Cookie Bite

I sampled Cookie Bite and the opening is pure comfort: a realistic burst of freshly baked butter cookies straight from the oven. It’s a gourmand lover’s dream, no complaints here, especially since I’ve been on a serious unisex gourmand kick lately (Mounjaro helped me lose 14 kg in 4 months but I somehow gained 100+ bottles of dessert in a bottle!). CB feels creamier and more lactonic than many of its DNA cousins in my collection including: a) Amy (Amyris) Sugar Cookie (Fragrantica still hasn’t caught up) b) Paris Corner Creamy Biscuit c) Dua Cookies & Milk (Cerchi Nell'Acqua Latte e Biscotti inspiration) d) Tubbees Cookies & Cream e) Lattafa Give Me Gourmand - Whipped Pleasure, and f) Beaufort Lignum Vitae The catch? That buttery biscuit accord vanishes after about 15 minutes, leaving behind milky, lactonic notes that can lean sour. I now understand why some reviewers mention “baby formula” or even “condensed milk gone rogue.” It’s not unpleasant but it’s definitely a shift. Full-bottle worthy? I’m on the fence. Gulf Orchid’s gourmand line-up intrigues me but I might hold off until Black Friday deals roll in. For now, CB remains a curious little cookie sample - sweet, creamy and just a bit unpredictable.

4. ~2 week update: I love using this layered with Eshal (V28 dupe)!! 3. Update overnight use: The dry down on this is as delicious as in store. It smells so so so edible and I'm so happy. This brings me closer to transforming into a cake and I am satisfied. 2. Update upon purchase: Just opened my bottle today. I will be honest it smelled nicer in the store so I think it needs some maceration. At the present it smells KIND of like Molten Caramel by Paris Corner. I will give it a few weeks to get to that smell I had when I tested it in the store. 1. Review on test strip for 24 hours at the store before purchasing: This isn't a BL dupe. Literally smells like cookies and warm sweet caramel WITHOUT the milky lactonic smell when it dries down. It's what I thought molten caramel and all the caramel perfumes were going to be. (Intrusive thoughts: I bit the test strip at one point cause it smelled so delicious) Also! I had a kayali vanilla 28 tester strip and smelled it together with cookie bite, and it was AWESOME. I have Eshal on order and i'm pretty sure they're gonna smell amazing together!!

Oh wow, I cannot believe how straight yummy this is! The execution is really spectacular here. Buttery chocolate chip cookie without pushing too far and becoming a gross and cloying disaster. Theres something Coconut-y in the Caramel base that harmoniously holds this all together. I have Lattafa’s ‘Cookie Crave’ and that is fully a Chocolate confectionery experience where this is distinctly that crunchy, sweet, kinda salty Chips Ahoy moment. 🍪 Ive had a few duds from Gulf Orchid recently and its honestly put me off trying until now. ‘Cookie Bite’ has raised my hopes/interests in their offerings. 😇

this is one of the best gourmands i've ever smelled- one of the VERY few times i smell something and go 'oh my god i just want to eat it'. i'm shocked at how delicious this is and it STAYS. i am layering it with date syrup today and i smell like a sticky, caramel toffee pudding and vanilla ice-cream. then i sprayed a bit of bianco latte for a more milky note + a bit of artisan ethnique to make it more 'grown up' and sexy! i don't understand the person saying 'bianco latte dupe' as it's nothing like it at all, tbh. actually, bianco latte does not compare to the gourmand delicacy this is. 5/5

just blind bought this and idk how no one has said this yet but this smells EXACTLY like a cinnamon sugared pretzel. like exactly... i dont get cookie at all all i get is pretzel LOL. its not bad, just not what i thought it would smell like. just an edp to the bbw cinnamon sugar pretzel to me edit - 2 weeks later and the more this macerates its evoling to a buttery cookie, no chocolate tho. more of snickerdoodle. edit #2 - after a month of macerating im finally getting that fresh chocolate chip cookie smell. so good!
