Myosotis

Definitely one to remember. Discovered this one because a shop assistant wore it and asked her the name of the perfume. A very captivating oriental bouqet, sensual, rich and opulent. If you love benzoin this one is for you, it gives the drydown an almost almondy amber like impression with just the right dose of vanilla under narcotic flowery notes. Wow.

Myosotis is my all time favorite. Open with deep rich creamy yellow and white flower, then it turn into sweet almondy resin. A bit of clove makes a good stopper for myosotis from being too sweet and too feminine. The other name of myosotis flower is forget-me-not, try it and it will be difficult to forget this one.

This is a lovely floral fragrance, but it leans more towards a feminine scent in my opinion. Right from the opening, there's an invigorating blast of ylang-ylang, hawthorn, and jasmine, all delicately interwoven with a subtle hint of tuberose and orange blossom. It's a vibrant and refreshing beginning that immediately captivates the senses. As the fragrance settles in, a few minutes-hours later, it undergoes a beautiful transformation. The initial floral notes give way to a smooth creaminess from vanilla. This is complemented by the slightly buttery and powdery touch of iris, adding a layer of sophistication to the scent. The balsamic undertones from benzoin, with just a hint of cloves, provide a warm and comforting finish. The iris also makes its presence felt throughout the heart to the base of the fragrance, adding continuity and depth to the overall composition. It's a well-balanced blend that evolves gracefully over time, making it an enchanting choice for anyone who appreciates floral fragrances.
