White Moroccan Leather

To me, this smells like the niche-quality love child of Armani Code Absolu and Versace Oud Noir... and it's fantastic. It has such a comforting warmth to it - the kind that makes me want to be sat by a fireplace in a private library while I contemplate a snifter of brandy... you know, like normal people do. As an aside, given the description above, it should be pretty clear that this is not a "summer scent" in the modern sense. But, despite that, I'm wearing it in 80o+ weather, and it works - if it's worn lightly (and if you're doing more than 2-3 sprays of this one, you are the bad kind of over-sprayer, and need to be stopped). It's probably a bit on the "too-classy" side for the "everyday grind" setting, but I could see it working in a board room, or even a general office pool - if it's worn with care. Generally, though, I'd keep this one for when you want people to want to be close to you - because they will be drawn in. My final verdict is that this is really good stuff, and I give it a 9.8/10 (-0.2 for the very slightly restricted versatility factor). Get a discovery set and check it out, it's worth discovering! **Edit** I recently got a bottle of Narcisso Rodriguez Bleu Noir Parfum, and yeah... they're pretty much fraternal twins - a couple of differences, sure, but close enough that you can definitely see the closeness of their relationship. I'm pretty sure this one came first, though, so good on Habibi.

Absolutely amazing fragrance. I have 10 fragrances from this house, including two from their private line. Each of them is masterful, made with high-quality, natural ingredients. This one in particular is fresh and energetic. I am not a person who can pick many specific notes, but this has a sweetness and a creamy nature to it that is very unique and very pleasant. This is a lighter fragrance, which causes me to question some comments about it being headache-inducing. A comment that seems stereotypical of Middle Eastern fragrances. It strikes me, reading some of the comments, that there is sometimes a pretentious nature to this business. There is not a single synthetic thing about any of these American-made, original fragrances. What I do read in the often repetitive, off-mark comments is a xenophobic point of view-- likely coming from people who have never laid a nose on a single fragrance from this house. If you are considering a fragrance from this company, I recommend going directly to their website to order a sample pack. These fragrances also layer amazingly well with each other, and there are even some suggestions for layering at the bottom of each perfume.

White Maroccan Leather is a fragrance of undoubted elegance and uniqueness, and to better define it I would like to make a small digression about a person who fell in love just with Morocco, choosing it as part of his life. I am talking about Yves Sain Laurent who, after a pleasure journey literally fell in love with the ' ambiance there. The Majorelle gardens became his favorite place , so much so that he called them “an oasis where the colors of Matisse blend with those of nature.” And this fragrance is a very delicate leathery, with a great finesse and coupled with fresh and vibrant notes that make it perfect for the warmer seasons. As it evolves, it softens, also thanks to a very creamy iris, and with that touch of incense it just becomes even more magical, a real path to dreaming. See or, if you can, visit, the wonderful gardens of Majorelle, possibly with this wonderful olfactory creation.

While there were several from the discovery set I really enjoyed, this was easily my favorite. I was on the hunt for a leather fragrance to prepare for the fall, and this hits the nail right on the head. It opens up very pleasant smelling, due to the citrus and nutmeg notes. The middle is the worst part of this, it's kinda powdery to me, but it's tolerable. But the dry down is one of the best I've experienced. The leather, Amber and patchouli notes work very well together, and this lasts for a while. It smells really good on skin, and clothes; if you spray this on your hoodie, your SO might just take it from you lol. This will be frequently worn by me this fall and winter, good job Habibi! 9/10

Who would have thought nutmeg and citrus notes would help produce a beautiful opening? A nice evening out fragrance but not really a "come hither" fragrance. Not my first choice for the office but it wouldn't be a bad choice. While fall seems like the best choice for me, due to the warm dry down, I don't see why it might not be worn all year. Not the strongest performer but will last about half a work day.

Creamy luxurious scent. Not something to wear in high heat but definitely luxurious. For me this is 8.5/10. Dessert oud and royal saffron oud are still my favorite. But this is incredible. Outstanding scent profile... All the Habibi NY in sample collection have been amazing but surprisingly the oud series took the win over the ones I will most likely buy. Stunning, classic, masculine, and luxurious.

All the elements that I enjoy. Amber, woody, iris, animalic, and smoky. Really comforting fragrance. Brings you in, soothes you, and captures your attention. Great leather fragrance. Check it out.

Beautiful composition supreme wearability.

For a niche house, the price and quality of this brand is great. Specifically White Moroccan Leather is very nice. It has one of the nicer leather notes that is in my collection. That along with the amber and woodiness of this makes this very nice. Definitely recommend trying.

A pleasant, clean leather scent balanced by creamy sandalwood and buttery, powdery iris.

This to me smells like a typical ambroxan bomb, full of chemical smell and not much else. This reminds me of BR540 or like a worse Azzaro Most Wanted. Very manly chemical and slightly sweet smell. Thankfully didn't last that long on me.

Soft suede tonka/orris, subtle spice from nutmeg, powdery vanilla with a smooth sandalwood. Not sure how anyone could think that this doesn’t smell like Armani absolu. To my nose it’s just a softer version combined with the tobacco tonka combo of l’homme ideal extreme. If you like either of those you’ll be satisfied. Unless of course you would find this redundant if you have either fore mentioned scents. To me it is.
