Addicted Silver

This is a very good clone of Creed Aventus Silver Mountain Water. Bear in mind that with hamidi lineup all of it lineups are using oil based (not water). So their projection is not strong and only last about 1.5hr but on skin this perfume last like 10hr even after washing my hands i can still smell it strong on my skin. This perfume smells amazingly fresh lemon, ginger, lime, bergamot with a sweet floral woody nuance behind those notes.

I bought it last year during black friday sales. It smells fresh and for me it is unisex perfume. Im a girl, I wear it, my dad and sometimes my sister wear it, since it is summer in my country. It last longer on skin. No deception about this fragrance.

I've had this for well over a year now and I have an odd relationship with it. I love CDN Sillage, it is one of my signature scents. I also think that Sillage is a better version of the SMW dna than even the current versions of SMW. I am also a very big fan of Hamidi Addicted Intense which is the Aventus clone. So, I thought I would love Addicted Silver and yet, I don't. Don't get me wrong, it nails the dna but at the same time it dialed back the blackcurrant compared to Sillage (which I think is why I love Sillage so much) and dialed WAY up the green tea note to the point that in my nose it is like I have a handful of tea leaves in front of me. Also, if you're someone that either isn't a huge fan or you really dislike the level of "inkiness" or the "metallic" notes in Sillage, then you will absolutely hate this as this as it is far more metallic and inky. It's a shame honestly, as i've been desperately wanting a parfum concentration of Sillage, or a parfum concentration of that dna and I had hoped Addicted Silver would be exactly that, but for me it is not.

My second real fragrance. Got at a Indian Store. This fragrance got me into musks. When I first smelled it, it had this distinct clean, musky note to it that made it feel like I was at a luxury hotel in Cancun. It was lovely. However, smelling it 6 months into fragrance collecting, I realize that it always had this distinct inkiness and metallic notes that were even stronger in the dry down. There's no sweetness in this fragrance either. Just citrus, ink, jasmine, and musk. If they removed the ink and metal notes, and added some sweetness, this would easily be a favorite fragrance of mine. It also needs maceration. That's the only way to make that opening present and last for an hour before the dry down. I loved it, but now, it doesn't hit the mark for me. 6/10

Nope. It smells like a cheap bar of soap to me, and it fills the whole room with its stench. Perhaps it will improve with maceration, but right now it is a hard pass. Guess I'll have to keep looking for a good summertime fragrance, because this is not it!
