Whispers of Truth Noir

This smells nothing like baccarat 540 I own both paid full price for them because so many people are selling counterfeits but anyways it’s not even similar but if you like Parfums de Marly delina you will certainly like this one. if you ask me delina is a lot different because it changed three times on my skin this is a spicy orange grapefruit at least on the first spray then it dries down to a deeper amber scent. But what made me buy it was the reviews and the website said Disclaimer: Use With Caution. 18+ and Older Use Suggested Due To Hypnotizing & Climatic Adrenaline Rush. I never seen that on a perfume before so I had to get it this is my 21st cupcake 🧁 I just might buy more they are so addicting the New Pink Panther is also good it’s very pink and purple well it smell like Pink and purple and powder pink and purple marshmallows, it’s on the same level as Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow. I’m sure they will mix well together but wait for it to go on sale don’t be silly like me. Overall I love WHISPERS OF TRUTH NOIR it has the perfect balance of sweetness I hope they make this a permanent fragrance because it’s so beautiful this can even be unisex in my opinion it doesn’t have a gender it’s just good it’s definitely a nighttime fragrance. I looooove this one! This may be my favorite from HoS. I have always disliked spicy scents, but this has changed my mind. It is pretty much a spicy BR540. I own BR540 extrait, and typically do not buy more than one perfume in the same DNA family. However, this is different and unique enough to stand alone. I get subtle leather as well. This is still very much feminine despite the leather and spice. Very sexy, and perfect for nighttime. I would probably wear this for cold-weather only, but I do think it can be worn for a nighttime special occasion any time of year. I sprayed one spray on my arm, and I could still smell it the next day. It's pretty strong. I would say it's worth every penny, especially if you are holding out for their sale.

What my mommy who's a COWGIRL smells like when she's out at the ranch. This perfume is so beautiful I think I might just get this for her. It's sweet (like her), smokey like cooking with wood fire, leathery like worn out Lucchese boots. Creamy like CAFE con leche. Narcotic, enigmatic, highly addictive, intoxicating. GOTH, without the heavy darkness, and just the right amount of sweetness, if that makes sense. That's what makes it so lovely. Perfect for cold weather. Seductive, sweet, fresh, creamy, silky, cozy. A DARK, Sugar, Spice & Everything NICE perfume. Very unique, I'm obsessed. BISOUS

One of the best perfumes I have purchased, albeit expensive. I get leather, smoke, spices, citrus, labdanum, caramel and a bit of vetiver, birch and cypriol. It's a perfect and smooth blend of all these. It has a bohemian quality to it. Makes me feel cozy, relaxed. Certainly a cold weather perfume. Can be potent if over sprayed. Love it! Reminds me of Ex Idolo Lucid Dream due to the smoke note.

This is so well blended that I do not get one single scent. It is spicy and well suited to fall and winter. Very seductive and opulent. One of my favorites from HoS and in general.highly recommend for those that like spicy, woody, holiday scents

If you love goth type scents, then you may love this! I’m not a big leather girly, but this one I can tolerate and I love it!! I can definitely smell the birch more than the leather and I love birch 🖤

S M O K E, that is the predominant note to my nose. Suede and leather are next in line. Those 3 are the star players here. At the opening, there is a whisper of tart citrus in the air, but it is really in the background. The dry down offers a whisper of caramel. The dry down smells like you put on some leathery / caramel perfume 4 hours ago and have just smoked a cigarette outside. A nighttime fragrance only. I would wear this to a jazz lounge. There is something sensual and sexual about it, like a passionate night out with a mysterious handsome man you just met, but you dont remember the entire night the next morning. I do NOT see many men liking this scent on a woman because the smokiness is not a campfire smokiness but a true 'gentleman's bar' cigar and cigarette smokiness and there is very little sweetness to undercut that. I am married to a European and happen to like a whiff of cigarette smoke, takes me backs to days I used to go to the clubs, a night on the town, or walk through las vegas hotel lobbies. Thus Noir is unique for sure, but if I want a smokey scent I would still reach for Replica's By the Fireside. By the Fireside offers a subdued fireplace type of smoke with vanilla undertones which I feel is the softer of the two. Very interesting though. I cant stop smelling it!

I wish the white wood and birch came through more for me, but every time I’ve worn a leather- or suede-infused scent from HoS, they dominate on my skin from start to finish. That said, I like this much more than Whispers of Temptation. Truth Noir has a bolder citrusy opening, and although faint, the caramel and rose take some of the edge off of the raw hide notes. I love spaceybailey’s description (and her mom must be pretty fantastic). This is available as part of a four-piece sampler (Whispers in the Garden Noir Collection), which is often available on Mercari and/or eBay.

SMOKE. If you love smelling as if you (a) stood over an open campfire for 10 hours, or (b) cooked brisket in a smoker at a Texas BBQ for 10 hours - then this is the "perfume" for you. For me, I was really disappointed after seeing the stunningly beautiful bottle and presentation when I got it in a mystery box. It is not feminine and certainly not something I would wear for any occasion. In addition to smoke, I detect a little leather/spice - but the other more feminine notes are not present for me - its just smoke. Maybe that's the idea? A little smoke and mirrors to spend some money.
