Food of the Gods

Opens with straight booze with 1 second of a bitter smelling chocolate (not creamy and deep, but sharp bitter and cold, the kind of chocolate you got into the cabinet and ate as a kid, only to find out it was baking chocolate 😒), then turns to medicine and a punch in the face by powder, finishes weird sweet smell like honey and warm pee (linden blossom, champa, musk) Now I smell like an incensed yogini, yay. I would not blind buy this for the love of g.o.d. I hope I can get it off. It is not strong thankfully, I have to put my wrist all the way up to my face to smell it but I only sprayed a tiny amount on my arm. (I wish I sprayed this on my leg instead of my wrist, that's what I normally do with fragrances that I can't open and smell and that are prohibitively expensive, don't want to waste it spraying it on a card.) But this will be good for someone who wants to smell like nag champa incense. I was hoping it would be way more milk chocolate-y, if you are looking for a rich chocolate-y deep scent you can have that with this for about 1 second.

The opening of this is pitch perfect spicy cocoa (so few perfumes get chocolate right, and this opening was exceptional), but it quickly fades to an earthy mild honey with a whisper of incense. 10/10 opening, but I'm not quite as enamoured with the drydown.
