La Petite Robe Noire Rose Rose Rose

LPRN with less cherry and almond, a little bit less sweet. I would say maybe 30% more rose. It is definitely easy to identify as a flanker of LPRN, but the rose is much more prominent and it feels a little bit less juvenile and sexy. It is a glamorized, more mature version of the OG scent. It does have similarities with Rose Cherie but RC is way, way more dense/ intense and the cherry is in the center of the stage competing with a very potent rose note for attention. Rose Cherie is a wonderful sweet cherry/rose elixir. LPRN rose rose rose is a pretty scent but much more diluted and tame than Rose Cherie. I used up all my french kiss decant. I can't compare the 2 scents now, but yeah they might be a little bit similar. If you want the strong rose/cherry punch just save your $$ and get Rose Cherie. Update: the rose note gets more intense in the drydown. Very beautiful rose note, very natural...lovely.

I just received it today, and yes you can obviously tell its a flanker of LPRN, but that's kinda the point. It's not 99% the same, IMO. You definitely get the rose and for me that rose is creamy. I think it's interacting with the almond. I don't have the OG LPRN (except for a tiny little 7.5 ml promo bottle) bc I don't care for that heavy licorice note. That's toned way down here. This will change over the months as it settles and ages, all of the flankers I've bought have done that. Considering I really do love this one out of the box, I'm excited to smell it a few months from now. I have Nectar as well, and I'm just now starting to really like it. Guerlain fumes seem work that way. They need to mature and deepen a bit before I can really get a good sense of them. I love Guerlain, so I'm always going to take that chance. Everyone's experiences will vary, but I'm more than pleased.

This has grown into a serious love. So much so, I wish I had bought two bottles because they're only 50 mls. This is a soft spicy, creamy rose, rose, rose. A flanker? Sure, but it's gorgeous and if you like the DNA of LPRN and extra rose, you'll love this one. Took a while to deepen, so to speak, but I'm wearing often this summer.

I really enjoy this one; I agree that it is very similar (but maybe not 99% :)), very clear LPRN DNA. But if you find the other LPRN too intense/heavy this might be a nice option. I find the roses quite noticeable, slightly jammy rose, but still fresh.

This one is interesting... reminds me of a rose petal jam. It's sweet but I don't hate it. It's more sophisticated then the others ones I find.

I got this as the notes really appealed to me but ultimately I am disappointed. I have tried this on my skin on two different days a few weeks apart to give it a fair chance, I just don't love it. To me, I am just getting a sweet rose powder smell. It is more mature than I was hoping for. I had to give it two sprays on my wrist to be able to pick up on the notes better, whereas with my other perfumes just one spray would be plenty. For me personally, this is basically a rose-scented talcum powder that I would gift to an older female relative. I am selling my bottle.

For sure has that LPRN DNA. The wild berries and bergamot note are turned up just a notch, but could have stood to be increased a lot more IMO. The cherry-almond-anise is still rather heavy and dark. So I would say the best part of the frag is the initial 15 minutes but it’s still not up to par. It’s not particularly rose-y despite the different kinds. Them and the iris give a more dark flower petals and powder vibe. Once the bright notes fade off, it quickly grows more and more mature the longer the scent sticks around. May remind some of a vintage odor they’ve encountered in the past. The LPRN line would be perfect for anyone looking for a modern take on grown-up fruity-floral scents from the ‘90s.

I think almond, sour cherry and berries dont blend really well together. It smells like children cough syrup and indian incense at the same time at the opening. Thank God it doesnt last very long on my skin nor clothes, cause the citrusy of the bergamot really saves the loudness. However when it comes to the middle and the drydown parts, this perfume smell quite nice. Honestly i dont detect any of the roses at all which is too bad. The whole time i can only identify almond and iris and a little bit hint of vanilla. It's quite disappointing though, but i still enjoy it somehow, because i havent found the similarity of this perfume to any other niche perfumes before. Besides ive always love gourmand scents and usually they never fail on me. Somewhere behind i am able to catch and pick up a warm melted caramalized candy nuance, although caramel is not one of the notes. Really yummy. ⁝

This remember me to Black Perfecto Florale. It's not exactly the same, but it has similar DNA. Of course, she doesn't look like French Kiss, or Rose Cherie, not even remotely.

99% similar to the original « la petite robe noire » if you already have it don’t buy the other. I can’t smell the difference between them

I hope they release this one in the states! We never got Nectar. I love this whole range!
