Ivyme

Summer test. Ivy Me indeed. Strong, fresh and aromatic ivy opening, brightened by casis, rounded by galbanum, laid on a softest musc base. Beautifull. Lasting power varies greatly upon skin type, weather and temperature, so I can only speak for myself: 2-3 hours with good sillage going over into an almost skin scent. That is when worn by itself. When it comes to Hermetica perfumes, the layering possibilities are endless, so the full bottle seems like a good idea to me. I imagine it would last even longer in the colder weather. I like the concept, love that the liquid itself is moisturizing and appreciate how it layers with the perfumes I already have. For example 7753 by Histoires de Parfums gets even more beautifull when its ivy note is supported by Ivyme. Jour d'Hermes/Jour d'Hermes absolu - acquires more green notes, while amplifying the aromatic component. I love this new game a lot. Let's not forget that the bottle itself is stunning and that refills are available.

I really like this, and really didn't expect to. I'm not much for a green perfume, and this is really green, but they've balanced it so perfectly with the touch of sweet and fresh florals. Ivy is definitely the most prominent note in this to me, but it's not offensively so as I was expecting, and the blackcurrant is not overbearing like it usually is also. They've balanced everything super well. It's a really beautiful, interesting and unique scent. Possibly the 4th bottle of the Hermetica range I'll go full size of. I love their no-alcohol base and refillable bottles, and the fragrances are such high quality.

Very similar vibes to my absolute favourite L’ombre Dans Leau from Diptyque. Unfortunately no wear near as punchy and long lasting though. First spray is similar to L’ombre but with the distinct ivy note - beautiful and fresh, green and floral, unique and not too “busy”. But no staying power at all, within an hour I had to smoosh my nose into my skin to detect it.

A unique green scent. Could be really nice but for a rank anal note that ruins it. Drydown bcms photorealistic ivy — so hyperreal that as I inhale, vividly fragrant ivy leaves materialize beneath my nose. However, its beautifully aromatic vines now sprout from a freshly rinsed anal cavity. Wth is this unlisted note???
