Very heavy and strong perfume, which in my opignion is a good thing. The silliage and longevity are unpresidented (alright maybe clive christian V is similar) a very good price/quality. It is strong on incense and amber the rose and jasmin are pronounced as well. I love the perfume A lot certaiy FB worthy. But not for the faintharted Not a perfume for the office. For fall and winter special occasions or for woman that like to stand out

She took a long look at her lover on his way to the shower, watching him naked as he strode towards the water closet. On her tall dresser, the lit floral candle’s magnificently heady and barely indolic sweetness mixing with the newfound humidity in the room and commingled with the scent of his skin, clean and powdery with a hint sweat and hormones and *other* things now-sadly on their way to be washed off. That scent spoke to her-stuck to her-sang to her, as she hummed the harmony in her chest and throat with a grin. Lost in her reverie as he emerged, glistening and drying off the melody was drowned out by his calm and happy voice. “You know it’s late, I should go for tonight?” A devious smile flashed across her face as he slid his jeans back over his soft yet strong hips and she teased “only most of you...” with a final unconscious, suggestive licking of her lower lip. This perfume starts off with a jammy (and somewhat honeyed) amber intertwined with a feminine sweetened jasmine - there is a strong leather note as well, which fades to the background within the first five to ten minutes. Throughout the first hour you will get strong wafts of jasmine, which doesn't smell well blended, and kind of stands out like the jasmine note in Jeanne Arthes Essential Jasmine du Nil. The Incense mostly stays behind the amber, which produces, as judiejudie states, a kind of weakened after-effect of Absolue Pour le Soir by MFK - this however is only a background noise, and never seeks to be the dominant phrasing of any of the chords played in this composition. As dark as this composition seems like it might be, it is predominately a synthetic jasmine fragrance which every once in a while will allow for interesting notes to carry forth, and to which it eventually dries down to the generic femme base of the house of Histoires de Parfums, which albeit pleasant, never reaches the heights of potential which the note pyramid promises. 6.5/10 YT: Jess AndWesH

Opens with a juicy jammy plum, with a powdery lipstick scent underneath. I don’t get any coriander from it, and the pepper is quite subtle. After about 10 minutes, the powdery note takes over and an animalic leather shows up. The leather is musky, vintage and reminds me of saliva, sweat and old cinema seats. I don’t get any jasmine from it, and the rose is very subtle - it’s plays quite a minor role to add some dimension to the base structure. It dries down with the powdery musk that lies beside the animalic leather. This scent reminds me of a middle aged lady who has power and confidence in herself, and who is not afraid to show her preference for vintage treasures. A long lasting scent and quite an acquired taste. Not blind buy safe.
