Hanae Mori N07

I have nothing against Fantasy, I owned a 30 ml bottle and finished it. I liked Fantasy, but then I smelled HM No 7 and... love, love, love! But $90?(unfortunately it only came in a 100 ml bottle) I left Macy's with my nose to my wrist for the rest of the day, knowing I would have to return. Two weeks later I did, and bought the last bottle they had. That was about 9 months ago and I still love No 7 and wear it all the time. I don't think I could go back to Fantasy now, it smells very synthetic compared to this. The notes may be similar, but No 7 is such an elegant and gentle scent, two adjectives I would never use to describe Fantasy. There's no suffocating quality here, this is a light and fresh gourmand. It's angelfood cake with fresh raspberries and a small scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the side... heavenly. I can wear No 7 year round, whereas Fantasy was cold weather only for me. I find this fragrance has moderate lasting power and silage, so it's appropriate for work as well. I'm so glad I purchased No 7 and was definately worth the $$. All the issues I had with Fantasy are worked out here, and I'll be sad when I finish my bottle.

I love this perfume! We just got the tester at the store that I work at. I have sprayed it several times and I still love it. The only thing is that it reminds me of something else that I already own. Not sure if I will fork over the $95 for it, though.

I love this scent! Very sweet & fruity. I hear it's going away soon since it's a limited edition, which is sad! Also very pricey... To me Britney Spears Fantasy smells similar to this, just a little fruitier.

If you aren't keen on the $95 pricetag and the short lasting time, then look no further than Britney Spears' Fantasy! HM No 7 is kind of a rip off of Britney Spears Fantasy. Oh, my beloved Fantasy. I would recognize you ANYWHERE! So when I doused myself in Hanae Mori No 7, of course I was surprised to get that familiar feeling. It was Britney Spears Fantasy alright. Not 100%, but maybe 95%. I'm telling you, if you smelled it blind, you would guess Fantasy. I'm sure side by side you can obviously find some subtle differences, but apart, they are almost the exact same. This perfume has light sillage and lasts maybe 3 hours, tops. Bottom line, yes the bottle is adorable, but save yourself like $75 and just go buy Fantasy instead. It will last longer anyways!

I bought this from someone online blind because I love HM Butterfly, and the reviews on here mention Fantasy a lot which I wore in high school. It's pleasant, but still not worth the $50 I paid for it. At first spray it's very fruity. The raspberry note stands out the most. It's very sweet, so it's probably not for anyone who gets headaches from perfumes easily. However, it mellows down quickly and turns into a soft vanilla/jasmine by about 2 hours. This part was my favorite, it's a skin-only scent at this point, but it's gentle and cozy, nice for a lazy day at home. Generally, I like something that lasts a bit longer and probably won't reach for this on days where I'm going out, but as far as blind buys go, I could have done a lot worse.

I have been wearing Hanae Mori Butterfly for 10 years now, and was very excited to try this. The scent is very beautiful, and I STRONGLY disagree that it smells like Britney's Fantasy - that perfume gives me a headache, and this one smells like citrus, raspberry & vanilla. My only gripe is that it does not last long at all, and the sillage is extremely weak after 10 minutes. I do not sweat much at all. Overall, it's a nice, casual, subtle perfume for day time.

Nice fruity-floral smell and one of my favorites out of the other hanae mori perfumes that ive tested BUT this scent is not worth $85 to me at all! Way too expensive for such a simple scent.

Another meh for me among Hanae Mori's numbered series. Very low silage, short longevity.

My husband just bought this for me. I like it. Fruity and sweet but not sickly sweet.

I have been waiting for this one to be added to this website. This is a nice fragrance, and I do own a bottle. It starts out smelling a little like britney spears fantasy, or pink sugar sensual. It's gourmand, but light enough for summer. This is my favorite part. Unfortunately, it then turns into a fairly basic fruity-floral. I can detect the musk at this point too. It's still nice, but nothing that unique. The whole perfume lasts about 4-6 hours on me in the heat (that is normal for any perfume on me in this heat), so I have to reapply. Is this worth the high pricetag? Probably not. Am I happy I bought it? Yes! I have a few Hanae Mori's so I'm glad I added this one to the collection. The bottle is gorgeous, and I will enjoy wearing it. I just wish they had a matching body lotion.

The profits go towards breast cancer research which is great, the scents longevity is poor so wearing this in Autumn in London when you wear more layers is better because your body heat helps the scent have better projection. Overall it is on the same family of scents of Britney Spear's Fantasy, Halle Berry' s orchid and Nina Ricci's 'Tentation'. It's jammy, sweet fresh and bright a pretty gourmand but far too expensive to not be able to have up to 2 hours wear. The profits go towards and excellent cause , but just think how much more money could have been raised if the scent grabbed more attention. They need to work on the strategy a little more. The bottle design is gorgeous too great for collectors. Enjoy!

Sample from Nordstrom. This is high on raspberry. It's sweet fruity jam raspberry. Nothing like BS Fantasy. It's girly sweet and a nice summer scent. I only get a little vanilla in the dry down. Does get very soft quickly. I got just 2 hours longevity. Most of it a skin scent. Linear for the most part. And a bit synthetic. Silage and longevity are below par. The main notes here are mainly raspberry and small amount of vanilla. I can not really detect any floral. I wish there was more.

It smells like Coach Poppy. I LOVE the bottle!
