Amity by Hamidi is definitely not an exclusively feminine scent—it’s perfectly unisex. Built around an Invictus-style DNA, it delivers that familiar fresh, slightly sweet aquatic-sporty vibe, but in a water-based perfume format, which makes it feel lighter on the skin. Longevity and sillage are average, and there are certainly better-crafted Invictus-inspired options out there, so in the end the price becomes the key deciding factor. Still, it’s by no means a bad fragrance—pleasant and easy to wear if you’re after a budget-friendly take on this popular style. This is an Invictus DNA cologne, it's nice and sweet with fruit notes and water/aquatic notes thrown in. The dry down is powdery as well. It's really your typical Invictus inspired DNA, nothing really special. Price wise (MSRP is $110 and can be found on other sites for $45), it's not necessarily expensive but it's quite pricey considering what's already on the market. The sillage and longevity are quite poor, this will take 5+ sprays in each spot to get any performance. Luckily it won't tend to stain, so best bet would be to spray your clothing. As far as overall smell quality - it's synthetic - not quite Nautica Voyage levels. The sweetness is a little overbearing to me, then again, I'm in no way an Invictus kind of guy... If you can get this for less than $30 and don't have a similar scent, it's not a bad purchase. I kind of regret purchasing this as it's not my 'type'. I'll be gifting this elsewhere.
