Onction

If you asked me, this is the best fragrance ever created. This scent makes me feel calm, excited, tender and be in complete solitude. The blend of Cambodian Oud, Saffron and Myrrh may seem not original but no fragrance company ever got it right like Henry Jacques did. I can't understand why Onction isn't raved about in the fragrance community and why this is still somewhat unknown. I urge you all to just have a whiff of it you will experience a feeling like no other, it makes you high and happy. I love this fragrance the most and will forever rave about how good this is and how underrated this is. ★★★★★

In late stages, you can feel the patchouli in a very beautiful combination, of course, a unisex winter fragrance is strong in all respects, but its high price makes you reconsider its possession.

Amazing! Cream of the crop blend—complex & detectable supporting notes with potent oud, yet fuzzy (natural smelling) instead of crystal sharp (from synthetics)—Reminds me of Bortnikoff & Areej le Doré.

Masterpiece. One of the best saffron-rose-ouds out there. Superbly blended with real Cambodian oud. The 2nd best oud in the HJ lineup (the best being Dar Abu Dhabi)

Henry Jacques' Les Toupies 3 fragrance collection is equivalent to what is represented by the Astronomia octopus and the dragon collection by Jacob & co in the world of watches. Rare, unique and grand !! In the order of hierarchy next comes the Dubai exclusives like Patcholy, Mandala, Dar Abu Dhabi etc., (what ever that word Dar means) Then Onction, Correspondence etc., Onction is oud, sandalwood, saffron and other ingredients. Oud is strong in the beginning. I get a mild leathery vibe. This is decidedly Mid Eastern and superbly blended with what seems like real oud oil. The basenotes are oud, patcholi with vetiver. This is Perfection. Overall brilliant.
