this is the lightest, dryest wood scent I've encountered. not normally a woods person because my skin takes anything funky and amplifies it into the disgusting, but this is light, clean, and absolutely realistic. Makes me feel like I've been living in the deserts and sagelands of the West for fifty years and the dirt has settled into every crease of my worn leathers, faded by strong sun but supple as anything. What a scent. What a house! If they weren't discontinued and I had endless money I'd buy the lot.

it just smells like those ‘new car scent’ air fresheners. meh.

This is a review for the perfume oil. I wanted to test this because I love the desert- and it’s one of the few fragrances on fragrantica listing ‘mitti attar’ which I loved in Antimony. This is a very natural smelling fragrance; it’s completely unsweetened (which is awesome) and I primarily get eucalyptus, leather and camphor. The projection seems weak and the scent seems to fade quickly but hard to tell with a dabber like this. I’m not sure how I feel about this scent.. all the ingredients I was hoping to experience seem to be in the background. I’m getting mostly a brand new leather bag kind of smell on the dry down. Very realistic but not really my jam.

This oil started out head-shop to my nose, but then it transformed into minty leather, with a little bit of a watery smell too. I like it! I don't think I'd buy a full bottle, but I'll finish my sample.
