The Red Room

Of the three in this series, The Red Room is the most linear, distinct and opaque with it's rich, photo-realistic red cedar heartwood note. If you love the smell of cedar chips, you must atleast try this one because it radiates and showcases that exact scent like nothing else I've ever encountered. It's top notch quality and not only does the red color of the liquid show up on your clothes if you aren't careful with your aim, it also leaves a faint dark spot on your skin like a concentrated natural oil and it lasts and lasts. The projection is rich and polite and your personal space will be flavored with smokey cedar for hours. It's a great winter fragrance because it conjures an image of a cozy log cabin and a roaring fire, but it also can go sexy in a crunchy, granola way in the dry heat of summer (smells like Sedona). I love all three from this Twin Peaks limited edition and appreciate that they are all distinct from one another without losing a connection with the titles and themes. The rest of this composition is soft and smokey incense, faintly resinous sweetness from black currant, and a base of quiet leather to structure an atmosphere in which the red cedar can spread out and get comfortable. Can't wait to wear this one with a sweater and wool coat.

One of the best smelling fragrances I've smelled in recent memory. The blending of Red Cedar and Blackcurrant is intoxicating in the best possible way. The Copaiba resin and incense bring this into the realm of perfection for my nose and cause me to feel extremely peaceful and satisfied. Just a triumph of a fragrance in my book. Highest recommendation from me. I'd love to have 5 bottles of this one.

This is an unusual and unique scent. The Black currant is alot more prominent than the votes suggests. It's rather quite strong along with the cedar. Smells natural and sweet berries squashed on a freshly cut cedar log. Not something you smell often because because the composition is so unusual and kinda weird, but it's quite nice.
