Joyful Escape

*EDIT. I finally got a full size Christmas of 2024, so I came to update on longevity and sillage. I find for an airy, mystical, sweet/fresh scent this lasts a very long time, especially on clothes. The sillage is moderate, this will never overwhelm, but still be enough to pull compliments. * Only had a small sample so I can't really comment on longevity/sillage unfortunately, if I do I'll update(&actually update unlike everyone else lmao). Anyways, this ish is GOOD GOOD. It is simple. It is very pretty...but it also has this uniqueness to it. & It's like how we LOVE the smell of our victoria secret perfumes, but they NEVER LAST & they have that terrible blast of alcohol, so we set out the rest of our life searching for a better quality version of your favorite VS or BBW fragrance...but NEVER find it....But this could be one of those moments actually coming to reality. This is SO good! I didn't expect to love it but i do. It has a beautiful, subtle, sweet vanilla note holding everything together. It has a semi tartness from the green apple & bergamot, The almond is light, it helps balance out the apple and green note, and it adds an almost creamyness to the two notes. It really adds a such a unique pairing with that BEAUTIFUL green note, and that green note on top of the vanilla is PERFECTION! Idk what it is and honestly it's sort of hard to describe, but this is a great blind buy imo. It kind of gives me Cactus blossom/almond blossom from BBW vibes. Pretty safe, semi unique...yet simple...🤔 lol. Def worth getting your nose on. Actually the minnie Blissful Moments is fantastic too. They have similar qualities imo. They are def in the same family. They both have a tartness; joyful from apple and Blissful from the rhubarb. Both have a citrus freshness one from blood orange, other from bergamot. They both have Almond, just different forms. And both have a sweetness one from cherry/ orchid/praline, while the other is creamy/sweet from the Sandalwood/Amber/vanilla. Anyways...these are great scents. I can confidently say every single mickey/minnie from HOS has been good. All different from one another. GO get a sample pack! OH! & this smells NOTHING like light blue...this is much sweeter, more airy/creamy feeling. LB is just fresh/sharp, musk/green/aquatic. Maybe Cactus blossom/almond blossom, with a SPLASH of light blue? but that's about it imho. But hey we all have different noses i guess. But i DESPISE LB. And I adore this.

Delicious scent! And perfect for Fall given that it is a warm woody vanilla! The Vanilla, clean woods and musk are the strongest notes in the profile. There is a sweet crisp apple in the background, but it is the most prominent at opening and fades away with dry down. There is something green and forest-like about the vanilla, I am guessing from the woods, almond, and greens. Well-blended and smells so luxurious. I do not have a vanilla like this in my collection, and I have many! I would say Hufflepuff is still my favorite vanilla from HoS. But if you are a fan of HoS vanillas you should definitely try this, this smells sexy and yummy. The bottle is also stunning. A blind buy and so happy I picked it up on sale. Compared to Blissful Moments Minnie: I tried a sample of Blissful Moments Minnie, a YouTuber said these two scents were similar but I disagree. To my nose, Minnie is an airy red fruit, floral and feminine fragrance. Minnie is perfect for Spring and Summer, while I find Mickey better for fall. I would say Blissful Moments Minnie is way lighter and more youthful than Joyful Escape Mickey. But both are full-bottle worthy.

This perfume is so addicting! I wore it last year during cooler months and now rocking again this winter. Never tried wearing during summer. To me it seems it shines when temps drop. It is so well blended, couple of spritz and I can smell it for hours. And of coarse I adore bottle. The only problem it is expensive one! I bought it at half price and still it was not cheap. But worth every penny in my opinion.

Smells exceptionally good! My Fiance and I love it. I think it will be my fall wedding scent. I am shocked because I always thought to wear my Guerlains for any formal memorable occasion I have. I get winter evergreen pine, soft clean woods (cedar?) with almond sugared buttercream. Long lasting too. The dry down is my fav.

I Love Love This perfume!! I’m halfway through my cupcake. It sticks really good to your skin and clothing. You could even smell it the next day on your clothes.

I swear, the "reminds me of" section is getting stupider by the minute. I don't see the point of it really, it's full of idiotic recommandations, based on bottle and name ? Like WTF. Better to remove it altoghether, because it's useless as it is. Is it a reflection of nowadays society ? I wonder.

I really love this as a female, reminds me of Printemps Blanc.

Has anyone actually tried this?? Would love a real review.
