Angel Musk

does actually smell like angels, i don't even know how else to describe it <3 sweet, not really spicy, mostly like an airy vanilla + dried fruits. my nose doesn't feel anything soapy or rosy here which is good cause i hate anything soapy or rosy.

A beautiful dry down that I can’t stop spraying. I actually sprayed on my robe’s collar so I can continue to inhale this fragrant hug.

I can understand where the “old Lady” comments are coming from. However when I think of old Lady Fragrances, “White Diamonds” by Elizabeth Taylor comes to mind. THAT is an old lady signature fragrance. I think there is something about Arabian “musk” that people either love or hate when combined with other notes. It can either smell powdery and lovely, or medicinal and pungent. For me, Angel Musk is exactly the powdery, sweet, and spicy fragrance I was looking for. It almost smells like a different take on chai vanilla tea but with some powder. The initial spray is very spicy (tea-like) and you can kind of smell some cinnamon and Anise. (I love the smell of Anise). As it dries down, the vanilla and musk start to stand out. I am not really getting that rose note but I feel like you can smell the dried fruits upon the initial spray along with that “tea” note. I really do love this fragrance and I can imagine an Arabian angel (hence the name) wearing this. It feels like a warm hug while you’re wrapped in a blanket. And I have definitely never smelled this fragrance on anyone and I work in a high foot-traffic area. I would say this fragrance is not juvenile but it’s not too “aging” either. I’ve worn this several times and have gotten compliments on how I smell. (I am mid twenties). It’s definitely more feminine too and more suitable for the colder weather. I do wish it lasted a bit longer and I feel I only get maybe 1-3 hours of wear with Angel Musk. But I never mind reapplying my fragrance throughout the day. I wouldn’t say this is a safe blind buy being that many people don’t like musky or powdery fragrances. But if you do, Angel Musk is definitely up your alley.

I like it. I think it smells powdery, fresh and angelic. There is a hint of spice too. But I can see where some would find it too powdery and too much like baby wipes. Very much like Johnson and Johnson’s baby powder. Must love powder like me! And the bottle is beautiful! I would not pay full price for this. Not a safe blind buy. I only paid $7 so I’m not mad about this Angel Musk. I think it will be a good layering scent. Edit: This layers real well with B&BW Touch of Gold and Ana Abiyedh Poudree by Lattafa. I really like it, it’s a very comforting fresh, powdery, perfume. Perfect for out of the shower or before bed.

This reminds me of Afnan Pure Musk a little bit. You have the musky clean Dove soap vibes, but with the added spiciness. I can definitely smell the Davana in it. I have some Young Living Davana essential oil and this perfume does capture the essence of that note well. The rose and vanilla shine through also. I feel like you could probably layer this with the Pure Musk nicely. The bottle and juice are beautiful as well.

Don’t get the negative reviews on this. Doesn’t smell anything like soap or an old lady. This is fresh, powdery, sweet and musky. Yes I can understand the baby wipes feel but this is nothing like the negative reviews given. Think you need your nose checked. Give this baby time to mature like most Arabian fragrances and she will blossom into an Angel 🤍

this is YOUR perfume if like vanilla and musk scents!! It opens with spicy notes, and dried fruits, then moves into a mix of sandalwood, light rose. woody and powdery.

I was looking forward to trying this one after hearing rave reviews about it. Thank god I bought a sample before investing in the bottle. At first spray it reminded me of an old lady scent. it’s not unpleasant just very powdery and soap smelling. However what finished off was my youngest son said it smelt like my MIL at which point I was DONE! - he sadly isn’t wrong.

I just got it yesterday and the initial spray gave me a strong soapy scent. Hope it will develop a little more over time but I (don't really want to say it) gave me "old lady soap" vibe after it hit my skin. The bottle is beautiful though, simple but elegant. My friend who knows little about Arab brand said that the bottle did not look cheap at all.

This smells like one of those old time fragrances from the early 2000s. I can't exactly pinpoint what this is reminding me of, but the best way i can describe this is slightly spiced up baby wipes. It's not as bad as it sounds, but this fragrance definitely isn't for me. I do see it working for others though!

Starts out so pretty with a soapy clean fresh musk think dove soap and then it dries down to a photorealistic baby wipes, and diapers sprinkled with Johnson and Johnson baby powder. Sorry but I don't wanna smell like the contents of a diaper bag nor do I wanna smell it on anyone else. Hard pass.

This is a big NO for me! I would think this would have been a 10/10 based on hype alone. It reminds me of that musky-moth ball smell! Yuck! I have tried on skin and paper and they both suck! I received Angel Musk with two others and they are all a “nope”. Musk is my favorite scent so I am highly disappointed! Returning all three!

The best way to describe it to me is a warm comforting hug, I wear it for bed, love snuggling up in bed and smelling warm and cosy on a cold night. Now when I purchased it didn’t last at all, or maybe I just couldn’t smell it. I have had others in this collection and they need maturation, spray then put away, revisit every couple of weeks and spray again. I’ve found these take at least 3 months to reach their full potential. it’s for people who love cosy, clean, your skin but better. More suited to autumn and winter, office friendly and works best in cold weather.

Just grabbed one and it’s ok. I love skin scents and “your skin but better” and this one is just ok. I get the soapy note that another review said. I probably won’t buy another but it will be a nice sleep scent.
