Vanilla on the Beach

My nose predominantly gets a densely-creamy vanilla (not ambery at all) with prominent white rum. It has a similar vibe to Paris Corner December Vanilla and Aromatix X Xandal because of the densely-creamy vanilla, but it has way less patchouli that isn’t noticeable to me, and no chocolate like in X Xandal, and it has added white rum style of booze. I really like Gulf Orchid Vanilla on the Beach, and the booziness is very prominent. You need to love creamy vanillas and boozy notes. Fall (autumn) appropriate. Unisex. Good performance. Exceptional original work from Gulf Orchid. This original work shits on half or more of mid-tier designers and we get it for a fraction of the cost - how lucky are we?

Vanilla on the Beach is a beautiful boozy fruity vanilla, rich and decadent, suitable for winter despite the summer vibe given by its name and the bottle. Ver well-rounded, refined, and smells high quality, I love it! Similar to December Vanilla but much better! Not in terms of their similarities with Kayali Sugar Patchouli but just as perfumes. December Vanilla has a rather funky opening and feels sharp and unfinished, and the funkiness lingers, hopefully it gets better with maceration. Vanilla on the beach, on the other hand, is delicious fresh out of the box! I am surprised that this one is not hyped up.

My little deco thing on top came off right off the bat. Had to super glue it fast but still looks unstable. This one is the most niche smelling one out of this whole collection. It’s somewhat different and unique. Beautiful grounded creamy tropical with dried fruits and boozy accords. Ambery with just the right amount of patchouli in it. Long lasting power and with a great projection. It’s rare but I simply love it! 😍

This is unique it reminds me of tobacco vanille, and December Vanilla and a less creamier version of van Py Rhum although it's not a dupe and smells unique. Vanilla is in the background it's not sweet at all but it's supporting patchouli and rum which mixed with the spices smells like a TF style tobacco. It's unisex for sure but can be challenging if you expecting a sweet vanilla.

I tried a couple of perfumes from the same collection and this one is a little different. not too fruity like the rest too. idk what's the vanilla mixed with but its giving the perfume a rustic smell. a little to strong for my taste =)

Used to be my favourite vanilla but I hadn't used it in a while, tried it again and the patchouli was much more overpowering then I remembered and was kinda funky. I'm not a fan of patchouli at all so take what I say with a grain of salt

Very misleading. Not summery whatsoever, or even really a vanilla fragrance. More like just straight up patchouli and spice.

NOT blind buy safe! This was my worst blind buy EVER! I was a little stunned by how awful this fragrance smelled. To me, it has a very strong urine smell. Old, dry urine. I absolutely couldn't believe it! I had my friend smell it, and the first word he said was, "pee." This is right up there with the worst fragrances I've ever smelled! Cool bottle. Good atomizer. Get your nose on this BEFORE YOU BUY!

I don’t know what people are smelling but this smells NOTHING like the reminds me of! They just have patchouli & vanilla thats where the similarity ends 🙄 Vanilla on the beach is beautiful dried fruits, pear, spicy vanilla & some patch- smells like nothing in my collection- and I have all the reminds me of list. LOVE IT!!!
