This is not a Blue Bottle 1.6

Yuzu is one heck of a pungent citrus. This gorgeous scent arrived today as a blind buy. Gorgeous bright tart Yuzu opening settles after a few minutes, the volume turning down from 11 to about 7 and all the classic floral components start to show. Amazingly you might think this is a Jasmine forward scent after 15 minutes but it’s not - it’s the well Mixed ingredients making it quite yellow and white. It’s a strong pollinated white and yellow cologne - the Yuzu helping dramatically to keep it very very fresh for quite a long time. There are periods where it reminds me of Strangers Yuzu Soda though that is less cologne like and a bit more quirky. This also reminds me of Ironing and Laundry sprays. I’ve read the notes - beware, peoples votes are misleading - this can be anosmic, you might not smell it but others bloody will to the point they may complain. It’s extremely strong so ideal for people whom like attention. It’s borderline feminine but then you get a fuller whiff and it’s like damn this is an in your face floral cologne!!!!

I honestly cannot fathom why this only has a 3.85 overall rating. This is BEAUTIFUL. Very natural smelling. The longevity isn't beast mode but this type of fragrance (citrus neroli) generally don't perform even in very high concentration. So performance isn't bad considering the ingredients. I get about 3 hours on my dry skin, and 4 on clothing. As for the scent, it's to die for. Hyper realistic citruses. Super juicy and bright. It makes me want to drink it. In the same vein as Neroli Portfino but better IMO. It doesn't go overly floral on my skin but ymmv. If you like this, check out Capri from 19-69 which is also very realistic. But honestly, this is a better buy because you can find this on ebay and Mercari for less than 19-69 Capri. Scent 8.5/10 Performance 4/10

I came across this while searching for a more affordable version of Tom Ford’s Sole Di Positano (which I have since bitten the bullet and purchased with no regrets). To describe it, SDP is the golden child with both beauty and brains, TINABB is more like the pretty but ditzy cousin - a little more floral, fruity and sweet but not many thoughts going on behind the eyes. Still an excellent runner up though. Don’t get me wrong, if you are not comparing fragrances then this is a beauty. The fresh citrus burst melds with the white florals perfectly and the hint of geranium just gives extra oomph. On me the orange blossom is the star. Longevity is not great but I’d happily re-spritz myself for that citrus opening.

This is actually a very wonderful fragrance! It is a happy, uplifting scent. Not sexy or sensual, but it is just a gorgeous scent that draws you to it, to endulge in it. I guess it is really unisex, but I, as a woman, want to keep this for myself!! My husband will have to be content with sniffing it around me. ☺️ I only have an 8 ml sample, but it will probably be enough for this summer season. If we would go for some holiday in the south in winter, I will bring it. Next summer, I want a full bottle! Much better than the usual summer fragrances, that all resemble eachother.

Very very pleasant. Maybe this one people find "boring" compared to the other heavy-hitters like 1740, Ambre 114, 1899 - but this one is a very clean, pleasant, neroli-orange blossom scent. Easy to wear on hot days. Scent: Underrated, deserves >4 stars IMO. Projection: Average Longevity: Average for a citrus perfume, but it's not weak. Unisex to feminine.

Fresh summer scent that is obviously citrusy but not TOO much. It's well-balanced by the middle notes. Stays on for a good few hours. To me, this is the smell of a pleasant and bright sunny day!

This perfume is so good for spring and summer. I highly recommend it.

I get a floral fresh body with nice depth and roundness. There's a fluffy sensibility in it that is familiar, like fine home scent oils, but more refined and layered for personal wear. Can't tell if it leans feminine or not. Sometimes it feels like it does, but then doesn't. Something is very familiar, and looking at the notes now it is the geranium, lotus, and orange blossom, reminding me of a few fragrances from Etat Libre d'Orange or Jo Malone, but deeper and more layered while providing more projection or longevity. Not 100% this is for me (hint too soapy?), but nice to enjoy.

I love citruses but I hate neroli, which made me really anxious about trying this one in blind. I love 1.1&1.2 versions, and 1.3 is okay out if these ”blue bottles”, so I was very excited about the new launch in 2020 of 1.6!! I can say that it falls somewhere between Byredo Sundazed and Byredo Belle de Tangier. It is sunny, bright and (maybe not so groundbraking) orange citrus. If you are into hesperides - give this a try, even neroli-haters can love this. I put this on my ”to buy list” for the next summer.

Im not really a citrus person so I considered whether to blind buy this or not, i did anyway and this citrus i think is something special. This is not unripe fruits that are green. This is like eatable well-ripe fruits. This perfume made my view of citrusy scents positively. And I was almost sick of vanilla scent since ive tried too many, this one I hardly can get vanilla. I like this so much. 😊

This was a crazy thing to experience. It starts with a strong hit of citrus straight to your sinuses, which immediately transitions into a bouquet of white florals that slowly settles into a sweet and fresh exquisite combination of both, coexisting in perfect harmony. It reminds me of ELDO’s remarkable people but more aldehydic/white floral and less spicy.

In the vicinity of Do Son, Orange Blossom, and other neroli-citrus scents. However, in this case, we’re talking about something undeniably rich, with a developed background — monothematic, but still a background, with a certain deeper perspective. It’s green, fresh, citrusy, neroli.

It has a fresh and wonderfully fruity opening, very citrusy without being sweet. The scent becomes more floral throughout the day. It is a complex scent that develops and changes throughout the day. It is powerful but not overpowering. For me this is a unique and special scent.

pungent, terpenic yuzu with bitter, green neroli and white florals. Not groundbreaking, and not a take on citrus-floral that I was wowed by. It would have made it into the "like" category for me if only it lasted longer, but as it is I can only give it a 6/10

Lemon candy citrusy :) its gorgeous especially on a rainy day like today. My bf came to me with this scent and I felt so nice already.

i get splash of sharp citruses at the opening and at dry down i am getting basil leaves and strong tomato leaves, love it

it is a nice fresh juicy citruces, slightly floral fragrance. worth the price? no, nothing groundbreaking

Had this bottle for about a year and was disappointed at first. The first sprays were a little too musky/funky and the white floral citrus blend was more confusing than harmonious. HOWEVER After some time in the back of my dresser, it’s a really beautiful sour and bright top while the white flowers blended down into something lovely. After a few hours on my skin there’s this little iron-like flash of brightness I really love. This went from a “meh” to a great daily grab and go for cold weather daytime. This scent combination pairs great with a blue sky, chilly, sunny winter/spring day. Glad I took a risk and kept this bottle. Maybe not the most “intellectual” or “edgy” frag but it’s beautiful, easy to wear and an instant citrus mood boost every time I catch a whiff. If you buy a new bottle, be patient. 7.7/10

Such an amazing tart opening, but what the heck is happening with the dry down? There's something really funky about the heart notes, I can't quite pick it out but the only word I can come up with to describe it is 'discordant'. There is some ingredient in the blend that is at complete odds with the rest of the formula and feels like it shouldn't be there. I can't put my finger on it, but it isn't nice.

The opening is a blast of citrus and orange blossom. The perfum dries down to a white floral/neroli, orange blossom fresh scent. The orange blossom is off putting for me, I dont like it. Perfumes leans also feminine. Sample before buying.

Blind buy. Reminds me of a toilet refresher. Edit after 3 hours: still the toilet freshener :(

Another boring neroli scent. If you like this, try Eau de Cologne 4711 and save a lot of money.

Yup another weak boring typical uninteresting fragrance . Out of all the fragrances that this perfume house has put out, I only like 3 . That’s it. The rest are weak watered down crap. And to make it worse they have reformulated the only few good ones they had and now they’re weak crap too . I will enjoy the ones I have but will not be repurchasing their reformulated crap.

Probably nice, if you like vetiver! Absolutely and undeniably floral (the neroli and jasmine shine through very strongly here) but you need to imagine the flowers with all of their nectar sucked out. This is NOT a sweet scent. The initial bright citric burst fades quite slowly, as you would expect from citrus top notes. What's left is something bright, sharp, herbaceous. almost sour and undeniably green. For me, after the first five-ten minutes the strongest note is vetiver, and its astringency dominates and overpowers the other more subtle elements. It feels like a deep core of grassy, slightly lemony-sour vetiver, with a few tendrils of neroli peaking around the sides to give quiet suggestions of their usual round headiness. It's unisex but for me leans a little more masculine than feminine.

It starts really with fruit. orange and grapefruit and probably yuzu (which I do not know), neroli. A very pleasant and refreshing start. Then floral notes with a predominance of neroli, jasmine and lotus are added. Vanilla isn’t at all. All together conveys one sensation: "A fresh sip during the flowering of trees!" For summer - just gorgeous or in winter for memories of the beginning of summer, when all the trees bloom! It's a shame that they are not persistent. Lasting is usual, 4-5 hours, although declared as EDP. But if used as toilet water - very worthy! Price for 120 ml 165 € at the official site - is 137 € per 100 ml, which fully justifies EDT. It is very correctly written on their website: “The Earth is blue like an Orange” This is the perfume of Love.

Coming in from the garden to escape a soft springtime rain, cutting into freshly-washed fruit from the supermarket. Grapefruit and yuzu most prominent in the opening, with a distinct aloe note as well. Citrus like a reed diffuser in a minimalist modern interior, which is nice enough but doesn't entice me away from the leathery, antiseptic barbershop citrus of Acqua di Parma Colonia, my usual summer fragrance.

Juicy citrus, where vanilla softens their sourness, very detectable geranium freshness, lot and lots of sunny jasmine and lotus. Overall I quite like it, it's complex yet fresh and uplifting. Quite decent longevity of 4-5 hours, tested in 30C degrees.

I sampled this side by side with Clive Christian 1872 and they smell incredibly similar in the dry down & I like both but I think a prefer the clive christian just a bit because its a bit more fruity. they also smell a lot like Nishane Colognise.

Bitterness in a bottle! Bitter neroli, very strong, green and oldschool, so it's a big NO for me. Sillage is huge in the first 30 minutes, but after 1 hour I can barely smell this, so the longetivity is not so good.

A well-blended mix of very sour citrus and neroli, gives more depth to it and takes the edge off the floral. Good performance
