Jardin Prive

If you like Nishane Wulong Cha, you will like this one. This is that tea-citrus, clean and pleasant smelling scent profile. It is unisex, great for layering as well. Soft to medium projection and decent longevity. I got it for cheap, so definitely a like from me. I wpuld even say it is a tad bit more refined than WC. The sillage and projection are a bit meh, but this has surprisingly good longevity.

This is a nice green/herbal scent for warm weather daytime. It feels unisex but it leans slightly to feminine scents. Gorgeous herbal-green tea scent. Quite soft and discreet but with good longevity. Dominant notes are green tea and thyme. This is what I get after 2 hours. Simple and pleasant. Projection and sillage are both soft. Most of its life stays close to the skin. It's beautiful but very simple and somehow not enough for me.

I love most of Herve Gambs creations, especially Coeur Couronné, Bois Dahman and Infusion Noire. Sensual, opulent fragrances: so the minimalism of Jardin Privé took me a bit by surprise...but it was a good surprise! The bergamot, grapefruit and green tea make it pleasantly sour, perfect for a summer day when the air is stuffy and you look desperately for something fresh. Not what I would normally chose, but I like it nonetheless.

Tea with lemon & thyme flavor. It is quite summery somehow, sour at a time, and sophisticated on all. Grapefruit, orange, and basil are there, and so is the vetiver. I could classify this within a citrus category, something fresh at a time and very interesting,
