Wonder Woman 1984TM Collection Limited Edition Parfum

Um, yum! I agree this smells fairly similar to Orchidee Vanille by Van Cleef and Arpels, but WW is much softer, smoother, and more powdery (although I'm a powder fan so I would not say this is super powdery, in general. Just a whisper of powder!). You really get that nice orris throughout which softens the whole composition and adds a level of sophistication and nuance. This is an absolutely stunning vanilla scent, for the vanilla fans out there. I think the blending on this one is far superior to O.V. and there isn't a harsh note to be found, whereas my newer bottle of Orchidee Vanille can run a tad synthetic for the first 30 minutes or so (although I also own a 5ish year old bottle of O.V. which has aged beautifully and is much smoother and the harsh chemical edges have been buffed out by the passage of time). I really enjoy this scent and I do believe it is absolutely full bottle worthy, HOWEVER, the price is what prevents me from taking the plunge. I will say though that this perfume has insane lasting power. I could even smell hints of it on my robe the next day! However, I already own 2 bottles of O.V. and as I mentioned, the older bottle has mellowed out beautifully, so I don't feel the need to own WW since they are fairly similar and it might be redundant. But I do think WW is much prettier, well done, and refined, and still has the yummy gourmand quality that I would look for. If you have cash to burn and like a limited edition bottle (this pretty lady will set you back around $400) then I say go for it. I personally wouldn't spend that kind of money for this scent (or any scent?) but it really is VERY good!

WW84 by HOS is a lush, exuberant and rich concoction. All the notes blend in very nicely. On my skin, davana, almond, orris, musk and vanilla are all quite prominent, causing a gourmand effect that honestly makes me crave cheesecake for some odd reason. It’s vanilla heaven for those who love it and it leaves nothing to be desired whether in terms of sillage or longevity. It’s fun, adventurous and sophisticated all at the same time. Not all men could pull it off. It’s definitely more on the feminine than on the unisex side of the scale, BUT for those men whose skin reacts well to sweeter notes, it’s an absolute must. On my skin it does smell a little bit like lipstick. I’m very happy I blind-bought it, but would certainly recommend trying it before buying.

Had a full sample of this sitting around for years. This smells EXACTLY 1/1 identical to Aroma Concepts’ ‘Avri Jewel.’ They both have that same powdery-nutty Raspberry with musky Citrus accents, only this features an unjustifiable price tag. 🤓

If you love HOS, which I do, of course you would want to love WW84. I got it immediately, paid full retail and like everyone was blown away by the presentation! The colors of the glass and Swarovski crystals on the cupcake were just breathtaking and with the matching presentation box, it was perfection. However, representing a superhero you would expect this to be a bold fragrance, something unique and long lasting with amazing sillage! When I first sprayed it I honestly feared I had Covid, because I smelled nothing! I am not exaggerating. So then I over sprayed. I doused myself in the juice and finally got a light, sweet smell that lasted a few minutes on my skin. I was so confused. I shared it with my whole family to see if they smelled anything, the results were similar. Although, they all smelled at least something, I struggled to really get anything. It was to to the point that I contacted HOS and they as always have stellar customer service. Though they are very clear they do not accept returns, they understand they sell a luxury products and must provide amazing customer service and they do. But in the end this fragrance and my nose and/or body chemistry just cancelled out any kind of fragrance. I watched some reviews and some alluded to it being a light fragrance but no one seemed to have the extreme lack of anything that I did. It was such an utter disappointment! However, I would be remiss if I didn't point out that I can honestly say some of the HOS fragrances are my all time favorites! I think they are absolutely overlooked possibly because of the extravagant bottles, some want to believe these are made for rich housewives who have no idea what makes a good fragrance. They would rather put all their faith in, for example, a man whose family has a lot of experience in alcoholic beverages? Odd. I think the owner of HOS being a gorgeous, experienced woman doesn't get the credit she deserves. The latest Whispers Noir collection is daring and has really complex fragrances that stray far from the "pretty & feminine" vibe and dive head first into sensual! I wish I could have left another praiseworthy review but for me WW84 though the presentation was out of this world, that alone cannot justify a $400+ price tag.

Just received my bottle today. I have to say I am really disappointed by this, it smells so similar to the Greatest Showman, almost exact with the exception of a slight musk note. Delicious none the less with good Sillage. Exceptionally sweet with good longevity. For the price point, bottle and packaging could have been so much better. Cheaply made Cardboard box with no special button to open like others. Sorry to fans, this was a total a Wonder Woman marketing Ploy that I got sucked up into. Again, beautiful but a dup of a previously issued perfume from this house. In my opinion, definitely not worth the price!!!!

In the opening, it does kind of remind me of Orchidee Vanille by Van Cleef & Arpels, but this is heavier and it doesn't have the chocolate note like OV. It leaves a wonderful scent trail. It is really pretty, sensual, feminine and bold (not strong smelling, but like a strong WONDER WOMAN would wear it). The bottle is stunning of course, per HOS standards. Another cupcake added to my collection.

Wow what a boring generic crappy scent. Buy it if u want the cute bottle coz the juice inside is weak and terribly boring and like many many other cheap perfumes I have smelt before . A huge disappointment, but this is typical of Sillage. They put all of their money into making a beautiful bottle but then leave nothing for a great perfume.....sigh

I AM EAGER TO SEE WHAT THIS PERFUM ENTAILS. HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE ENORMOUS ADVERTS AND BUILD UP TO ITS LAUNCH. THANKS ITS LAUNCHED AT LAST...THOUGH A FEMININE FRAGRANCE , I EAGERLY AWAIT REVIEWS BY LADIES TO HELP ME MKE UP MY MIND WHETHER TO ACQUIRE SOME FOR MY PERFUME STORE.

This is gorgeous! It opens fruity/green and the dry down is a vanilla almond on my skin. I sprayed 4 hours ago and I can still smell it. I don’t know if I would pay full retail price but I would definitely love to have it in my collection. The bottle is also beautiful. 7/10

For the price this thing goes for, it's just okay. I mainly smell the vanilla and a little bit of the berry. I have stuff that costs a lot less which smells a lot better than this. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
