Guess Uomo

I agree this smells similar to Bad Boy CH, but i think is a less invasive, more versatile smell. Overall I like this one better. The performance is weak but its a EDT so I guess thats ok. I usually overspray (8-10 sprays) if I want to leave a trail.

For me in terms of scent I compare this close to CH Bad Boy the Edt and it's a much cheaper fragrance. I personally like this one quite a bit. It's a pleasant fragrance for any time of the day.

Guess’ version of Coach Platinum. Has that pineapple-led man aroma. A combination of vanilla and lavender with some cardamom and pineapple-led fruityness and creaminess (what presumably others are referring to as Juicy Fruit gum accord which is so prevalent in Casamorati Dolce Amalfi) in the opening to add sparkle. As it dries down it goes closer to skin the woody and resinous notes come to the fore, and at this point it becomes more mature. Quite well done for a fragrance at this price range, only showing its budget underpinnings in its longevity but perhaps this will improve as bottles macerate. PS I definitely dont get the Bad Boy comparisons, I think ppl are saying this just because this smells “generic”. There’s none of Bad Boy’s dominant chocolate accord here nor its aquatic opening.

Nice and refreshing top & mid fruit/floral notes, yet they are quite short lived & were gone less than 3-4 hrs, base woody notes are way too subtle

Cardamom, sage and patchouli combo frag that feels fresh and clean. Sampled this from a 2ml, I liked it but not full bottle worthy for me.

You know, the brief experience I found with three sprays of this earlier was that it reminded me of something good from my past just a bit...but far, far, far milder...Mila Schön Homme. Probably the geranium and woodsy notes they both share. I'd get it for cheap when I do but its longevity seems brutal even by Guess standards...like zap on, zap off...hold the atomizer all day lol...but maybe a safe blind buy and office scent. Not generic, but remotely strong. Peppery is the vibe I got before note-gawking btw.

A sample on skin. Its ok and very colourfull and bright in its olfactory appearance but nothing new. This kind of dna has been copied to death and is comparable to majority of last few years typical youthfull young mens’ unisex fragrances.

great smell, horrible performance. after spraying it on in the shop i had to buy it. now I never wear it because it lasts 2 hours max

It smells okay but is generic and boring. It's good for office use, so don't expect too much from it.

The smell is not bad at all, but is incredibly weak. After an hour or two, I can't smell it anymore.

What a strange peppery-vanillic laundry musk concoction.. Smells like the combination of a vanilla dessert + peppery wood + clothes with too much fabric softener. Cloying and nauseating combination of themes. I don't know if my nose is picking up something the perfumer's wasn't, or if this is actually meant to smell weird?

The fragrance is great but the bottle is so cheap.

I do not get any CH BB or RL RC vibes in either the opening or dry down. I have an early release of RC EDT and it has no powderiness to it at any stage but I cannot speak of later releases nor EDP as it's not my thing anyway. The saffron is so prominent in this that all I smell with the amber is BR540 or Lattafa's many iterations of a clone of it. For the record this review is in the summer and as such tends make these types of fragrances bloom but are rather cloying in the heat. Fall/winter suitable perhaps evening out warm weather but humid night are likely no bueno with this as an option. 20 bucks or less and it's great at up to 4 hours, however the fragrance game is such that if you look around you can and will find better for the same or reasonably more. I got this because I have a lot of guess fragrances and like most of them enough to wear often out during the week or knock around the compound.

It's quite discrete, like every other Guess cheapie. I don't smell any sweet amber/benzoin. Jimmy Choo Urban Hero Gold as far as I remember smells stronger/more intense and sweeter, so not really a good comparison. Incidentally I was previously sampling Ralph's Club Parfum on the other part of my arm and it seems both dry downs (RCP and Guess Uomo) smell quite similar.. Coach Platinum? Not at all.

this is so good. you will get the vibe of Bad boy EDT in the opening, then it dries down into something like Ralph Club parfum but a bit more powdery. very youthful, versatile, compliment puller for sure I really love it and I think I should get its flanker, Acqua, soon.
