Terre d'Hermes Parfum

After having Terre d'Hermes EdT and smelling a sample of the Pure Parfum (and then buying a bottle), I am writing this in perspective of differences between the two - and how they 'co-exist'. Personally, I enjoy and have deep admiration for both - and a layered wearing of them together is simply the best option, for me...they speak to me uniquely, but have wonderful harmony together. Great synergy as they each unfold their own unique depth and create something amazing when layered. Not all EdT and EdP/Parfum's of scents do this - and Terre d'Hermes does it to near perfection. I will be concise (hopefully, not too much so) - the EdT is louder with more projection, but less concentration of scent and evolves a bit more. It has more of the peppery/spicy quality along with more of the "mineral earthiness/flint accord" - that projects well off the skin. The vetiver is more dominant at the end because of the scent's evolution along with cedar. The Pure Parfum, however, is more dense, wears closer and has a deeper orange and grapefruit (juice, rind and even a bit of stem from the orange with more pure juice from the grapefruit) - it is fantastically-rich citrus! The pepper is there (but not as loud) and you end up getting a slightly smoky/charred wood note with the cedar...interesting, along with the nice vetiver. The mineral/earthiness is dampened by the incredible amount of fresh-squeezed citrus. The flint accord is not present in the Pure Parfum. Visual imagery - Imagine cracked, dry earth - with dried, gnarled vetiver roots coming out of the ground with an orange and grapefruit "sweating" their juices under the hot, baking sun with fresh ground pepper dusted on top near an old dried cedar tree log...this is Terre d'Hermes EdT. Please note how there is 'closeness', but separation of notes here. Now, imagine not one orange or grapefrut, but an entire pile - much more fresh and several cut open and squeezed, dampening the earth, the pepper grounds are floating in the puddle of orange and grapefruit juice under the same hot sun. The earth is refreshed by the citrus...the dried vetiver root is still there - but, moistened and soaking in the juices of the orange & grapefruit. However, that cedar tree log was struck by lightening a while back and a charred stump and log remain in the distance - a light smokiness emerges. The natural sugar of the citrus 'bakes' onto the dried wood sap, blending to form a touch of resin - creating a benzoin accord. On the shady side of the log, a bit of dried oakmoss is there - lichen that is earthy (not damp) from the last season of rain months before. This is not a sweet scent, but incredibly vibrant with an underlying earthiness that creates gorgeous accords. What dominates is all that deep, wet citrus and the rest of the notes offer touches, nuances and undertones. This is Pure Parfum. That is how I paint the "pictures of difference"...with admiration for both. Again, a layered wearing is optimal. You get the gorgeous and damp citrus, flinty mineral notes, cracking vetiver root, dried wood (a touch smoky) and even a touch of sappy resin and dried moss. A brilliant composition - in reality this is two reviews in one, but in order to understand (fully), one must have perspective of both. Ellena's best work are in these two bottles. Cheers.

Final Score: 9.4/10 Terre d’Hermès Parfum is a masterpiece, which proves that a perfume does not need to be complex to be profound. If you’re looking for a woody Chypre fragrance with identity, quiet elegance and a touch of raw nature, Terre d’Hermès Parfum deserves a place in your collection.

Head over to my review of Terre d’Hermes EdT for my full thoughts on this commercial juggernaut. The short story is that I’m on the same page as the masses: it’s a modern classic. So, what’s different - if anything - with this parfum concentration? Fortunately very little is different from the EdT, with the biggest difference being what you’d expect and require. Immediately after application the shiso leaf note will strike you as different from the EdT. The woody-spice facets of shiso are pushed forward of its green herbal facets. This is quite brief, and the signature grapefruit and orange duo of Terre ushers in. Here they are markedly oilier and zestier than the EdT, more skins than they are fruit. The “flint” accord, which in the EdT came across like dried and crushed gravel rock, presents more like wet riverbed or lakebed stones. There is something a bit damp, earthy, and watery to them. The vetiver base is steered in a stronger woodier direction than the EdT, losing just a smidgeon of its green edge but not much. So, not much different, and certainly not different enough to a degree where you might think this is anything other than Terre. But here’s another difference: Ellena’s signature transparent, luminous, weightless style doesn’t translate particularly well to higher concentrations. The parfum has lost that fine mist quality that helped make the EdT a modern classic. However, do not take this to mean the parfum is thick, lumpen, or deadpan. It is not. It still has very good breathability and evolution. Do you need this? Do you want it? Perhaps, if the longevity of the EdT bothers you, or more understandably if you would like to wear Terre in cool/cold weather, which the EdT doesn’t have enough muster for. In terms of overall artistic merit, quality, and delivery, I believe the EdT is superior by a margin. But this is still Terre, and it’s still fantastic.

Terre d’Hermès Parfum “the quiet authority” Second post and it had to be the earth under my feet: Terre d’Hermès Parfum. The opening is a sun warmed orange and grapefruit with some more peel than juice of it, brushed with that famous flint mineral spark. As it settles, the woods deepen and smooth out into a resinous warmth, the benzoin wraps the dry cedar and oakmoss feel, turning the citrus from bright to burnished. The result is understated power: clean, mineral, woody, with a calm, grounded elegance. What I love most is the texture: citrus with grit, woods with polish. No sugar, no fluff, just a natural fiber suit that fits perfectly. If you’ve only met the EDT, Parfum feels darker, denser, and more reflective, less breezy vetiver and more glowing orange over warm earth. When I wear it: early dinners, autumn walks, presentations where I want presence without volume. Season/versatility: all-season except the hottest hours of summer... thrives in spring, fall and cool evenings. Vibe: modern classic, quietly masculine, effortlessly refined. Performance on my skin: • Longevity: 8.5/10 (8–10 hours... the benzoin glow, hangs on beautifully) • Sillage: 6.5/10 (a measured aura, polite but unmistakable within arm’s reach) What I actually smell vs the note list: orange & grapefruit peel, a flinty mineral flash, then woody facets cushioned by benzoin and moss. People debate concentrations, I look at intent: spray on clean skin, go easy (2–3 sprays max), and let it sit. Terre Parfum isn’t about loudness, it’s about presence! The compliments arrive closer, and they feel more personal. Verdict: the scent of quiet authority & mineral light on warm wood.

If you love Sorpiro Vibrato and Sospiro Basso but can't decide which one to get, or can't afford to buy either or both of them, then buy Terre d'Hermes Parfum. TdHP is like a blend of both Vibrato and Basso -- where Basso is orange-forward and Vibrato is grapefruit-forward. TdHP at first opens smelling like Vibrato, then becomes a Vibrato-Basso mix in the mid, then turns into Basso in the dry down. Considering I love both Vibrato and Basso, TdHP is a fantastic mix. So far, performance on my skin has been strong. And on discount sites, it's significantly cheaper than the Sospiros ($60 for a 2.5 oz. bottle!). The only thing I wonder is if Terre d'Hermes Parfum is one of those fragrances that we fragheads love but everyone else around us can't stand it. I can't see how -- to me, it's an inoffensive citrus freshie. But my wife can't stand it. Not sure why -- Maybe it's the flint? I've never smelled flint in a cologne before, so I have no idea what it adds. Maybe the oak moss? Whatever it is, it apparently and unfortunately can render this otherwise innocuous fragrance into a polarizing one. Still, in defiance, this one is a "love" for me, great for warm weather daytime wear. Tip: If you do buy a bottle of Terre d'Hermes Parfum, keep in mind that the cap is NOT a pull-off top. The cap actually does not come off at all. To access the spray nozzle, you twist the cap clockwise and it lowers itself down. Very weird. I almost broke off the cap trying to rip it off. Don't make my mistake!

This is a great daily driver or signature scent that every mature man should consider owning. It opens with a nice, dirty/burnt juicy orange that I don't find bitter or sharp. The burnt aspect of the orange might turn some people off, but I find it unique. It's a simple and linear fragrance with some mineral aspects (flint?). The burnt aspect of the orange dissipates as it progresses to the heart of the fragrance, to my nose. I don't perceive very much woods (mostly cedar) or oak moss, but I do get a little nose blind to the ISO Super E. This is a great fragrance for mature men who are looking for a classy, non-sweet fragrance at a reasonable price at discounters. If you like citrus fragrances and ISO Super E,then you will probably like this fragrance. The silage is very nice and pleasing, but somewhat intimate, and I really notice beautiful wafts in the late drydown even outside in subfreezing weather. It is a good year-round fragrance, except in extreme heat. The longevity is good, at least 6-7 hours maybe more, and the silage continues nicely throughout the wear and deep into the drydown. It's a versatile, easygoing scent appropriate for all occasions and casual wear. It's a safe blind buy for someone looking for a mature, classy scent, in my opinion

Ive never smelt the edt, so cant compare. Ive read this edp is mpre rounded, smooth, less citeus, more woody. The orange and bergamot openining is nice and refreshinf. I hate the taste of actual grapefruir but love it as a scent in perfume. Its so citrus and so cool and refreshing. Initial drydown you get the famous flint and wood notes. I find it to be distinct in the citrus, fresh summer perfumes. The flinty smell brings something to it. Not aquatic, not woody, its its own thing and I love it. The oakmoss comes through over time as does the resin warmth. The flinty wood stays almost through out. I have to say this js one of the most balanced perfumes. I can smell every single ingredient that is listed clearly and distinctly, nothing overpowers the other, nothing is subtle nor in your face. Truly an absolute balanced, smooth masterpiece. I absolutely LOVE this smell. Im a tobacco, leather and REAL oud guy so my perfumes are very cold weather oriented. I finally found a summer bright fresh scent I enjoy in TdH eau de parfum. I will be trying intense vetiver next and see if i can wear that in a colder weather situation. TdH is just so enjoyable to wear. 12 out of 10, its that good to me!

I’m on a business trip, so I brought my travel sized TdH Parfum with me, which I otherwise never use. In fact, I hadn’t sniffed it in months. TdH EDT (the OG) was my first love, the scent that got me hooked on fragrances, but I always thought the parfum was a bit bland, a bit boring, and kind of pointless: it does away with the distinctive “dirty” grapefruit note in the opening, the flinty (“gunpowder”) note in the heart AND the vetiver in the base?! But that’s the profile that makes TdH, TdH! Well... I am pleasantly surprised to finally get it. Instead of the grapefruit, it opens with a cleaner orange. In the heart, it dials down the flint and dials up the pink peppercorns and the geranium. Instead of vetiver, it amps up the benzoin and the cedar (as in actual cedar, not ISO E Super). The floral aspect here lingers, led by an earthy-camphoraceous blend of patchouli and geranium. This is very much a product of the same TdH “terroir”, if you will, but it’s a smoother, perhaps more mature interpretation. Nothing earth shattering, by any means, but very pleasant. I’m glad I gave it another chance.

The Parfum was the first Terre I ever tried, and I was completely taken with it from the very first spray. It still feels odd that I only discovered Terre in 2024, while I was looking for something to buy for my husband. It’s addictive, and above all, a breath of fresh air in the middle of that wave of sugary vanilla scents that ended up swallowing men’s perfumery as well. The opening is clear and citrusy, and the earthy, woody vetiver is dry, deep, yet somehow juicy. I get damp soil and dry soil, a hint of minty coolness, and a woodiness that feels both fresh and warm. The twist of resinous orange peel is what makes it irresistible. Maybe that’s why I prefer Terre to scents built solely around vetiver. Bois Impérial, for instance, is vetiver from start to finish – green, dry, slightly minty, woody, resinous and even a bit juicy – but it ends up feeling too linear. Terre, by pairing vetiver with that resinous-juicy orange, becomes something far more alive. That’s what hooks me. Both Le Parfum and the EDT remain my favourite masculine scents.

In my opinion this is the best smelling scent of the Terre d'Hermes line. It is very similar to the original but with a toned down and less bright citrus opening....this also has no vetiver. It opens with orange and grapefruit notes which are quickly overtaken by the mineral/wood notes. The benzoin adds a nice resinous feel to the composition as well. This is one of Jean Claude Ellena's masterpieces, unfortunately the Achilles heel of this fragrance is in the performance. I have a 2019 batch and while I get pretty good longevity(7-8 hours), the projection is extremely subpar. This becomes a skin scent for me after the first hour and i don't get a single whiff of the perfume after that. Despite the scent being so good, I just don't find myself using it too much and would definitely not repurchase a bottle of it due to the atrocious projection. If this had moderate projection for ~4 hours, I would consider this a Holy Grail fragrance....but sadly it is kneecapped by the performance. Scent: 9.5....overall: 7/10.

Masterpiece of a Scent. Imagine Going to a presentation all well dressed or Going for a nice brunch in a Classy hotel. Thats what came to my mind smelling this. I Appriciate this scent a lot, Opens with an earthy Orangy note that is super unique and timeless, dries down to a pleasant Resinous charred-wood smell that is masculine and sensual. Recommend 6-8 sprays ( i do 8), In my humid and equitoral(burning hot) climate, Longevity i get 6-7 hrs, projection is strong for the first 1-2 hrs, before drying down to somemore intimaite, though i still get wiffs of myself occasionaly around the 3-4hr mark. Overal 8.25/10. Sexy. Personal thoughts: Disagree with Burperry. I get that this scent has a slightly more mature scent profile, but to say " Don't try to wear this if you're under 30, you'll look like a foolish kid" is crazy. I am in my teens and this scent inspires me and i dont smell like a chemical mess like my peers that i abhor.

Initial comment on performance and sillage: I wore it to gym. The scent seemed inoffensive enough that no one reacted adversely while I was doing my thing. I didn’t lay it on thick, two light spritz on either side of my neck and one on my wrist. The perfume survived some pretty heavy sweating and I was in a moderate scent bubble. It’s not overpowering at all, but you and everyone within arm’s length will know that the orange-y scent is coming from you. I will update after I use it on an upcoming road trip. But, everyone that described Terre as dirty orange is right. It’s somewhat sweet, as oranges are, and definitely earthy. A guy here said something about the flint accord and how he can’t get enough of it and I can attest to that. It keeps the scent sharp, which I’ve yet to decide if it’s a good thing. One thing I can confirm, though, this perfume is an ideal choice when it’s really, really hot.

This is an elegant masterpiece, ultimate fresh fragrance mature masculine clean sophisticated perfect for the summer and spring. The Woody dry down is perfect it's not too severe at least not to me. I believe this is very Mass appealing but this just communicates a clean fresh refined gentleman who is wealthy and has himself put together. This is so classy it's not even funny. This reminds me of my grandfather in a good way because he was a man of substance and had incredible work ethic and it's still classy and youthful if you pull it off right. In terms of sent profile the citrus is done to perfection in my opinion and the cedar kind of vetiver smell you get is perfectly blended. I'm seriously wondering how they were able to pull this off. I have never smelled the EDT but the parfum is so good I don't want to ruin the experience and I'm just going to stick with that.

This is undoubtedly the smoother evolution of this scent DNA. The citric grapefruit accord blends seamlessly with the warm, dry undertones of woods, creating a fragrance that exudes sophistication and quiet confidence. This is not a performative piece seeking attention or compliments; it leans into security and understated refinement. The prominent grapefruit note sometimes reminds me of what Tygar might smell like if it were fully grown. It's mature, balanced, and self-assured. I urge anyone to judge it on their skin, not on paper, allowing the dry down to emerge before forming an opinion. Overall, this is an all-year-round, signature-worthy scent for those content with simply smelling good, without needing to be noticed as they enter a room. A true classic.

TdH Parfum is the more mature version of Terre d'Hermès Eau de Toilette, calmer and smother minus that extra bright orange note. The DNA is almost identical, but I find myself more drawn to EDT. There's just something about it that keeps me wanting to sniff it again and again. That unexplainable 'something' is missing here. The longevity on my skin is more or less the same despite it being labeled as 'Parfum' but that comes as no surprise since my skin tends to eat perfume alive. In conclusion, if you want something brighter and fresher go for the EDT. If you prefer something calmer and more business-like, reach for the Parfum. And if you're into woody, sandy notes the Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver is your match. Overall Scent Score: 9/10

I received the TERRE D”HERMES Eau de Parfum 6.7 oz. spray on 12/13/2012. I purchased blind based upon positive revues. After wearing it for the first time I am eager to share my first comment ever concerning a fragrance I have purchased. It delights me to report that this spray parfum has the most elegant fragrance of any I have ever worn. From the first citrusy notes to its lingering light, woodsy scent, it brings a smile of confidence knowing that this quite unique fragrance is not overpowering yet quite comforting. I have at least a dozen men's EdTs and EdPs. This is now my signature scent and I highly recommend the Parfum to confident adults who are searching for one of the best designer fragrances available.

I own this, the EDT and Eau Givree and i think this is the best of the bunch followed by Eau Givree then the EDT. The Parfum is a bit more refined and less screechy than the EDT. Smooth woody/orangy flint notes mainly. Fairly redundant if you have the EDT though - Eau Givree is a much fresher warmer weather take and is different enough to own as well as the parfum or EDT. An easy dumb reach office or casual fragrance best used in the low to medium heat. It is quite versatile, mature and sophisticated. I wouldnt wear this on a hot beach day or to the gym as there are many other scents more suitable for these situations. I would give this an 8.5/10. Excellent value and good perfumery.

!!!! I’ve had this sitting in my collection for couple years, worn only a handful of times, and yesterday I put it on,& within 30 minutes I started to sense a creed DNA in the air. Instantly I felt like layering it with Creed Himalaya ( my favorite creed) . So I did just that, and my wife really liked the combo. Proceeded to compare the notes of both and realized that the TDH parfum has a flint note listed and Himalaya has a gun powder note listed.... Go Figure😎😎 flint and gunpowder go hand in hand and smell great together. If you are able ,... try the combo.. I highly recommend both on their own or worn together. Now go get you some and thank me later.. The End

@NoirMemoir Brother, the 3 frags that you speak of as one are quite different Red Vetiver - balsamic deeply spice-peppered grapefruit vetiver scent. Pachouli and sandalwood push thru in dry down Excellent performance TdH EDT - dry orange soil pepper vetiver touch of geranium Simple, by far the lightest of the 3. Earthy black pepper vetiver drydown. Good performance but I go noseblind to this vetiver TdH Parfum - sweeter orange mossy flint scent. Woody finish via iso-E and a little vetiver. Most mature, least projecting, possibly most dressed up of the 3 All bangers but I wear this parfum the most by far

Reviewing a bottle from 2024. Terre d'Hermes Parfum was launched in 2009. The opening is realistic fresh grapefruit with resinous juicy oranges. The citrus elements last a long time while being enveloped in a soft woody/oak moss base. There is rich sweetness here but not cloying. Quality is excellent without any obtrusive synthetic notes. 4/5 Totally unisex. Elegant on a man/ interesting on a woman. Performance is as expected for a quality citrus based perfume maybe even better. 4/5 Overall, a gorgeous well balanced elegant perfume still deserving of its masterpiece status. 9.5/10

This is just classy - I feel like a fancy dan wearing it. I like this feeling. Now I just need to upgrade my entire life to match my smell. In all seriousness this is a top notch fragrance for those of us who do dress a little more refined during the week - It is in same classy vain as a BDC, Dior Homme or Eau Sauvage Parfum, Armani Code Parfum, Tom Ford Noir Extreme or Grey Vetiver, Cartier Declaration, Guerlain Habit Rouge etc etc - The TdHermes Parfum offers something a little different though with that epic orange scent at the heart. Plus its a Hermes - and Hermes is cool.

So good, compared to the original EDT, the Parfum is very similar but with a stronger citrus presence and more of a toned down mossy dry down that is less woodier without the vetiver in it. The EDT smells overall fresher and lighter to wear, the Parfum has a little more depth and maturity to it. I don’t think that it projects that much more than the original, still seems to be a very intimate smell especially after the first hour, but can still notice it on skin up to 6 hours later still which I definitely appreciate and would pick up over the original 10/10 times for me.

This one is really nice, 2nd best in the Terre D’ line. I still prefer the original masterpiece that is the EDT but this is a longer lasting, cooler weather alternative. It doesn’t have that intense crisp fresh orange blast, but it is much less earthy without vetiver (even though I love it), so should be more mass appealing. Parfum focuses on the woods while still having nice citrus notes and a sophisticated undertone. Great value as always from Hermes at discounters. 8.5/10 Wearing them together could be a game changer and best of both worlds, I might try that next

This has been my signature for many years now, it's my third bottle. However,I do think it is my last bottle. For some reason it does not project or last on me anymore. I don't know if both me and my partner have gone anosmic to this, or I had a bad batch. This used to get me lots of compliments, and was versatile enough to wear anywhere, and at anytime. Amazing smell, citrus with a strong vetiver base, but I can't justify buying another bottle that I can't smell. Was good while it lasted. Smell: 11/10 Longevity: 5/10 Projection: 3/10 Price: 6/10

The vast improvement of the TDH Parfum over the EDT is the subdued projection. Every time I smelled the EDT, it was this borderline headache-inducing, piercing, loud edge to the scent that kept me from ever wanting to own a bottle. Parfum fixes this issue- it keeps all the desirable qualities of the EDT and smooths out the rougher element that repelled my senses. In this case, meeker performance is a big plus. Mature, business casual, refined fragrance. And of course- I completely recognize the subjectivity of this review. Take it with a grain.

Hari ini aku coba pakai Terre d'hermes, dan... Aku bingung. Wkwkwk. Bingung mendeskripsikannya, bingung mau suka atau enggak, beneran bingung. Tapi kemudian aku sadar, aku butuh konteks! Ini tipikal parfum yang butuh konteks pas dipakai. Saat ini aku bingung karena testing parfum ini di kondisi yang biasa aja, di kamar, nggak ngapa-ngapain. Kalau aku pakai ini pas acara casual bisnis, konferensi, dateng ke festival literasi, itu akan lebih ngena dan bikin aku PD berkali-kali lipat. Damn. Aku dibuat ketawa sama parfum ini. I love this perfume!

I discover Terre D'hermes in 2016 , i use since then , i have bottle and i wear it right now , i have bought and smelled and blind buy many hyped fragrances , nothing could shake Number 1 place for me , i can't get enough of it , i think in total i have bought it like 16-17 times of course i will keep my ritual with this unique amazing masterpiece , i got a lot of compliments over the years , not for everyone though , you need to understand it and love Dirty orange and earthy feel for me it's 65/10

Terre EDT is only good in the top note: dirty orange, smell just amazing, elegant and classy. However, i strongly believe the bottle has been watered down. The smell disappears from the strip paper in 15 minutes. Terre Parfum is SUPERB. It's neither heavy or strong. Still the same DNA, still fresh, not a winter scent at all but the scent profile is way way more superb to EDT. Also longer lasting, the idea that edt has the best longevity is not correct anymore. Pick Parfum anytime of the day!

Imho, this is one of the best office designer fragrances available in market now. The scent is so safe and not offensive. If you are complement seeker, I don't think TdH parfum is the best choice. But if you just wanna grab something safe but still makes you smell nice, this is no brainier. I believe people around you will just think "oh he smells nice", not that stranger will approach you and ask you "what cologne are you wearing???" And it is all year frag, day and night in my opinion.

I "borrowed" some of my husband's Terre d'Hermes... it is fabulously exhilarating, I absolutely love wearing it. On my skin it stays really fresh and woody/zesty, but in my hair I can really smell the sweetness of benzoin. It is very long lasting, and well blended in my opinion. Very captivating, definitely quite bold and daring, but with a softer side to it. It's an incredibly revitalising fragrance. EDIT: got so many compliments when wearing this, I purchased a 100ml bottle fir myself!

If you had asked me 5 years ago, I would've told you that this smells like an old man and that I could never possibly get tired of my beloved YSL Y. Fastforward today, and I'd reach for this 10 times out of 10 over YSL Y. To me, this perfectly encapsulates elegant masculinity, and I simply cannot get enough of it. (I come across many older gentlemen who wear YSL Y funnily enough, so there's really no correlation with age here. At the end of the day just wear what you like.)

Smells like wealth. Orange rind with lots of dry wood and oakmoss. It has this sunny warmth to it, like the notes have been warmed by the sun. Smells like I'm in Spain, sitting on a wooden bench on a wooden deck whilst overlooking orange fields on a hot and sunny day. It's like the original but richer, fuller and more refined. The oakmoss is the perfect addition to it. It doesn't project that much but people will smell you, quiet confidence in a bottle.

There's a really really strange Creed Aventus resemblance right from the get go. I love the EDT's opening, it's almost magic. However the edt is getting weak and performing just like an edt version. I went for the Parfum. I know very well that the 2nd and 3rd and nth time wouldn't be as impressive as the first time or may be on my skin it doesn't smell like on the test strip but all i can smell is something aventus-ish. Anyone shares the same thought?

Classic refined mature scent. To me it smells like walking in the Appalachian forest during fall time on a warm day, after the rain, while eating an orange. It got that wet leaf, muddy, earthy, green essence to it that you get of the woods after the rain, with a burst of orange. To me its for older gentleman that have wisdom, and expirenced the rainy and the sunny days of life. This scent is the essence of a new, bright day after the storm.

It is very subtle, I can smell it on me when i really pay attention but otherwise not really. I know it is there, cause i can smell it on the clothes pretty much even after 24 hours.. i have been wearing this for about 10 years now the Parfum, but i noticed this bottle of mine, now has a very prominent sweet " rosy" note.. it used to be a bit orangish earthy note but now it is sweet. it became a little bit more interesting for me...

This is such an elegant masterpiece of a fragrance. Wish it projected longer, for my nose the other versions (EDT and the newer EDP Intense) always seemed to project better. It lasts longer than OG though. Ideal for spring/fall, the imtimate scent trail it leaves is unforgettable. Has been my favorite from my 20's and now im in 30's. A must own for every gentleman trying to smell masculine, elegant and mature.

One of my favorite fragrances of all time. Very similar to the EDT, except this smells not as fresh (no vetiver here), more mature and better blended. And, of course, it's a bit more intense, although the performance isn't spectacular--I get around 6 hours with this, and it only projects for 1-2 hours. It's like an orange that fell on moist earth: "dirty" citrus with a woody base. Very elegant and pleasing.

Terre d'Hermès Parfum delivers a timeless, purely addictive bitter orange and woody scent profile that ranks in my top five aromas, offering a very smooth and atemporal, gentlemanly performance that projects moderate (it's not a beast) for the first 3-4 hours before settling into a cozy, comforting skin scent that lingers elegantly for another around 6 hours. On clothes slightly better. I love the scent!

Delightful earthy juicy orange. Extremly classy. It has much more substance than the original and that is why I have chosen this version. Any occasions fragrance. The DNA has the versatility of a blue fragrance without being one. I still have to try it in high heat, but there might be better choices. The profile leans more mature, thats why it might be a great alternative to blue style fragrances.

One of the finest scent profiles ever created. Yes this is similar to the EDT, of which I prefer, but side by side they are different enough to where you don’t have to feel bad about owning both. Unfortunately, both do suffer from a lack of longevity, but it’s not a dealbreaker by any means because while there are plenty of decent imitations out there, nothing beats this modern day classic.

I got a sample of TDH Parfum when I bought a bottle of Eau Vetiver Intense, which I adore. First I tried it solo and it was delicious, fresh and deep all at once. It had the remarkable ability to start deeper and denser and then turn fresher in the dry-down, which is just insane. Then, I tried it again, layering it with Eau Vetiver Intense. I think I just found my lifetime signature scents.

Beautiful fragrance. Much smoother than the EDT. You have to be careful with the sprays in warmer weather to avoid cloying. This, along with Green Irish Tweed and Oud Wood Parfum are my office rotation. I’d say this is the grab probably 50% of the time. Some say it’s divisive but I’ve never received any negative feedback. It’s just a timeless, gentlemanly fragrance. 9/10

Much more intimate version of TDH edt. This version sits pretty close to skin on me and smells relatively similar, the main difference being that it is slightly more earthy and more citrusy. In a way it feels like the edt is now a middle aged man, not a bad thing at all as I quite enjoy this. I would 10/10 pick the edt over this but this is still quite enjoyable.

With countless incredible fragrances in the world, it’s easy to find ways to group and categorize them together, one way or another. Yet, Terre d’Hermès defies any classification. Whether you love it or not, there’s no denying its unique character. It stands apart from the rest, offering something truly distinctive. If heaven had a scent, this would be it.

.... Just a word to the wise,... If any one person that thinks for even a second that, a parfum concentration fragrance was built for projection , should probly get their head checked. This fragrance is beautifully created, built for longevity and depth,.. not projection .... it’s an 11/10 for what it is and how it does it. Period

The first perfume that made me realize perfumery is a whole new world. Tried it first from my dad's collection and instantly fell in love. Its classy, unique, not a casual blue-ish or soapy kinda fragrance, and you kinda feel elevated in social status. Not lasting too long on skin, but super lasting on clothes for days

Smelling this from a paper strip made my eyes roll back - it's that good! Just like the original. Fresh citrus and warm, dry wood, blended into silky-smooth perfection. And perfectly unisex, by the way! I'd go feral if I smelled this on my boyfriend, but I think I could pull it off too. We'll have to share the bottle!
