Nude

absolute favorite. many parallels between hove and chanel (chanel les exclusifs no. 22 esp.) but nude just packs a punch. if only i were only in situations where "nude" was appropriate i would wear it constantly but it's quite rare and not to be wasted on most mere mortals or average days.

Really nice and yes, reminiscent of Chanel No. 5, but warmer. Since there is no listing to go by, I'm going to try to explain how it smells the best I can. First off, the opening was a little earthy, a la Paloma Picasso, but it didn't stay that way for long. It settled rather quickly into a warm powdery aroma, similar to Chanel No.5 but without the aldehydes. There seems to be a bit of spice too, maybe frankincense, like jwinkler noted. I think there could be some amber in there as well. It's almost like an Arabian version of Chanel No.5 if that makes any sense. Very beautiful fragrance! If you want to love No.5 but can't get past the aldehydes, give this one a go.

This doesn’t smell like Chanel No. 5 to me, I don’t like Chanel No. 5. I think this is beautiful, like incense sticks that haven’t been burned, nag champa comes to mind, with sudsy soap, it smells like something that would be made in Louisiana, and with quality ingredients. It lasts several hours, close to the skin.

I love this scent, and yes, it absolutely smells like Chanel No.5...but better. I am an avid Chanel lover, but Nude is simply more alive. The powder isn't as strong here, and there's a stronger scent like Frankincense.
