La Petite Robe Noire Parfum

I don't understand why this fragrance has bombed with poor reviews by people who clearly haven't used it, so let my experience with it clear the air on anyone considering buying this fragrance but warded off by the ratings. Not only is this my favourite flanker that Guerlain has released yet, it's is exactly what I wished the original to be, and - while I love that original fragrance - the richer, gourmand vanilla, bergamot and praline notes creates a thick, solid foundation for the more delicate and airy cherry and rose notes, which not only results in a seriously impressive lasting time and silage (I could strongly smell it on me after a full day of exercise and outdoor activity), but also afford this Parfum version a more well-rounded and richer feel to it than the original Eau de Parfum. And while I understand that the price is a point of contention for some (as a fellow budget girlie I understand) the fragrance performs very impressively and the notes and composition themselves are clearly of high quality so I'd say it's definitely worth it. If price is really the only thing stopping you from trying this fragrance I'd recommend finding a discount code for your retailer of choice (which is what I did and it saved me £20!) because this Parfum is more than worth it, especially if you enjoy any of the other scents in Guerlain's La Petite Robe Noire line.

Just got it. La Petite Robe Noire Parfum is stunning, dense! and sweet. Caramelly, sultry, juicy, vanilic, dewy, pink roses. And the bottle is drop dead gorgeous. Thick and "molassy" is what I felt, when I smelled this directly on my wrists a short while after the first application, but settled down a little hint of the patchouli peaks through, and it makes it sexy! 🥰 This is obviously a floral-gourmand scent. Most alluring when detected in the air around you. So "womanly" beautiful 💗 I am now an appreciative owner of three of these Robe Noire "sisters". The first Intense version (the blue one), the EDP and now this, and I am floored by the allure and deliciousness.

I loved this flanker, very smooth and nice scent💞 I loved the sweet praline with roses and bergamot. Did remind me the PATH of Miss Dior L'essence and La vie est belle Elixir, I'm NOT saying they are similar, they just go in kind same direction, sweet, red fruit, some citric. I have to say this is Just a first impression, I just got it, my pac arrived now, So IS NOT a full wear. So far no regrets I loved. Guerlain 💞☺️

When I first sprayed this, I was inclined to dismiss it as yet another flanker that is hardly distinguishable. However, this one dries down much sweeter and with a clearly noticeable praline note, similar to La Vie Est Belle by Lancôme. For those wearing La Petite Robe Noire year round, this could be a lovely addition to their winter rotation. I am seriously tempted to acquire a bottle myself.

Thick, dense, sweet, dark, and deliciously smooth. The praline is so good in this. I just received it about a week ago and I know it will only get better with time. Definitely a cooler weather scent for me. I’m a lover of the original LPRN and the DNA is evident in this...drowning in praline 🥰

Well, a flanker after a flanker in this line and but not all of them are different enough or worth it, this one is the unnecessary one, nothing special, not distinguished enough from the others, rather underwhelming, there are better in the line.

Don’t understand ! It’ is really Guerlain ??? So yes still La Petite Robe Noire Edp with lot of patchouli... but sorry very generic, not what I m expecting for a Guerlain Good longevity but I prefer Dior quality

Yes, very keen to try this. The honey rose flanker was nice but in my view, not worth it if you already have the og. For this, I note the praline and lemon combination in the top notes, which could be interesting, and I note the complete lack of cherry. I also hope the rose is more prominent. FYI- I have just seen this on sale on the UK Guerlain website.

Its easy and beautiful. I wanted a praline heavy scent and this is it. The rose is that signature guerlain one. This is an elegant scent for when you want something elevated and glam. It's a sexy, syrupy date night perfume. If you have la nuit tresor by lancome its very close to that scent.

Guerlain’s take on LVEB absolu. This is gorgeous, especially as the temperature gets a little cooler. I’ll be wearing this throughout winter and will be getting a back up or two.

Yes! I love all of them! One of the greatest perfume line in my book.

To me it smells like the EDP with a hint of La vie est Belle.
