Flame Of Vanillin

Strong and extremely sweet. In fact, to my nose, there is a jelly-like quality in that sweetness. At its core, the profile is vanillic and tropical, with floral touches. In the abstract sense, I would go so far as to describe this as a "fun" fragrance. The scent is uplifting and energetic. Longevity shouldn't disappoint and it seems to project well. I recommend this if you want a powerful, sweet fragrance that's going to last you most of, if not the entire day. This is one for cooler weather. I also think this is great value for money, but that of course is subjective.

This opens with a lovely floral burst and then takes you on a bit of a journey to the vanilla heart. For me, it leans more fem and that was confirmed by my wife's view that it is something she would happily grab during the day. I'm not much of a white floral guy, so for me I'd stick with Special Occassion or Plum & Whiskey from this house, but if you're a lady or a guy who likes that Jasmine and vanilla style get your nose on it.

This fragrance is actually next level, when a fragrance house can give me a WOW factor like this with a fragrance that’s when you know it is top tier when I first tried flame of vanillan I fell in love it’s fruity and loud honestly lasts for an easy 10 hours and is my favourite from the brand easily!!

One of the OGs! I’ve always appreciate this fragrance for being surprising, fresh yet sexy. I love how this fragrance is not linear and with each note breakdown it projects so beautifully on my skin. I’m now on a full bottle of this after several decants and I’m so glad I have this!

The best way to describe this is the word ‘pretty’. It’s clean and bright from the jasmine yet delicious from the vanilla and tropical fruits. The dry down is heavenly also. I do go noseblind, but smell this days later on clothes so go easy on the trigger. 9.5/10 for me

What a cheeky little hidden gem. Flame Of Vanillin is surprisingly versatile and the performance is incredible, with powerful projection, indelible silage and enduring longevity. It's beautifully unisex, infinitely wearable and broadly appealing.

This is a wonderful fragrance; very sweet, vanillic, summery, fruity and a terrific performer. It's also by a local Australia perfumer! Very good value and easily stacks up against some of the best niche scents. Highly recommended.

I agree with other reviewers, this is a rich and beautiful floral vanillin release that reads completely unisex to me. The jasmine takes centre stage from the opening and remains a strong, luminous thread all the way through. Performance is excellent, superb projection and impressive longevity. I’m especially glad to have an early Scent Sample Studio (SSS) batch in my collection; it feels like owning a little piece of the fragrance’s history.
