Sensual Muse

This is pulling very powdery and light on me. I get mostly the gardenia, sandalwood, and apricot. It's a nice scent, but close to the skin. The amber pulls through as it dries down. I am getting zero berries and less sweetness from this scent. It is pleasant, but not something that stands out to me. If I am on a bus or plane, I may reach for this.

i just ordered this in travel size. i hope it’s good. the notes sound good. also, i hope it lasts more than 2 hours. i really like the ideas this perfume house brings to the table. i am a jazz singer and love perfume, so it’s right up my alley. here’s hoping. ****update**** smells good. lasting power is medium. it smells like liquid candy. love the red color, it goes with the scent. smells like a tuti fruity punch smell. mostly fruit and a little floral.

I can smell the apricot, which is a nice change of pace. It layers well with Phlur Vanilla Nectar. Like many of the Harlem Perfume Co., this smells like an expensive shampoo. Nothing wrong with that. Heady and sweet, using a fruit base this is a little off the beaten path. Came back to edit: After about an hour of dry down, I am also reminded of Coco Mademoiselle. The apricot note runs throughout.

I haven’t smelled this. Langston is my love but I adore Phlur vanilla nectar so this might have to be next on the list.
