only for a minute. I can't detect any patchouli in this which I'm fine with because I'm not the biggest lover of patchouli. It may be a bit too juvenile for some people but I just hit my 30s and I love and wear this. Performance is pretty good, lasts around 6 hours with moderate projection.

This is a grown and sexy gourmand! It opens with sweet, syrupy berry cotton candy, zesty bergamot and some acidity from the rose. The dry down gets creamier and warmer with vanilla and sandalwood, it’s slightly musky and the patchouli gives it more depth making it more sophisticated and not just a childish sweet. If you normally stay away from patchouli don’t over look this one because of that, the patchouli isn’t a scary patchouli. This smells expensive and I love it!!! Performance is good, especially on clothing it lasts forever!

This is a very pleasant, deep, sweet fruity fragrance in my opinion. I absolutely love it but I have to careful for it not to get too much. Would definitely recommend not wearing this one on hot days, it could easily get too heavy. At first I was overwhelmed by the opening, but I very much like the drydown - I recommend giving it a little time before judging it. Also in my opinion it smells like blueberry cotton candy and not like fresh blueberries and cotton candy individually, but that's not too much of a difference I guess.

When I tried this out for the first time, I accidentally layered this over JPG La Belle and some remnants of TF White Patchouli I’d been wearing that day. The combo ended up being so cozy and comforting I think I fell asleep standing up. And in a distant galaxy far, far away..I heard the faint echo of my husband saying, “DAMN you smell good!” as I floated past him in my own little fresh cloud of ripe blueberries, sparkly bergamot and creamy white musk. Three days later I’m still asleep, but I smell good as hell. True story.

This is the more elegant, mature version of Angel by Mugler. It’s better balanced and the notes perform in harmony so there is no blast of patchouli or cotton candy that distracts you from savoring the perfume as a whole. The top notes transition smoothly into the heart notes which transition smoothly into the base notes. If you are looking for an Angelesque perfume or something better, try this one. It’s very strong so a few spritzes is enough to have both great projection and sillage.

To my nose this is Blueberry Cotton Candy La vie est belle! I also smell the reference to Chanel CCM too. (Both are sweet Patchoulis) Very nice! It was a blind buy for me & I am not disappointed. I sprayed one spray on my forearm & it is a powerhouse projecting from my arm hours later. This is saying something, b/c my skin eats perfume so fast, I generally don't get longevity unless I spray my clothes. If you are searching for a new sweet one to add to your collection, here she is!

If you love sweet perfumes look no further! This is a blueberry cotton candy BOMB, long lasting with an outstanding sillage. To me it's quite a departure from all other LPRN flankers which are not my cup of tea (I struggle with syrupy cherry scents). P.S.If you can't find the old blue bottle, go for the newer version under the same name. They smell almost identical however I didn't give it a proper wear test to see if it's as strong as the older formulation.

I love, love, love this perfume. Initially I went to buy Lancome La vie est belle, however, the sales advisor showed me this one and I was so confused. I thought La vie est belle is my fragrance. So I went back home to think about the both fragrances. At some point I realised I was obsessed with LPRN and I went back to buy it. Never regret the purchase. On my skin it last almost 12+ hours and it so fruity and sweet. Definitely my signature scent.

This is more of a cassis fragrance than a blueberry one to my nose. I'm shocked that people have rated that note so low since it's 50% of what I'm smelling. This fragrance smells more mature than I was anticipating but I'm definitely not mad about that. I prefer my gourmands to be spicy and complex and you definitely get that here. I would happily wear this in the colder months as well as summer evenings. Really lovely, unique scent.

Candy shop in the best possible way. Cotton candy, blueberries, vanilla and patchouli. I really love this little candy gem. At first sniff I was like...whaaat. But the second time around like mmm mmm...I want more... Longevity and silage above average on me. Well balanced gourmand scent Cotton candy, fun, roller coaster, childlike...heaven for me. Puts an instant smile on my face evertime I spray.

I sprayed this on a test strip, thought "meh", and forgot about it. About an hour later I came back into that room and I could smell this AMAZING, sweet cotton candy in the air.. It was coming from that same test strip. After that I realized what I was smelling up close wasn't like the projection. This one really is a beauty. Edit: If you hate patchouli you probably won't like this.

I love this fragrance. I love blueberry as a note and it's done really well here. I just came to say that yesterday, I layered this with DUA Blueberry Brandy and what an amazing combination!! If you happen to own both, I highly recommend it. Especially of you want to amp up that beautiful blueberry note in LPRNI. Both fragrances are gorgeous on their own but as a combo, wow!

Powdery, soapy, woody and sweet. The things i detect the most are blueberry, sandalwood, bergamot, rose, vanilla, cassis and cotton candy. Don't judge it by the first few minutes, allow it to settle and don't sniff it right off your skin after spraying. Let it float up to your nose when it is ready! I really like this perfume! It creates a lovely soft aura around me. :)

Very strong and loud but elegant. Years ago took a sample with me when visiting Paris in autumn and I loved it. Later, my sister got me a bottle as a christmas gift so I used to wear this often on winters. Very sweet, blueberry, florals and intense patchouli. I've tried the new LPRB Intense and it seemed a bit less sweet but still a good perfume to wear on occasion.

I can't express in words how much i love this perfume, it's very emotional to me, it was my highschool perfume, i was the only one wearing this perfume, and it suited me a lot, it's sweet, but not too sweet, its woody-like, but not too much, it's so perfect to me, reminds me of 00s perfumes, i really love this perfume, and I'm so sad that guerlain discontinued.

Smells so scrummy! On first spray I wasn't too sure, as I adore LPRN eau de parfum with the juicy cherries but I think this is up there with it. Fuzzy cotton candy which is sweet but in a sophisticated type of way. Juicy blueberries, patchouli and vanilla. Delicious! It reminds me of a grown up Midnight Fantasy. This juice is additive!

I love this. I finally found a petite robe for me. I tried the original & couture. They smell nice. Couture is beautiful but neither have an sillage or longevity. Intense smells better than both of them & has good longevity & sillage. The blueberry, patchouli, cotton candy come together & make something I cant stop sniffing.

I love this, but how can a blondie wear this beautie? The blueberries, the sweetness without being naive or cloying, the dark notes... mmmmm... it is even fresh! But when I close my eyes, it smells nothing like a nordic woman. Wich I am. In deed. My eyes are blue, and I have freckles all around.

So, dang good! I know this line has been around for a while, but it doesn’t get enough love. I have the OG, but the intense is better. This is a delicious, sexy scent, and if you collect fragrance you need this one because the intense flanker is discontinued. Guerlain is does fragrance right!

Got a full 3.3 oz off of Amazon and boy is it worth every penny! It reminds me of blue cotton candy flavored tobbaco you use for a Hookah(I used to socially smoke from the hookah with friends as a late teen), LPRN intense smells Spicy,Smokey and super sweet! Great for Winter or at night!

This is my favorite LPRN flanker. I don't like the original LPRN, nor Couture and Black Perfecto/BP Florale. LPRN Intense is miles better to my nose, it doesn't have the annoying, synthetic cherry smell and it manages to be sweet and airy at the same time. Smells truly French though.
