I visited Botany Bay a couple of times last year and have to say they have captured the smell perfectly. It’s fresh, ozonic, light as though there aren’t any base notes. It’s what you would experience when standing on that shore. A pinch of cinnamon adds a bit of warmth to this realistic and naturally smelling perfume. I haven’t experienced any major development while wearing but it’s not an issue as this one is like a scented picture to me. Longevity on my skin at least 8hrs. Quality puts to shame many renowned perfume houses. Well done (again) Heackels.

Beautifulll I've had this for a couple of months now over summer and it's really warmed to me. For me its a lush green/grey/white cliff walk on a warm cloudy day in Cornwall so true to how they describe it is guess! Very subtle base chalky maybe like rocks by the sea when its a bit windy too. cute cool and nostalgic. Unisex, I would say its pretty feminine

Now marketed as Botany Bay / GPS 26’ 3”E. I have this as part of their Offshore GPS Exploration Set. I find this to be quite an elegant scent, not super complex and quite unisex. The opening is ozonic and floral with a dab of citrus to keep it interesting. The dry down is all floral and stays on my skin for a good 8+ hrs.

I bought this last year as part of my never ending quest to find a replacement for Escada sport 'country weekend'. Its not the same but does have similar qualities, fresh but warm, sophisticated but not heavy. I dont get floral but I do get a bit of spice (or ozone) and a bit of citrus although they say its not citrusy. Thankfully Haeckels have now seen sense and market the perfumes by name instead of coordinates (trying to be too clever for their own good) and this one is called Botany Bay I also have Richborough which is along these lines but not as nice as this one. We live down the road and visit the shop from time to time
