Eau des Merveilles Limited Edition 2013

Just bought it with a 25% discount! Pas mal! EDM is a luxurious perfume that you can wear from day to night all year round! A magical and original smell that accompanies me in every step! From times to times, I switch it to the "Elixir des merveilles", another masterpiece I adore! I recieve many compliments for both of them! I simply regret not having the previous limited editions!

I feel this limited edition is less intense than original one, much amber and less salty. Though, I still like this fragrance, and I would love it if it has more longevity.

I have tried the original, Elixir, and this one. Elixir was too harsh, but I thought original would be the one to keep. After not wearing it for over a year, I tried it again but didn't enjoy it, I think because the notes seemed stuck together and after an hour or so that became irritating. This flanker, though, seems to solve that problem, so it's one I might keep. As another reviewer said, though, it's a bit lighter and softer. I can understand that some might say this is an upscale scent for newbies or those who don't want to think about fragrances, but to me, I either like a scent enough to wear it once in a while or I don't. This one is pleasant and it's also got very minimal florals, which is uncommon, especially if you want more or a designer scent feel. I'm not sure if I will keep this one, since it's apparently quite rare now, but it's the kind of scent that works well when a powerful one is likely to give me a headache.

one of the best scent ive ever had..expensive but impressive! a very good scent on cold seasons as it gives warmth and relaxation to the soul! longevity is awesome and its drydown melts well on the skin
