This is a by the fireplace inspiration/similar dna as by the fireplace, but a little less sweet, less vanilla(vanilla might get more pronounced in maceration but I hope not) and more smokey. There is a bit of sharpness/a little screechiness to the smoke. I can see the comparison to Rifaaqat as well, but if you add a lot more smokiness to Rifaaqat you sort of end up with smelling something very similar to ameer al oudh intense & by the fireplace imo. This one is a little more masculine leaning than by the fireplace which i find more unisex. It's a very close to beast mode kind of fragance. It last easily at least 8-9 hours on my skin even longer on clothes. And you can feel the oil on your skin in this perfume(be careful spraying it on lighter color clothing because of possible oil stains!), i personally love that...If you like a little less sweet version of by the fireplace & a smokier version less leathery version of Rifaaqat, this is a no brainer imo if you can find it under 20 dollars/euros. If you dont like intense smoke, heavier fragances and wintery spices in your perfumes, this is not for you! For me this is easily an 8.5/10 atm. I think when it had some time to macerate and the vanilla doesnt become more pronounced, it's going to be one of my all time favs. (But Im addicted to darker raw animalic very smoky not too sweet spicy masculine (leaning) perfumes. 🔥💕😍)

I bought this as a possible alternative for YSL Babycat or PC Rifaaqat, even I know based on reviews it's slightly different. Today the package arrive and let me tell you this is a beautiful scent. It's love, out of the bottle! And it's indeed very similar and also different DNA. This is a semi sweet smokey(smoke from tobacco leaves) vanilla with leathery and ambery tones. From the bottle it's truly smells like it's leans masculine... But sprayed on paper and after that on my skin it's a really truly unisex, sexy (oh boy, it is indeed sexy!!!) mature vanilla scent. Luckily this is a colder day to test it, and I can stop sniffing my wrist! I expected something different but I'm completely satisfied and happy. Summary, it's similar to Rifaaqat but it's different enough to enjoy as a different scent. And even though Rifaaqat is still my number one because of the strong peppery note and well blended nature, this feels expensive. I come back later after maturation and update the projection and silage later. Until that, I want to sniff this from the nape of the neck of my man... Or spray it on myself and leading a company as a CEO boss lady.... Uhh, god...❤️🔥

This perfume is not for beginners. It’s very peppery balsamic smoky and incense like, opening with alcohol and elemi, but after weeks of macerating became more creamy and warm sweet-smoky vanilla. Longevity and sillage are moderate and leaning masculine, whoever I looooove it so much 😍❤️❤️🫰🏻
