Minnie Mouse The Fragrance

Minnie Mouse truly met my expectations for my sweet tooth—you must love sweet fragrances to enjoy it. The density and sweetness shine especially well on cool/cold days. Since I live in France, it was challenging to acquire since the House of Sillage Disney collection is exclusive to the US market, but I managed to get it during a sale :) This marshmallow, caramel, and raspberry combination is heavenly for any gourmand lover. The opening presents rich raspberry with soft marshmallow, while caramel lingers in the background. As it develops, the vanilla base and subtle coconut create a beautiful fluffiness. The musk is barely noticeable, and the cedar note keeps this fragrance from feeling too childish. While not particularly innovative in its note composition, it's one of the most well-blended fragrances I've ever experienced. It's not a projecting powerhouse—people need to be close to smell it—but it lasts 6-8 hours on my skin. Pro tip: If you want to enhance the perfume's performance, Brown Sugar Babe has created a body oil with the same scent! Is it worth the price? At full price ($395), absolutely not! However, House of Sillage frequently offers sales (30% off and sometimes 50% off), so I highly recommend getting it during these promotions. Plus, the bottle is a true masterpiece... I've also tried the Dapper version, and honestly, I'll only repurchase that one from now on. Though not as well-blended as the original, it's 90% similar with slightly more raspberry. The Dapper version's performance is incredible, projecting much better than the original. For my European friends who can't access it, the perfume Barbe à papa/Cotton Candy from Tutti Delices is an excellent dupe. It's very affordable (10-15€) and performs similarly to the original.

Honest and LONG review ahead... I enjoy this, it's sweet, fun, and flirty. Do I need a backup? Nah Would I pay full price or more for it? Hell no If I didn't have it, would I miss it? Maybe (because I'm a Minnie fan). Am I obsessed? Not really, but still love it. It smells like raspberry cotton candy to me. Nothing more nothing less. I don't get much of a standout marshmallow, cream, or caramel note. To my nose, there is a slight synthetic undertone in Minnie that I'm surprised not many people are speaking about. The comparisons to Raspberry Jam Donut are incorrect because that one has a strong realistic fried pastry note that is NOT in Minnie. So not sure where that came from. I'm also not sure where the frenzy for this particular scent came from as I honestly feel as though Hufflepuff is a way more sophisticated and well-blended scent profile. But hey folks wanna smell like candy sometimes.. including me. Just please do not get robbed paying these inflated prices... especially since this is technically (as of today) only sold out with talk of restock. Now it IS pretty good, and I would 100% recommend it on sale. But if you miss out, there are simply better or just as good fragrances out there.

I was leary of this one because, well . . . "Minnie Mouse" doesn't exactly sound like a fragrance created with middle-aged women in mind. But, the notes were tempting my gourmand-loving heart, so I ordered a sample. And OMG, this is what heaven should smell like! To me, the opening is dominated by the raspberry note, which almost immediately turns into the most amazing raspberry marshmallow scent. So, in spite of the "bottle" being a Minnie Mouse cupcake encrusted with crystals, which I had already written off as kitschy at best, most likely tacky AF, I ordered my full bottle as soon as it went on sale. But, color me shocked, the bottle is actually quite spectacular in person. Really striking, so so pretty, very heavy/substantial feeling. (And the way the atomizer sprays is perfection). Overall, by far the best unboxing experience of any perfume purchase I've ever made. I have never even considered keeping the box in which the perfume comes before, but am keeping this one, and also might even keep the minnie mouse bag that was included. So, as ridiculous as the price point may seem for a Minnie Mouse themed perfume . . . it's worth every cent.

This is a beautiful fragrance (for a gourmand lover). It is unique IMO. It doesn't smell like anything else I have anyway. It reminds me of those pink and white (strawberry and white chocolate) chocolate mice mixed with Jazzies/ Snowies; the disc shaped (white) chocolate, with sprinkles on top. There is a real sweet and milky mix going on. A bit like a milkshake made with Nesquik milkshake powder. I don't smell the coconut and I am usually quite sensitive to it as my nose doesn't like it much in perfume but it is subtle in Minnie. I much prefer it to Mickey which is heavy on the coconut for me. I would not recommend blind buying this if you do not like sweet/ gourmand perfumes, especially as it is on the expensive side. I love it and don't mind smelling like a treat. The bottle is beautiful/ cute. The only down side is that the juice leaks a tiny bit, onto the sprayer, making the gold peel off just below the sprayer. Otherwise, the design is lovely! I I think it projects really well and lasts a whole working day but I spray a lot, and on my clothes. I could definitely smell myself through out the day.

I just received Minnie as a birthday gift & it has very quickly become my #1 favorite fragrance ever. I’m a huge gourmand lover & it just doesn’t get any sweeter than this- imo it is PERFECT! So sugary sweet, creamy, & fruity- mouth watering! i love how it even has a slight tropical vibe thanks to the coconut. the cedar wood & musk round the fragrance to keep it from becoming juvenile- this is grown woman & dare i say even sexy? Every time i smell this it’s instant happiness. I’ve already gotten countless compliments & even noticed people lingering around me longer than they should to also enjoy all her glory LOL. As soon as this goes on sale i will be grabbing a back-up, I wish this perfume wasn’t limited edition because I never want to be without it.

I ordered a discovery set and it wasn't let down, despite some concerns about the Disney logo and the design. I'm usually not discouraged by the packaging, which some may find a bit kitchy when it comes to this brand. The scent itself is actually very nicely done. I enjoy getting whiffs of it throughout a cold day. How does it smell? It feels soft, fluffy and dreamy. It leaves a trail of coziness, light warmth and lactonic sugar. Somewhat whipped and candy-like. The raspberry is light and delicate. It's a sweet gourmand but it's not the heavy type, and the vanilla is not dominating here. Well blended. Overall, it's sweet but in a light way. It would be a great background scent for a Disney fairy tale. I enjoy it.

I ran out of the post office because the worker said I smelled good enough to eat and I think he meant it! It's a beast as far as projection and longevity goes. It smells fabulous like raspberry with the marshmallows and toned down by the caramel and just d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s! Update 8/12/25 - I Still get compliments every single time I wear it. It's sweet and edible. The raspberry scent is strong and along with the vanilla and other notes, it's comfy and inviting. Totally appropriate for day or evening wear, any time of year although to me, it lends itself to summer. I love it!!! Dapper makes a great dupe too!

Wow. I'm so bummed the full size is sold out. I can't find decants anywhere. Got the tiny sample pack of the mickey and minnie as it was the cheaper option to the pocket spray pack. Hits with sugary sweet and dry down on me is candy bubblegum mixed with the scent of the blue cupcake doll from the 90s (if that helps anyone). Kind of reminds me of the fancier version of the Bath and Body Works bubble gum spray. Doesn't make me dizzy (that much) or nauseous and thankfully the musk is this doesn't get sucked out of it. If anyone has this available and they hate it please let me know, happy to barter

This is my first and probably only cupcake. I received it as a birthday gift from my fiance after we sampled the Hogwarts collection and they sent this on paper strips. The love I have for this fragrance is a dangerous one. It makes me not want to reach for my other gourmands at all. It's very expensive for no reason and I would have never bought it for myself. It's very youthful and sweet, where I am 36 years old with a serious corporate job. Nevertheless, I am in love with this fragrance.

Smells like a snack, as mentioned in a review below it initially smells like freshly spun cotton candy (raspberry and strawberry). Then dries down to a toasted vanilla with some woodiness and a hint of the berry still there. It is on the simple side without complex notes. Doesn't smell like a perfume or a cologne, just smells really good. Would say this is unisex for anyone who likes gourmand fragrances.

One of my favorite fragrances, I must say. It opens with a very potent blast of Raspberry and caramel. After a few moments the marshmallow and musk take over. There is something popcornish about this one after about 20 minutes. It's very sweet so if you like gourmands, this one is a must. The longevity is moderate.

This is my second wear. This is a wonderful adult appropriate gourmand that I layered with Casablanca to really bring out the sweet caramel. Sillage wanes after a few hours, it starts to sit a little closer, but lasted all day. Compliments from those in my scent bubble range. Office appropriate.

This has become my favorite new scent. I get compliments on this everywhere I go. It is fun, youthful and a delicious fruity gourmand. I layer this with the Bianco Latte body cream for the ultimate effect. Since it’s being discontinued, I bought four extra bottles because I love it that much.

This instantly channels my inner youth, but in no way leans juvenile.. it's just so fun & delicious! A raspberry marshmallow gourmand that never feels overbearing thanks to the cedar & musk. If you catch it on a deal, it's worth it --the juice & overall presentation is beautiful.

It took me a really long time to figure out what this smells like. It was soooo familiar, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. Then it hit me out of nowhere - R E D V I N E S. It smells like a deliciously fresh bucket of Red Vines. Still so good though.

This is the one! Best perfume I have ever smelled! Longevity and price SUCK but I have ways to amp it up. Brown Sugar Babe's Madam body oil is a must! I also recommend Dapper's version. The raspberry and whipped cream is so so good!

Omg! This smells AMAZING! Like a strawberry shortcake dessert and vanilla bean. Better than the other two fragrances I own from this house. This is a gourmand delight! As soon as I have the money, I will splurge on Minnie Mouse.

I adore this fragrance so much!!!! I broke mine on the floor and missed the final sale. I am searching for a bottle at the sale price because that is what I paid for it 😂😂. My Mickey feels lonely without his Minnie🥺❤️

If you want this scent without breaking your bank, you could layer kyse delizia di marshmallow with bath and body work’s into the night. Smells better, lasts longer

Raspberry cotton candy. Very yummy smelling. Lots of raspberry. Goes caramel on the dry down and it is really delicious.

While i really like this fragrance, Its very sweet Marshmallow, vanilla, rasberry, with hints of coconut & cedar. It's lovely, but since all the oils are very raw, they almost come off to strong mixed together & you can pick up this wierd scent, almost like some of the oils having negative reactions to eachother, but I still really like it, but it's DEF not worth over 200$ imo, b/c it doesn't last all day, & 2 it needs more symmetry within the scent. There is cheaper fragrances with the same longevity, & of similar profile. I'm not saying it's terrible, but HOS has MANY other great perfumes within its line, like, HufflePuff, Passion de L'Amour, Batman Hero, Wonder Woman, Cream Chiffon, & Love is in the air, for example are all BANGERS impo. So try some others, I highly suggest buying their samples to try as many as you can, b/c they really do have great high quality fragrences, just need to find one that suits you. Also the men's line is great too, the men's Batman Vengeance is mouth watering good, & my favorite line in the whole house for both men & women! Also Dignified is good, & No4, The formal, & the men's Passion De L'Amour is great too.

UPDATE: I decided to purchase the full cupcake. And the opening note is.... Raspberry Nail Polish remover!!! I thought I cannot be smelling this. But it appears I am not alone when reading through some of the older reviews. Thankfully the dry-down is similar to what I smelled with the sample. Marshmallow, cream, caramel and sugar. I still prefer Wonder woman and Hufflepuff (which are also gourmands but are vanilla-forward) to Minnie Mouse in regards to the HoS line. But as a gourmand lover, I am happy to have her in my collection. Original Review of Sample: I pick up the raspberry at opening. The Carmel, Marshmallow and Whipped Cream stand out to me in this scent. Some reviewers mention cotton candy and that makes sense. I love the vanilla in Hufflepuff, but Minnie Mouse leans more sugar sweet than warm vanilla in my opinion. It is powdery and milky. It is a SWEET scent that is youthful. I can see a lot of people loving this scent. I am a fan of gourmand but this may be almost too sugar-sweet for me.

I did not expect it to smell like this because in the card I got, it smelt different like a whipped sweet raspberry fruit but now that I got a fb all I can smell is the red & white Christmas candy I used to have as a kid and somehow is a little bit minty I dont know where the mint comes from but thats what smells like on me. Projection is so so not beast mode Duration Im not sure yet will probably update later Edited; Tried for a whole day and I can still smell it! It has a good staying power Im not an oversprayer but if you do 3-4 sprays it projects better imo, I normally do 2 sprays

I just received my bottle today and let me say the bottle is more stunning than i could ever imagined. HOWEVER, i remember this fragrance being waaay sweeter when i tested this earlier in the year, and also less medicinal smelling (i totally get where the reviewers below are coming from regarding the acetone smell). Reformulation perhaps? They were out of stock for a long time (usually means issue with procuring raw material for the perfume). Oh well, i got it for the bottle/collector piece anyways.

This is a soft, creamy raspberry sweet scent...pretty, but I don’t think it’s worth the hefty price tag. If it goes on sale for 40- 50%, I’ll consider purchasing for the bottle. Update- It went on sale for 30% and I was afraid it would sell out like WW84 so i pre-ordered it. smh...

Opens with a BLAST of raspberry. Super sweet, a bit tart. Then about 5/6 ish minutes it settles into the sugary raspberry, marshmallow, creamy goodness. This sits closer to the skin but lasts about 6/7ish hours. For $395 the projection and longevity should be WAYYY better.

This is a super sweet, fruity fragrance with strong notes of juicy raspberry and vanilla. It’s feminine and fun. I’ll enjoy my sample but wouldn’t purchase a full size bottle for $395.

Not my favorite. Ever been in a kitchen with someone who was making raspberry jam? It's cloying, and hangs hot and nauseatingly sweet in the air. There's a part of you that knows it SHOULD be a good smell, but in the moment it's an overwhelming sugar bomb. That's what the raspberry in this fragrance is reminiscent of. There's a bubblegummy sort of quality as well, likely from the combination of caramel and coconut. The worst of the coconut/bubblegum nightmare dissipates pretty quickly, thankfully. I am a gourmand gal through and through, but I just can't get on board with this one. Too sweet, too artificial. It smells like something I would have worn at fourteen, rocking heart shaped shades with my high school uniform while hanging around the older boys. It's a fragrance that wants to be mature, but shows its real age when you get close. That being said, if you're looking for something sticky sweet that smells of raspberry flavored cotton candy, this is right up your alley!

Unfortunately, I didn’t smell any marshmallow at all. To be honest, this smells a bit like the body spray Juiced Berry by Victoria’s Secret which I wore when I was a tween. I was hoping to get more complexity, more of the vanilla, caramel, marshmallow, coconut notes, with a hint of raspberry, but the raspberry truly stole the show (besides a tiny pinch of coconut), including during the top and base notes. In my opinion, the scent is completely linear and does not transform at all. I’m going to assume that the price tag is due to the bedazzled collectors bottle (which I will admit, is kind of cute in a kitschy way). It doesn’t smell dirt cheap, but it doesn’t smell like $400 either. It’s a fun, cute scent, too much projection for daily wear imo, but would be lovely for warm nights spent outdoors. Super fun and girly, I like!<3

I, like others, fell for the hype. Thankfully, I only paid for a sample (reputable decant from a fragrance group). I couldn’t believe it when I sprayed it. I love sweet fragrances, but this is way too sweet, There are Victoria’s Secret body sprays that are better blended. It just smells like unrealistic raspberry and cheap vanilla. I follow a fragrance YouTuber (who must be getting paid by HoS for the praise she doles out) that this smelled like jammy raspberry with swirls of creamy caramel throughout. I wish! Just cheap and basic smelling. The bottle is no doubt exquisite. I have one HoS fragrance and the bottle is pretty. But I think the bottles are the best part of HoS perfumes. Not worth the price in any way. Get a decant if you’re still curious, but don’t pay much for that either!

If I were to briefly describe the final dry down scent I’d say it smells like strawberry ChapStick. When I first spray it, I would say it indeed conjures some of the smells at Disney World, particularly the smells in one of the candy shops on Main Street. But the whimsical feel doesn’t last long. For me, I can’t get over how it smells like there’s a playdoh note in the background throughout the entire wear but particularly with the dry down. It’s not unpleasant or enough to make me not wear it, it just brings down the grandeur of the scent. Overall, it’s not giving $400 luxury fragrance.

Smells exactly like Oriana. I sold my bottle because the raspberry and plastic just made me nauseous. I just got Oriana and sprayed it. Same exact plastic dolls and sweet watery raspberry. Yuck. They are near identical. Not long lasting and not strong, even though it was putrid on me and felt like it lasted forever, it was 2-3 hours maybe. The bottle is stunning though.

I feel for the hype and sadly also paid the full price which this will be my one and only HOS i order. It smells in the opening very synthetic raspberry and a bit minty too. I do love the dry down this is when I get marshmallow goodness but this perfume fades within 30 minutes on my skin. The smell you get from this perfume will depend on your skin type oils etc. I have very dry sensitive skin and alot of times I dont get top notes but the dry down happens much quicker on me. This scent lasts a bit longer when it is warmer and more humid I wish I had no spent the money on it. Its a huge let down but a good learning experience. Please dont fall for influencers hype trains

Sickening coconut with cosmetic powder, synthetic nauseating berries. I would give max. 30Euros for this one, reminds me of drugstore products. Nothing special about it, only the bottle is nice but 400dollar for this? Also with 50% discount would not consider buying although i have that kind of money but this NO! Its a joke. Also skin scent lasts for what? 15 Minutes. I dont think i have been more disappointed- thankfully tested first! Please do the same , do not, absolutely not blind buy except you have no problem spending that money or you just like the bottle.

Sickeningly sweet. I got myself and my mother a discovery set with Mickey and Minnie. She preferred Minnie and I preferred Mickey so we swapped to have double of the ones we liked best. It literally just smells like cake covered in whip cream and powdered sugar. Whether you like sweet or not, ridiculously overpriced, not worth it.

Such a treat!! It’s a pretty, fruity, sweet and airy scent. It is shy and the longevity is mediocre as it becomes a skin scent rather quickly....but.... I do like it very much as it smells quite delicious. Plus the bottle is even prettier in person, to be honest. Glad I took the plunge to add it to my collection!

Yeah, I don’t know what possessed me to purchase this one but it’s a big no for me. Typically, coconut is a note that always ends up smelling super weird on me and here, it’s an absolute disaster 🤭 it overwhelms all the other notes... Oh well, to the declutter pile it goes 🙄

This smells like nail polish, so disappointed, as I love Hufflepuff. So not worth the price, I don't smell the marshmallow or coconut. All I get is the raspberry, which smells very synthetic. It's also so faint with no silage.

Oh my god, here comes my review that might be my downfall but I don’t care - Mickey mouse themed cupcake scents for an unholy price? Niche perfumes aren’t associated with this tacky PR. But somehow many fell for it. Cringe, overpriced plastic ”cupcakes” that contains nothing special in their bottles. To quote Childish Gambino - This is America!

On me, this smells like a cross between a very latex-smelling coconut sunscreen and cherry Chapstick. I'm disappointed - I really thought I was going to love this one. But alas, it smells artificial and plastic-y on my skin. Personally, I wouldn't buy this even if it were a fraction of the price it actually costs.

It's a MAYBE for me! This will stay in my collection b/c I don't find it to be a bad smelling fragrance. But I'm glad to have purchased a less than full and used bottle at a discounted price. I'm not sure if this fragrance may pop more with maceration, or give off more in the heat, but as of now it's just OK... When I spray this, it does smell like a sweet, slightly fruity fragrance. I can believe all the notes listed here on Fragrantica are present. I also pick up a slight minty nuance...which I don't mind. I didn't have an issue with wear time, I could smell it as I moved around. The fragrance is pleasant; but it's extremely mild and borderline making me wonder, "Where is it?" For such a pricey EDP, it is a very light, soft, and delicate fragrance. I don't have an issue w/ a delicate perfume, but I do think the price should commensurate with the product. The bottle is hands down gorgeous, no complaints there - but the juice itself doesn't deliver to me (even for the discounted price I paid)!

This fragrance is in my top three favorite fragrances out of my collection. When I first got a sample it smelt like sweet cherry Chapstick/medicinal vibes. But the more I kept smelling the vial, the more I liked it, which made me want to buy a bottle although this is very expensive I would honestly buy it again when I run out hopefully HOS keeps this in stock for a long time, but today was my first time wearing it from the full bottle and it smells like a sugary raspberry candy cotton candy, with marshmallowy sweet fluffiness, its such a cute playful smell, it is not juvenile, sweet, but a little sexy sweet. Smells like a very pretty bubbly girl would wear it. I got four compliments today, the most compliments I got in a day from my fragrance. My lyft driver asked me what I was wearing and said it smelled very happy and fits its name and my supervisor said I smelt like cotton candy. Definitely overpriced but still worth the coins to me!

Ok I bought a 2mL decant in a fragrance group and... I do like Minnie, but I was underwhelmed. If it was affordable I would be ecstatic! It shouldn’t go for much more than $100 retail though. It is a basic, mass-appealing fragrance in my opinion. I swear I have smelled it before. Not on somebody, I mean, like I’ve smelled a fragrance already that smelled just like Minnie. It may be BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar or Vanilla Bean Noel but I can’t be certain as I can’t find my body mists of them. But anyways, you get the idea, if I believe I’m comparing Minnie to BBW’s most famous vanilla scents, well, it’s a simple fragrance. The ingredients are maybe too well blended to the point of not being able to pick much out (or my nose isn’t trained enough?). I will say I was scared of the coconut cus that is a death note for me but I could barely smell it at all (whew!). So, Minnie is a really nice sweet fragrance, but the price tag does not warrant it.

This one is completely different from the Mickey Mouse version. It is very sweet! It all depends on your personal taste but for reference this does have a plasticky synthetic sweet smell. I personally love it, the candy smell is like the ones you smell in a fair or Disney parks perhaps some taffy or caramel. Longevity is decent but doesn't last as long as the rest of the HOS perfumes. I wore it yesterday, weather was around 60 F and it didn't turn sour. It seems like it's a bit linear, it doesn't really develop very much. I didn't get any coconut, the raspberry and caramel is what stands out to me through the whole wear. It reminds me a bit of Montale Mukhallat, it doesn't smell the same because Mukhallat is strawberries but it has that same kind of synthetic candy note. I wouldn't say it's worth the full price I am still thinking about getting the full bottle when it goes on sale, for now I am good with the little sample that I got.

This smells very familiar. Raspberry Jam Donut by B&BW maybe? Verrrry gourmand, the bottle is beautiful - heavy and ornate. I've read that some people have had issues with House of Sillage sprayers leaking, no issues with this bottle but so far it's the only HoS scent I own. I'll update if there's a problem. As far as the bottle and box, great presentation as befitting an expensive perfume. The scent itself is fun and my fiance loves it on me and I'm no teenager lol (in my mid 50s, actually) but it really does remind me of one of the super sweet B&BW jam donut scents. The drydown is divine, a soft raspberry vanilla marshmallow. I'll probably end up wearing this more around the house because it's over the top gourmand, but no buyer's remorse as I tried the Disney discovery set before purchasing the full bottle.

I don't understand the level of hate for this house at all when everyone is free to just... not buy the fragrances? No one is forcing you to spend your money on them so there's that. Fully grown adults taking the time out of their day to compare scents to things they smell nothing like is giving big weirdo energy. Go outside. Touch grass. Eat a snickers? I don't know, but y'all gotta do something because being this miserable can't be good for your health lmao. Anyway, this fragrance is super cute! It starts out with a creamy raspberry flavored marshmallow fluff in the opening and then becomes a raspberry cotton candy scent in the dry down. If you like gourmands it's certainly worth a try. I really like this and I'll definitely be purchasing when it goes on sale!

this is... nice. . i get a lot of marshmallowy raspberry and powdery whipped cream (it’s borderline lactonic). i don’t get much vanillla, woods, or (my favorite!) caramel, which is somewhat disappointing. not compelling enough to run out and buy a full bottle, but i certainly don’t hate it. i definitely get the compassions to oriana! edit: it’s about 9 months later and i tried this again. i liked it before but i would probably put it at “strong like” now. for me, minnie brings to mind bbw sun ripened raspberry + epico vani charnel. it’s like the epico if all the fruits at the top were replaced by just raspberry rather than mixed fruits. i know this one’s a unicorn these days but it’s getting added to my “to buy, but not at full price” list. ❤️🖤
