Merneith

I just added this to my collection and I’m not mad about it! My girlfriend was wearing it and it smelled Amazing! I asked her what she was wearing and she smiled and said Merneith! I instantly went to Amazon and TikTok to see who had the best price and look over the reviews. They didn’t lie, this is a Grown Woman fragrance that performs very well. This is oil based so be careful spraying on your clothes. However on the skin it wears well and even when you can’t smell it anymore, others do. It’s a great scent bubble for a decent amount of time. I think I may get them all because the bottles are so sexy!

This one is a very complex fragrance to my nose. It reads as though it would open with a citrus note but to me, it opens with peach with a hint of mandarin. It's just sophisticated and elegant and lovely. I often get triggered by fruit forward fragrances because they either are too tart or to juvenile. This is neither of those. This is lovely and smells expensive, is complex, and I just love it.

Hamidi is a beautiful fragrance line (all oil or water based, no alcohol, so they last all day). Merneith reminds me a lot of PDM Valaya, but I wouldn't say its a dupe. It's similar but seems smoother, slightly more sweet, and has better longevity. For the price (around $65), I much prefer this over PDM.

When i first received this one a couple of months ago, it did remind me of Valaya. However, now after settling, I don't think they are that similar after all. Same sort of family, but more like cousins. If you like Valaya and Fleur Narcotique, you will probably like Merneith as well, it is just a bit subtler.
