Halloween Man X

Picked up a 125ml of Amazon for £33.07, batch code M12933 and was manufactured in Nov 2023 I own Azzaro The Most Wanted Parfum and i will say that this is like VERY similar like 85% or more mixed in with a very realistic coffee bean smell which you pick up on closer to the skin, this is an awesome fragrance that is a cheap budget coffee alternative to Azzaro in my opinion its actually crazy, i dont wear Azzaro much but im definitely wearing this. 6 Years later and it still stands the test of time.. When you first spray it ( Atomiser is very good btw ), you get hit with a slighty fresh and typical Designer kinda smell but not in a bad way very similar opening to Azzaro and it quickly fades and goes into a more spicy-coffee fragrance but it isnt heavy, its actually wearable day to day, I can also feel it on my skill which could signal how strong it is, id say the performance is average and the longevity is also average. Still amazed by the similarity it has with Azzaro except for having an added realistic coffee bean note making this unique but mass appealing in my eyes. You have to like the smell of coffee/coffee bean it reminds me of a coffee shop for sure but in the best way possible, i didnt expect to like this fragrance so much. It smells expensive and definitely gives you way more than what its priced at i cannot express how good it is honestly. Wearable, Alright performance and unqiue smelling yet appealing to most. Im strict but id give the scent an 8.5/10 but taking into account the price etc it has to be at least 8.9/10, if you are looking for a fragrance for winter/autumn/spring for day to day i would highly reccomend.

Halloween Man X feels like a very strange name for this fragrance, nothing about its scent make me think Halloween, the notes make me think of fall but not of Halloween. Onto the actual scent! On the opening there is a lovely Irish Coffee note that is entirely new to me but I adore. As Halloween Man X dries down the whiskey note unfortunately fades out entirely, it is however replaced by very pleasant but light spicy notes. The entire fragrance has a very realistic coffee/latte smell. There is a slightly milky note that backs the fragrance the entire time that is a lovely final addition. It smells like you spilled a spiced latte on youself in the best way. On the longevity side of things, Halloween Man X doesn’t last very long. I got about 3 hours on my skin and maybe 2 on my clothing. A 3/10 here. Projection unfortunately was just a tiny bit better then longevity. It just never rose much off my skin, at the height of its projection maybe 3 inches from my skin. A 4/10 here. Halloween Man X is a really realistic coffee/latte fragrance without being overly sweet. Along with holding a very nice milky note consistently throughout the fragrances life. Besides the performance issues, my biggest disappointment of the fragrance that might also be a good thing is the quick fading and disappearance of the whiskey note. While I really enjoyed the opening when the whiskey note is present, I can also easily appreciate the lack of it since it makes the fragrance much more wearable. Halloween Man X is a 5/10 for me, it would be at least a couple points higher if it performance was better.

A lot of folks compare Halloween Man X to Versace Eros, and I do smell that. The particular blend of sweet and amber accords are rather similar, but X does it in a different way than Eros' vanilla direction. The coffee is easily-detectable, and people are absolutely right when they describe the coffee note as that of roasted coffee grounds right from the filter after a fresh brew. It's not latte-sweet, it's roasted and bitter, very tasteful. I'm not sure if the coffee masks the leather note or if it's simply blended into it to provide the smoky roast flavor of the coffee. This wears especially well in the cooler weather and in the evening, But I do believe it's about as versatile as Eros. You could sport this during the daytime and even at the office if you're reasonable with your sprays. X is actually quite versatile in that you could wear it to most anything so long as it isn't a formal event. This is an easy one to love, a unique roast coffee that doesn't wear as creamy as other, more gourmand offerings, paired with great performance and versatility. This is good for a blind buy, especially at the price you can get 125ml for.

Well! Apparently it's different for everyone and opinions are very diverse. Many of the reviewers below are probably used to more expensive and quality fragrances, but let's not forget that this is a $25-$30 fragrance! I also have and have had many designer perfumes, but I can't help but share my good impression of this one! Indeed, the price-quality ratio is very good! I'm just surprised it's selling for that price. This fragrance could easily sell for $100. There are much more expensive perfumes that are also very synthetic and downright a total disappointment for the money! I think this one is totally worthy of an everyday perfume, not so much for formal occasions, that can completely replace one of its more expensive counterparts in everyday life. I personally use it for short outings - to the store or in the neighborhood or for a walk and it has brought me many compliments and a good feeling. I have no qualms about occasionally wearing a cheaper fragrance. This to me is a lovely chippy with its own charm!

I really love this fragrance. I get the best realistic and robust coffee note I've had before, a really pleasant warm whiskey vibe, a little bit of cinnamon, surprisingly a little bit of chocolate, and also a touch of something cold - this must be the mineral thing. It has a really good opening, it settles down nicely, and it lasts pretty long on my skin. Apart from all of this, the bottle itself, the colour of the decant and the cap is one of the most beautiful fragrance designs I've ever seen. All in all, I'm super appreciative that this is such an affordable fragrance. It really is kind of like a big "F YOU" to all the unreasonably expensive designer fragrances out there. It is a touch synthetic, but this is not an inherently bad thing. Who wears this? What comes to my mind is a playful and humorous, open-minded, intelligent and creative young guy who is fairly masculine, but I think many men can pull this off. It's a masculine scent but so much more than that.

This one is a winner. Performance is good, projection is good, and it smells great. I'm not sure how much I consider this to be a 'coffee' fragrance, though. I seem to find more in the Ferragamo offerings (both Uomo and Signature), as well as Gentleman Society Extreme. And I truly believe the statements regarding this being 'synthetic' are a bit overdone. I've smelled 'niche' stuff that was supposedly high-quality naturals that smelled more artificial. All boils down to the blending, I guess. Either way, I find this to be an incredible value for less than $40USD (many cases much less than this). It does get a fair bit of positive attention, provided you don't go too crazy with the trigger. Another thing I noted, is that it smells considerably different on paper than on skin. I'm going to be wearing this a lot during the upcoming fall season.

Successful blindbuy, but be careful if you arent into coffee, because it smells like the inside a coffee shop, and its surprisingly quite versatile since i get a hint of freshness aswell but its majorly more gourmand winter-suited, even a little mature scent. Its as if you took YSL Y edt, toned it down to around 10% potency, removed the citruses and fresh spices, and added vanilla(tonka bean actually), whiskey, a little just a little bit of sandalwood, and some coffee. The opening is a bit bitter but as it dries down it gets a little sweet and creamy, and the mineral notes show once its almost gone, and theyre nothing but a bit metallic on this one but very well blended. Longevity is nice, sillage is decent though it drops after 2hours a little, it sits close to the skin and does the job. Autumn/Winter fragrance imo

Synthetic aromatics & coffee with strong performance & longevity on my skin. An easy wear, 2 sprays for me. Fabulous scent but my bottle took some time to "settle". Just recently passed the 2 year anniversary of acquiring this. Initial impressions were that it didn't live up to the recommendations and was far too "young" (as in juvenile or teenage): my bottle smelled like pure Axe body spray with no coffee note. After returning to the bottle several months later I got a much better blend. This fragrance is explicitly synthetic all the way through and quite linear but I thoroughly enjoy wearing it in a relaxed setting. I would like to note that the coffee accord in this fragrance is very interesting to me. If I had to try to explain I would say that I almost "smell" it in the back of my nose or even in my throat.

I bought this fragrance because people hyped up how good this one is. So naturally once I started using it I found it to be a weak, boring scent that had barely any coffee notes. I was kinda disappointed but still had other fall fragrances so I kinda forgot about it. It was sitting on with my other fragrances for like a month then decided to give it another go. And maaaan I'm so happy I did! This turned into a beautiful, freshly ground and brewed coffee smell. It really smells like that. They captured that coffee smell somehow and perfectly replicated it. It has an okay projection and longevity but you can always just reapply and go on with your day. If you have this fragrance and didn't like it at first just give it some time. If you love the smell of coffee this is the perfect perfume for you!

This fragrance, to me, is strikingly similar to Azzaro The Most Wanted - I'd say about 80% alike. However, it introduces a beautifully masculine roasted coffee note, replacing the sweet toffee found in Azzaro. For the first 10 minutes, it feels almost identical to Azzaro. Then, the coffee and leather notes start to emerge, blending seamlessly to give the scent a more masculine edge. There’s a subtle hint of an alcoholic vibe when smelled up close, though it’s not very prominent. As it dries down, the coffee and vanilla take center stage, complemented by what I perceive as an amber musk. The performance is impressive, lasting a solid 6 to 8 hours on my skin, and it remains incredibly pleasant throughout. Overall, I’d rate it a 9/10. I truly love it, and at its price point, it’s an absolute steal!

Having bought this perfume two weeks ago, I want to share my impressions of it. In my opinion, this is a bold blind purchase for those who love coffee. As a coffee lover, I was pleased with my purchase. For its price, this is simply a wonderful aroma, but it cannot be done without disadvantages. As already mentioned in the review, the aroma of coffee is slightly synthetic, and over time it begins to get boring and even slightly irritate. Many people talk about this, and I will also say - the coffee in this perfume feels slightly burnt, which can spoil your impression of it. Speaking about whether it is worth buying this perfume, I will say that it is definitely worth it. If your budget is somewhere around 30-40 Euros, then this will be one of the best options for autumn and winter.

I didn’t like the first sprays. And I probably would never buy this from first smell. This was a blind buy as a gift for a coffee lover, but I ended up keeping it. He got a late delivery instead :) I sprayed it like 30-40 times outside and let it sit for a week. And BOOM! Never experienced a fragrance that could completely transforms into something so unique and pleasant. Cinnamon and roasted coffee, with a subtle hint of citrusy and lavender. Don’t leave the house until it dries down after about 30-60 mins. I have a female neighbor I rarely talk to who gave me the most wonderful compliment the first day wearing it, and also in the office from two different people. Maybe not for everyone and might smell a bit synthetic in the opening, but definitely worth a blind buy.

Blind bought this fragrance, I should really stop doing this but so far I haven’t missed because I absolutely love this fragrance, it starts out surprisingly blue and fresh with the lavender and lemon but then evolves into a sexy sweet burnt coffee smell, some people may not like that burnt coffee smell but I like it, I feel like it’s not too strong or overbearing and blends in well with the other notes, performance and sillage seem to be more than okay for me, especially for the cheap price. It’s the most unique fragrance in my collection so far and overall just a great winter fragrance to add to the collection, blind buy safe in my opinion but it doesn’t hurt trying it out before you buy a bottle, an easy 10/10 for me

Prominent sour coffee-cherry note with whiskey and cardamom over-top a blue fragrance dna. One of the most unique in my collection. I blind-bought this one a while ago (my 3rd ever fragrance purchase) and have had a roller coaster journey with it since then. I was obsessed with this at first, then fell out of love for a while as the comments about a "urinal cake" note haunted me despite occupying only a short part of the dry-down. I picked it up again recently and I am back to loving it! I love coffee notes and this is the strongest (though very synthetic) and most unique in my collection. For the price it is pretty great and performance isn't as bad on my bottle as some have reported.

It's fantastic. Easy to enjoy. I don't mind the synthetics here. I like the this kinda cheap earthy soapy lavender that I feel brings out the mineral amber accord that I think is a very nice synthetic composition. With that great blackjack synthetic chord. It's just wonderful for this type of accessibility. It flirts with a coffee smell but I wouldn't say it stands out but it's playing an important role. 8.5/10. A+. gets compliments, easy recommendation from me. I reach for this often over many higher quality frags. It's quite a bit different than Ferragamo Uomo, & Signature. Not redundant to have all three. I'm happy to use them all regularly in the fall and nights.

The coffee in this is really prominent, though one of my coworkers said they couldn't smell it while the others very easily smelt it. I do think it's a skin chemistry thing as coffee tends to come out pretty well on my skin. I don't really get any of the incense but there's a clean smell there; the cardamom, lemon and coffee are going to be the strongest in this with some lavender if you're checking for it. The dry down is delicious to me, slightly boozy coffee smell. The longevity isn't the greatest, but the scent bubble is very nice. Possibly not a great blind buy if you're not into coffee much, but if you enjoy a shower gel smell, you'd probably be into this.

I left a review earlier but wanted to add (if I didn't), the comments here are confusing to me because a lot of people are saying it smells like Eros... It doesn't. Like at all. Some are saying they smell no coffee? I smell aloooot of coffee in this. When I first got my bottle it smelled more like coffee but I guess my bottle macerated because I'm picking up some cool vanilla playing in the background. It's sweeter than when I first sprayed it... Still have not debuted this outside yet but it piqued my interest today... I imagine this will layer really well fresh out of a shower with a vanilla body wash and maybe a Shea butter moisturizer.

This is one of those unmistakably masculine fragrances that smells amazing and waaaay above its price class. It has booze, leather, coffee and spices in equal and perfect proportions that nothing sticks out too much. It is also dirt cheap, for the trained nose maybe a bit synthetic, but for the vast majority of people this is not an issue. In my experience, the rule is that the most amazing fragrances are expensive or very expensive. Halloween Man X is one of the exceptions, similar to Encre Noire for example... You simply cannot ignore the fact that it is so cheap and good. Even if you blind buy it and don't like it, you won't regret it.

Not too sweet, not too strong, not too synthetic, and is affordable. It's not too sweet like Khamrah Qahwa, it's just a pure scent like brewing black coffee. Amazing stuff.That the opening is lavender, cardamom + citrus heavy and the middle is great coffe and a little bit boozy of whiskey and the drydown a little bit sweet from tonka bean and mix with amber make it warmspicy. Scent: 8.5/10 Longevity: 5/10 (Need Update Later On) Projection: 5/10 (Need Update Later On) Price Value: 9/10

Just got this in the mail. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Yes this is fire!!!! I won't go into a long review because I just got it but oh my God this is going to be a banger in the fall and the winter. I can already tell. The thing I love about this is it gives me a nostalgic mall smell. Like when you're at the food court type of smell? Not a food type smell but if you know, you know. It's the coffee note. It's crazy because I don't even like coffee but I love the smell of it. This is just reaaaallly nice. I love it! Don't take my word for it. Because if I would have taken the word of the bad reviews I wouldn't have this amazing fragrance. It's amazing!
