Hauts Bijoux Limited Edition

I'm confused why this rating is lower than the review of this exact parfum but in the less extravagant bottle (which is crazy to say because the other bottle is gorgeous rose gold and pink Swarovski crystals). But this limited edition bottle is like a work of art in person! It is plated in blush pink rose gold with an adorable, large sea turtle proudly perched on the lid and is covered in hundreds of Swarovski crystals and handset, inlaid mother of pearl expertly created like a gorgeous mosaic shell! It also sits on hand engraved gold waves and shells. Every tiny part of this bottle is decorated. It truly is breathtaking. I understand HOS gets portrayed sometimes like the bottles are cheesy and some say the juice does not hold up to other high end niche frags. This couldn't be LESS TRUE. I have many HOS cupcakes along with hundreds of other fragrances both niche and designer, HOS juice holds up and often with the high oil content exceeds a lot of others houses who cost just as much (but these other expensive brands spend next to nothing on the bottle presentation). At least with HOS when I spend the money it feels like I am getting something amazing for it! This Hauts Bijoux in particular is gorgeous, long lasting fragrance which is reminiscent of beachy tropical fruits such as mango and grapefruit (my two favorites) and creamy island flowers. This type of fragrance sometimes seems like one of many but this stands out with its depth, layers and smooth blending! I adore this fragrance and get compliments every time I go out. But with this limited edition bottle, I'm getting a work of art I display proudly. I pick it up all the time just to examine it's beauty! Now the secret most of us who regularly purchase from HOS know is to wait for their sales. They are not like 10%, they give massive discounts at least half off! And in all honesty, another brand I love is Bond no 9 and I've purchased a crystal encased limited edition from them which was way more expensive and not near as beautiful as the HOS limited edition bottles! In my opinion this Hauts Bijoux is a stand out fragrance that is housed in a gorgeous omage to tropical beauty and adorable sea life! So.....Wait for a sale and gift yourself something you'll admire forever even after you've enjoyed all the juice inside!
