Barénia

I waited about a year to try this perfume. The mixed reviews and polarizing responses of people to this scent made me a little apprehensive to try Barenia, however, I'm so glad I finally did! I've chosen this as my signature scent for the time being. I think it's one of the best designer perfumes I have ever had the privilege of smelling. It's elegant, spicy, a bit floral, a bit citrus, sparkling, and woodsy. I'm usually not a fan of more fruity fragrances, but this is fruity done well. There's also a comforting honey smell. I typically do not favor sweet fragrances, but the sweetness here is cut with sharp citrus and dry patchouli. I believe one reason this scent can be so divisive is because it's quite patchouli heavy. Patchouli seems to be a "hate it or love it note" for many. When done well, patchouli is one of my favorite notes in perfumery; it's a lovely base for rose, citrus, and white florals. Here it is balanced with the lily and fruit. I don't get much of a leather note, but I can understand why some say they do. Barenia is such an interesting mix of vintage and modern. It feels timeless and perfectly balanced to me. Believe it or not, this seems to be one of the perfumes I have that is most complimented. A coworker smelled me the other day and asked if it was a Chanel perfume, and I agree with her--it does have a similarity to that Chanel effervescence and that "Je ne sais quoi" vibe. When I wear Ormonde Woman (another love for me), I feel like a proper earthy witch. I feel like a witch with pearls when I wear Barenia. I think I feel this way because of the slightly herbal factor. As for silage, Barenia leans moderate to loud when first sprayed. People will smell you about six feet away for the first couple of hours, especially if you are heavy handed with spritzes. I typically like to have a small scent bubble that people experience only in close proximity to me (i.e., standing within a couple of feet from me), so I spray this scent once at the base of my throat and once on my wrist if I'm going to be indoors and/or at work. The longevity is moderate to long-lasting (5 hours). It seems to last longer on clothes. I'm also a fan of the intense version, but this original is better suited for year-round wear, although I'm not sure if I would wear it during very high heat. Overall, I'm so glad I found this beauty and feel so sophisticated wearing it. It's a love!

At first, I found Barénia surprisingly ordinary. It felt average in every way, almost boring. After one quick test, I tossed the sample back into the box and completely forgot about it for a while. I usually wear fragrances such as Serge Lutens Chergui, Arquiste Nanban, and Hiram Green Arbole—dry, earthy scents with depth and character. Compared to those, Barénia initially struck me as having the familiar, mass-market structure that many designer fragrances share. Then spring arrived, and I decided to give it another chance on skin. To my surprise, I discovered something I had completely overlooked. Its airy transparency, the soft patchouli blended with the delicate miracle berry accord, and the subtle drydown of light oakwood and patchouli work beautifully when you don’t want your fragrance to become the center of attention. Unlike the fragrances I wear purely for my own enjoyment, Barénia excels in situations where perfume should remain discreet. In Japan, where many people value subtle or almost fragrance-free environments, this scent feels like a natural extension of clean shampoo or fine soap. It smells soft, clean, and refined without ever feeling loud. Even better, it maintains that gentle character while offering impressive longevity, making it an excellent choice for the office. Whenever I want to wear fragrance quietly and elegantly, this is the first bottle I reach for. In Japan, SHIRO’s “Savon” occupies a similar place, but I would choose Barénia every time. If I had to compare it to fashion, I’d say Barénia reminds me of today’s quiet luxury. Like "The Row", it doesn’t rely on obvious logos or flashy statements. Instead, it expresses confidence through restraint. Perhaps that’s exactly what makes it feel so elegant today.

Clarified patchouli with a clean musky sillage that is absolute elegance in a bottle. Everything I was looking for in a signature scent. It lasts all day on my skin, yet wears like a skin scent. When this perfume debuted in 2024, I tested it on both a test strip and my hand and thought there was nothing spectacular about it. Meh. It had a strange sourness to it that wasn't appealing to me. What is all the hype and commotion about? Fast forward to now and I find myself reaching for the same 4-5 perfumes amongst my collection that are easy to wear, inoffensive, sophisticated, and elegant. I revisited this scent at a Duty Free in Peru a couple of months ago and understood immediately why this scent is so good. Because it's exactly all that. The original Barenia from Hermes is an easy wearing, inoffensive, sophisticated, and elegant perfume. It blooms on the skin. This scent can be worn year-round in my opinion because of the subtle brightness from the miracle berry and bergamot notes mixed in with the light patchouli and woodiness. Once it settles on the skin, you can pick up that barenia smooth leather scent directly on your skin (reminiscent of ganymede from Tilia here). But the sillage is clarified patchouli with a clean musky skin like finish. Absolute elegance in a bottle and I am infatuated at the moment. Unisex that leans just a tad feminine (just a tad). An elevated skin scent that lasts up to 8 hours. Both the bottle and the scent is stunning. Gwageous. NOTE: do not wear to the gym. Your body heat will enhance the patchouli in here and it comes off sour. Other than that, it's gwageous.

Floral, spicy, expensive. To be honest, the listed notes don't really describe this scent—it's much more complex. For me, it opens with a fresh lily (white or yellow), spices, patchouli undertone, hint of incense (not burning), and some creamy finish. No clear citrus, but you can feel it's somewhere in the background, adding tones and volume. Let's be real, this description itself sounds pretty good. In a matter of minutes, some soapy note appears, definitely tied to patchouli. I can't say it's bad though—it's just somewhere in the background and gives you the feeling like that in your nose if you keep smelling a lily flower quite long. After a couple of hours, the creamy finish vanishes, the soapy note almost disappears. You can still smell the fresh lily. What used to be incense starts to be distinguishable as wooden notes—a combination of stable wood (the listed oak I guess) and some aromatic wood. Spices don't become more intense, but they become more prominent and distinctive. You can smell pepper and powdery spices. Patchouli adds a tender muted-green finish. Later, the scent keeps the floral (mostly lily) note, patchouli tone, and warm spices with wood. Gradually, the composition becomes more "calm". On all stages, the smell feels luxurious, not tied to some gender or age. In my opinion, it's KIND OF safe for blind buy unless you have an issue of getting headaches from perfumes easily. I would say this one can be "medium" in terms of triggering a headache. I haven't noticed any issues with its "juice" colouring the clothes.

The first time I spritzed Barenia on was at a train station Sephora. I spent the next few hours on the train curiously sniffing (discreetly ;-) ) this intriguing, unusual berry-leather combo, trying to figure out if I liked it, as it was so different from anything I'd smelled before. What convinced me to open my wallet for this one were two things - I kept thinking about how the tart berry mixed with the smooth leathery woodsy base notes - it was quite fascinating and unlike anything in my collection; and also -- Michael Nordstrand on the PerfumeRoom Podcast (ep. 184), waxing poetic about the amazing work from Christine Nagel, namely Barenia. What I really appreciate about Barenia is it's a perfume that is - finally - NOT trying to appeal to the rich teeny bopper crowd with another neon saccharine candied rainbow cloudburst (even though I like some of those too!). Barenia - refreshingly - smells like perfume for a modern WOMAN (or man, or anyone else with a taste for the less sweet --- no rules!) who knows what she/he wants and has little tolerance for b.s. I think I'll be wearing this a lot this fall, and I have yet to be disappointed by anything Christine Nagel has created for Hermes.

A modern powerhouse chypre. Christine Nagel's best release IMO and it carries the classic DNA carved by JC Ellena. I'm a guy easily pulling this off,. If anything it feels more like a masculine patchouli floral, slightly vintage vibes but also very modern with the musks and herbal touches akin to H24 series for men. I'm pretty sure there's quite some common "hot iron/steam" notes in both. Again I pick quite some commonalities with Le Jardin de Monsieur Li. A crisp clean patchouli and musk combo + citrus. Barenia has the added florals and more emphasis on the powdery, hot iron steam, like a crisp linen being ironed. The floral aspect is somewhat honeyed, if I have to guess a mix of patchouli, violets and heliotrope/heliotropine. A true unisex profile in scent. Way better than the later released Intense version too. The last patchouli floral I liked this much was Zara's Fleur de Patchouli, in my mind they sit on the same shelf.

This evokes the scent of spiced, poached stone fruits and pears. It plays with cool and warm temperatures, and the contrast between smooth and rough textures. The leather and patchouli provide that roughness, but it's a roughness that's been worn in. It has give to it, like the softness of leather that's been used for generations. The poached fruits are juicy and glazed, giving it radiance. This scent is inviting, like a glass of brandy by the fireplace. It's an 'indoors' kind of perfume, reminiscent of the hearth, the stone around the fire, something fine to drink, flickers of light illuminating the room. It's cozy but sexy, refined but not fully tamed. A love I don't own yet, but that will be joining my collection in the fall. (For me, more refined than Barenia Intense, which leans into the masculinity and roughness. Barenia Intense leans more Beth Dutton.)

Similar to Angel??? Not today Satan. As for the Bisch references, I actually think this is far more restrained than the sociopathically loud atrocities he's been putting out of late. Here the akigalawood is used with the typical restraint found in many Hermès perfumes. One of the great things about this is that it smells super modern, while also retaining the hermes DNA, bearing nods to many of their vintages, especially Kelly Calèche to my nose. It also bears the Nagel hallmarks, the fruity top, the slighty austere, frosty woody base, the airy spaciousness. The texture of this and the way it wears remind me of Un Jardin Sur La Lagune. Calling it a chypre is a huge stretch for me. It's perhaps a chypre in the way The Afternoon of a Faun is a chypre, like not at all, but you can sort of feel the memory of what chypres once were in there somewhere.

Hermes never ceases to amaze me...probably one of my all-time favorite and "safe" perfume houses. I even bought an Hermes saddle for my dressage horse. Quite beautiful leather...I love fine things. Anyhow, Barenia can come live with me anytime. Opens with the shining berry/bergamot note...uplifting and a bit grapey. The scent really opens up with the Lily and contained patchouli undergrowth. I adore Lily...I would have fresh Lilies in my home every day if I could...it's quite heady...and it's sweetness sticks around in this perfume for a long time. Barenia dries down to a tame woody, but not too spicy, almost oudy scent. I have to say this is a smooth perfume...nothing sticks out distastefully. And like all good perfumes, it lasts long, and projects nicely. On my list of full bottle purchases.

This is the first time in two years that Hermes has released an excellent perfume and it is worth buying because it is completely new. You will notice that the note of miracle berries is the main note and the basis of this perfume. The perfume is calm but radiant and you will notice its presence every moment it goes and comes. Its stability is great and beautiful and its scent is acceptable for people who understand perfumes and their secrets. I did not find anything in this perfume. It is beautiful in all its stages. I want to mention a simple reproach to the brand for not using a piece of iron or stainless steel for the shape of the bracelet and the cap, as they made the shape of this legend look cheap without adding anything luxurious to it, as the amount would not be large when adding it.

Okay!! I looovvee this a d for some reason it was familiar...now I know what it reminds me of ..Guerlain Ginger Piccante 😍😍😍😍 it's discontinued, but this is the more sophisticated big sister to it. Also it's reminiscent of Penhaligon's love potion I think it's called (in the red and white label) good stuff!!! It's so classy, elegant, and womanly! This woman that's rocking barenia has it together! She's wise, confident, wealthy but not flashy. She's a fashion statement in her own right and is not looking for external validation! Ooooh weee. Totally not a safe blind buy--but I blind bought it 😆...hunny...barenia, she drinks gin neat, wears quality staple pieces, and men fantasize about her. She runs with the wolves, but is a silent killr. I dig Barenia, a lot! 10/10 recommended.

It's such a beautiful and pleasant smell. Normally, I do not like oud but here it smells great. The whole perfume is intoxicating. Not too sweet, not too spicy, not too floral, not too fruity.... the nice patchouli in the background is not at all dominating but gives a little vibrance. My wife says it is for older women :) not for young ones. Indeed, this is for a mature woman not for a teenage girl with sweety flowers and fruits. This is much more complex than that. After dry down it gives me a little but of Terre de Hermes vibe just in the woman version...Not harsh, it is just so beautifully balanced. I can't find the words to describe this, you have to smell it. It is one of those under the radar scents. Fantastic work from Christine Nagel, warm congratulations!

This new fragrance expresses Hermes' unique understanding of luxury. I think Hermes' designer perfumes are niche quality, a credit to their perfumers. And for brands that have managed to turn most perfumes upside down, originality is paramount. The scent reminds me of a scene in Hermes' private room where I was offered a Birkin Bag. I think that's the best way to describe that luxurious feeling. The exquisite combination of leather and patchouli has been my love since the first time I smelled it. My father loved the small sample I had so much that he kept it. This, in my opinion, gives the perfume a distinctly unisex identity (perfumes don't have a gender; what matters is what you like. Snoop Dog uses Delina as a prime example).

Barénia is just really nice. It smells expensive, but in a subtle and not flashy way. It starts off bright and clean with a fruity touch, but it never goes sweet or candy-like. After a few minutes it gets softer and smoother, almost like warm suede and skin. Not “leather jacket,” more like that soft, expensive leather smell when you’re close to it. The drydown is my favorite part. It turns into this woody, slightly earthy patchouli situation that feels super polished. Nothing sharp, nothing dusty. It stays pretty close to the skin, but it’s the kind of scent you keep sniffing because it’s just good. Overall it’s refined, modern, and pretty without trying too hard. Very wearable.

I got this as a semi-blind buy (a fly-through the duty free shop in Toronto) and one sniff convinced me to give it a go. I love chypres and miss the old formulations of several that were my beloved scents of the 80's. (Mitsouko and Geoffrey Beene Red.) This is a good substitute for the mourned oakmoss and animalic bombs of the late 20th Century. The bergamot is forward, maybe that miracle berry adds the sweet-sour note, then it is very woody and patchouli and a bit smokey. The sillage is only moderate. This is not for everyone; you have to like chypres or patchouli and it could be love or hate. I love the dry down after about five minutes and I wear it to bed...and not alone.

A sales associate helped me select Barenia as my autumn scent this year. I smell the bergamot when i first spray it, then a gingery smell, and then i can smell the woody notes and patchouli. It makes me feel classy and put together. I spritz a little bit to go to work, and more when I am going to a family party. However, if I was going to a club or a concert I would choose something sexier instead. Side note: I thought I didn't like patchouli because in the past, my exposure to it was in the type of essential-oil type fragrances that hippies wear (no offense to them, they are lovely people 🥰). But in this perfume i find the patchouli is sophisticated, bright and clean.

I'm a longtime fan of chypre scents and typically avoid sweet scents. This scent threads a needle between several things to me in a very mysterious way - it's woody but without a throat swelling oud, dry without being too powdery, vintage without being too leathery, rainy without being too green or cold, lightly sweet and fruity, but more like a faint brandy than berry and I'm so grateful there is no obvious vanilla. It looks like for some people this ads up to "not much of anything", but I find it so lovely and seductive. I typically avoid big fragrance houses, but I assume this scent in particular will strike differently on different skins, so I'm buying a bottle.

This is heaven on my skin. I know Hermes has marketed this to women but I feel this is a spectacularly unisex fragrance. I've read some comparisons to Mugler's Angel and I have to somewhat agree. The patchouli's in both feel similar BUT Barenia is a much more modern, cleaner, sophisticated take on that DNA (imo). I also get a sweet honey note that I can't get enough of (even though not listed in the official notes)! Compliment magnet that's an easy wear, almost signature fragrance worthy. My only real complaint is that I wish longevity would be a bit better. I get a solid 4-6 hours but I do wear this a lot to work and wish it lasted the entire work day.

sometimes you smell a perfume and you just know it is for you. It is so well balanced I cant really pick out a single separate note but it feels so natural, so effortless. This is like a Chloe girl who grew up. Feminine, elegant but dry, not annoying in any way, nothing too sour, too sweet or too sharp. Well rounded woody base that just carries without much on a top. It is like emotional stability in a bottle. She has reasonably sized european car and expensive shoes and a job at a law firm. She doesnt work overtime and reads loads of books. Understated but you knid of wish you were her.

This is the scent of White Ginger Lily I grew up with this type of flower garden. The scent of this flower is a slightly sour aroma with a well-distributed fragrance. The designer of this scent was very clever. The first scent I got was the warm honey scent. Then, the white ginger lily that stood out. This scent is complex. The first 10 minutes may remind you of the 80s, but from the 20 minutes, it's incredibly good. The scent of wood and leather spreads very lightly. The ten scents of leather are very few, just subtle. If you think of buying this scent, you won't regret it. 10/10

This was a blind buy 30ml, and I couldn't be more relieved that I didn't buy any less ml's... I'm wearing this while working alone all day, and spraying it on my pillow, I love it that much. It's joyous, bubbly and lively in the opening, and sort of stays there even as it's giving way and calming down. It's addictive and delightful. My first impression was 'whoa, this is rich lady perfume'... now it feels like I own it and it's just very me. I'll be wearing it for enjoyment all year round, day and night. I write this a couple of days in from the first try. Love this 10/10

This works well on my skin - on me it’s a smooth, juicy yet warm floral that doesn’t have the basic bitch aspects of many designer scents. It smells niche but if a niche fragrance could be glamorous (which most are not). Smells mature but in a classy, strong woman way - she’s sexy, she’s well dressed. Clean, crisp white shirt with a see thru lace bra beneath. My husband loves this fragrance and he doesn’t often go berserk for many of my scents. This is a good one! Lasts a few hours on me (but my body chemistry burns through perfume) with close to moderate sillage.

My Story about Barenia....❤️ Barenia is a luxurious sparkling juicy mutable patchouli chypre with a mysterious touch 🔥....When I tried it in the store for the first time (test paper)...I didn't like it...I thought...ughhhh wtf?, that's weird...But! I kept thinking about it and tried it again...on my skin and... a little miracle happened...I fell in love with it so much...it's so different, it's not mainstream, it's so attractive, strong and sexy and I also feel a touch of the 90 ́s...This fragrance has a secret...I like it! ❤️

This reminds me of the country club in the 80s. I wasn’t a member but the kids I babysat for were and I remember thinking that there was probably no life better than that of a country club wife. Days spent golfing, playing tennis, laying by the pool and then dinner with the family. It was exclusive and clean, perfectly landscaped, a thousand times better than the public pools and tennis courts I had access to. It was safe and comfortable, polite and a little pretentious at times and I loved It.

Absolutely stunning, modern true chypre with just a hint of sweetness. Classy, elegant. Very patchouli forward. Unisex. Slight aromatic, herbal touch. It reminds of a walk in the woods where you are saturated by the smell of pine needles when suddenly you discover miracle berries which envelope your senses in tart aroma. I don't think it's gonna be blind buy safe as I think you gotta enjoy masculine leaning scents to enjoy this. Longevity is beastmode on my skin. Love.

I do like it! :) It was quite a surprise for me because I don't have any miracle berry scents, so I didn't know what to expect. But this perfume is actually very beautiful :) Although it's marked as woody but it's very bright and fresh. I believe I've just found my new hot summer perfume :D Patchouli is lovely here and it's so well balanced by a miracle berry. Simply beautiful, I can't stop smelling it! Sophisticated, fresh, sparkling in a way. Chic! ( ́。• ᴗ •。`) ♡

Randomly tried this at a duty free in an airport....Don't typically like Hermes (besides Un Jardin Sur Le Nil) and don't typically love designer perfumes. I really like this one and find it very unique and well blended. Somehow reminds me a tiny bit of Like This from Etat Libre d'Orange, but otherwise haven't smelled anything like it. Unique, pretty, earthy, juicy and girly. Easy to wear for all occasions and long lasting, but not overpowering or synthetic.

usually i’m a big hater of the patchouli note, however, it works incredibly well in this pyramid. personally, it is not very fruity and definitely not sweet, it’s more on a fresh side. i got a sample and i’ve been wearing it a lot lately, got couple of compliments, which i didn’t even expect from this perfume. definitely thinking of buying the full size. it is not a soft fragrance but it sits nicely on your skin, without “yelling” at you.

It’s a beautiful balance between citrus/fruity notes -and woodsy warm delicate oud. Patchouli is not my favorite, but here it adds an interesting fresh spice! Yes, it’s definitely a fragrance to boost your self-confidence and for the days where you just go for it. It’s classy, complex and wonderfully blended. Expensive hotel lobby, blond blowout and Hermes scarf around the neck. 3 spritz. Not too loud, not too shy to stay hidden.

Christine Nagel you are the queen of chrype creations. It's an amazing fragrance, and my new signature. Who can forget the legendary chrype composition of Miss Dior Cherie that fragrance composition alone seminited Christine Nagel as a legendary perfumer. While Francis kurkdjian is struggling at Dior Christine Nagel is thriving creatively at Hermès. Barénia Hermès is probably the best fragrance release in the last few years.

Only a few perfumers can take such a complex note as patchouli and make it smell sophisticated , clean and elegant . Christine Nagel did her thing with this one. This is nice. It has a very restrained quality to it. The patchouli smells a bit medicinal at first but once it starts to settle on the skin you get a slightly floral and fruity patchouli dry down . I think I want a full bottle !

Ok. So we could go into scent profiles and ingredients ... But I have had wine; influencing a laissez-faire attitude. I bought it knowing it is not my normal gourmand lean. I am a boring Canadian government employee. But this perfume makes me feel like a confident beautiful bold French miss. Youthful but very sophisticated...and that is all that I have to say about that ;).

This arrived yesterday and I am in love. The notes are exactly as listed to my nose: a slightly tart, citrusy, opening that lasts quite a while followed by a mellow patchouli and a dry down of oak bark and leaves. Excellent longevity. A very grounding fragrance to be enveloped by on these gloomy late autumn days. Also smells wonderful on my scarf

Definitely an interesting scent, I see value in the comparisons to Angel. The miracle berry note has the synthetic and one dimensional scent of diet sugars, but it actually fits the scent. The lily middle notes and patchouli base notes do not overpower the rest and it has great projection. It has adequate value for the price and I find it chic!

This is the Angel flanker that Angel flankers want to be. I love it, it's very elegant and airy; you can smell it from a mile away, but it's not heavy and it's not loud, it just lingers around. For some reason, I feel like there is an iris note somewhere hidden in the background as well, and I love how patchouli has a playful character here.

Not love at first sniff for me. My first sample felt a bit boring, but once I learned it was considered a neo-chypre, I gave it another chance because I usually enjoy chypres. The drydown and overall development completely won me over. After finishing 3–4 testers, I think I’m finally ready for a full bottle. Chypres really reward patience.

Modern mature sophisticated chypre. It exudes confidence and class. A scent to wear when you know what you are and what you are doing. Dry down is even more floral with hint of sweetness, lke a nectarine effect. Its signature worthy and can be unisex on the right personality. Its like a feminine version of Hermes H24. I love it.

A good change from the recent monotonous luxury perfume releases. I have a very particular taste in fragrance- don't like too sweet, too gourmand, too floral scents. This is a good chypre. If the recent releases have been too mediocre for you, you should give this a sniff. Also, liking patchouli is a must to like this scent.

I’ve been searching everywhere for something that smells like warm sun, soft sand, and a hint of desert air kind of fragrance and after trying so many, this is it. Call me crazy, but this scent just feels right. It’s comforting, golden, and has that sun-kissed desert vibe at least on my skin. I absolutely love it

Gorgeous perfume. I found it addictive and I'll subtly sniff my wrists throughout the day to experience it. I do think it will appeal to an adult audience vs a young audience. It has a subtle elegance to it that is hard to explain. I get a soft leather note even though it is not listed.

This has become my go-to for the spring. It can appear a bit sharp and bitter in cold weather. Anyway, unique and cool scent. It is elegant, casual and effortless at the same time - i love wearing it with a pair of jeans and a leather jacket. To me, that's what freedom smells like.

This smells similar to CK Deep Uphoria,B&BW Dark Kiss and Nest Black Tulip. I like it but I don't know if I'll reach for it much,once I finish the mini I'll make my decision. ETA I love the scents mentioned above but like I said I may not reach for it often.

Well, that is a surprise. I have not worn this sophisticated chypre for a while, and in the interval it has turned into a honey-bomb. I like honey fragrances, so no problem, and the patchouli and woods are still discernable, but not really what I expected.

My secret weapon, for real. Whenever I feel like I need to get my shit together, I reach for her. Smells like expensive shampoo and wealth. Compliments galore if you give hugs. I had a waitress stop me once before my boyfriend and I reached our table.

Love at first snif ! Sillage and long lasting ! A fruity chypre. I have la Panthere by Cartier EDT as a Barenia s sister. So Barenia is very original, classy. The évolution is perfect all the day. Hermès woman is a queen ! Thanks for this gem 🙏

just like the name it's inspired by, this fragrance gets better with time. what a delight experiencing the notes' progression from opening to base. overall a well-blended fragrance; suited for a mature lady who takes no shit from anybody.

This is such a surprise for me I didn ́t expect something like that from a new fragrance. It ́s such an old school fragrance not sweet citrus candy. I really love it, I can ́t weary of it. Complex and elegant, definitly surprising.

Barenia is somewhere between Chloe Nomad, with its rougher side complemented by yellow fruit, and Angel, with its special sweetness with patchouli. It breaks away from the trend of annoyingly sweet modern perfumes, and I like that.
