Easy Bake

Even though the coconut isn't highlighted as being one of the key notes [pear, ylang ylang, tuberose, vanilla & sugared amber], imo it is the creamy coconut in Easy Bake that is the strongest note on me - it is quick to develop and it lasts for the whole wear of the fragrance, so how much you enjoy coconut cream is going to shape how much you enjoy Easy Bake. I love coconut cream/milk so I knew immediately that I was going to really enjoy this... Ylang ylang is richly creamy & sweet on me, so it partners with the longwearing coconut beautifully - so dedicant. The sweet-but-fresh pear develops alongside the ylang ylang, so there is something to add a touch of airy freshness that prevents the full-bodied creamy sweetness from becoming too much. I also get a very qentle breeze of soft peach. The ylang ylang soon blends away into the equally sweet and creamy tuberose & jasmine. The listed gardenia & heliotrope are noticeable too. Orchids in perfume tend to vanilla-infused and powdery, so any additional orchid is lost on me - though maybe the hints of I'd been thinking is rose is actually orchid? The vanilla & amber provide a backdrop to the florals, reinforcing the smooth coconut cream. As the florals become quieter, the dreamwood [sugared sandalwood] boosts the comforting & relaxed sensations of the blend of coconut cream, vanilla and amber. I don't detect anything that I'd identify as being tne perfumery world's ideal moss accord, instead I get a sense of baking bread - I'm not complaining, as it gives the fragrance a cozy feel and definitely suits the name. Easy Bake wears somewhere around the 7 to 8 hour range and has a moderate aura for the majority of that time. Perfectly respectable, but not much against the impressive longevity of my favourite Kayali fragrances - but since this Huda Beauty edp is more affordable in comparison to Kayali, I can let this niggle pass me by. The bottle for Easy Bake is smooth & thick glass and it has a snuggly fitting lid; a good quality one that is easy to grip & spray, but it does look basic and boring - a complete mismatch for the fragrance & juice quality, but again being more affordable in comparison to Kayali excuses this for me.

I love this fragrance! I’m actually a little sad I didn’t just pick up 2 bottles, since it was only available in 50ml and is not going to be released again! Unlike others, I do not get coconut at all. I was surprised to see that in the comments! But also, I don’t trust my nose, as I am often in the minority as far as what notes I’m detecting... honestly I really hope I’m not walking around wearing crowd-angering fragrances all the time!! Anywho, to me it’s very floral, sweet, light... light as in giving very upbeat vibes, the fragrance itself I wouldn’t describe as light. In fact, I’m overall very impressed by its strength and longevity! I don’t see anything about it being powdery but for whatever reason it smells powdery to me, it reminds me a bit of my Narciso Ambree but less tropical. Anywho, regardless of whether I’m right or wrong about any of that, I think this fragrance is beautiful! I like it far better than most of the Kayali fragrances I’ve tried, and it by far outperforms most if not all of those. Whatever Huda did here... I wish she’d do it again! It’s a lovely and easy to wear fragrance, I’d love to make it a staple in my collection!

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do. It’s a very pretty, sweet floral. I wouldn’t call this a gourmand, even though it has gourmand notes it’s just too floral for me to consider it a gourmand. On my skin I get a very sweet, slightly bubble-gummy tuberose, supported by the sweet pear and coconut. All the other florals kind of play a supporting role without it being overpowering (thank God because Ylang Ylang and Jasmine can be a bit much for me sometimes). The vanilla and woods ground it well. Overall, I am quite impressed. Performance is great. Projects on me for the first 4 hours, starts to sit close to the skin about the 6th hour but if you spray on clothes, expect to still catch wafts well into the 10th hour. I usually go with at least 12 sprays though. I think I went nose-blind to it by the 8th hour when I tested it but was quite shocked to catch a whiff off my clothes at the end of my 12-hour shift. Overall impression: Very pretty, feminine, sweet floral fragrance with awesome performance. It’s not groundbreaking but not bad either for $65. Definitely worth checking out for that price.

It’s seriously become my favourite perfume in such a short amount of time. I’ve been testing it for 3 days now. It’s sweet and floral. Super juicy with a strong pear note initially but it dries down sweet and powdery. It truly smells like the easy bake powder with added pear. Longevity is great but the sillage isn’t huge. It’s a creamy type of floral like Narcisos Poudree but much sweeter than Narciso. I don’t find it resembles Valentino’s Poudre as that is very dry and nearly dusty smelling. Easy bake is sweet, creamy, juicy and flowery. It’s a good mix of La Belle and Narcisos Poudree but honestly it’s unique. I’ve never smelt anything like it.

I was slightly repulsed on first spray just as I am with Mugler Aura both edt. I think there is a banana note in this that isn’t listed. That fades almost immediately....,Ohhhh baby the dry down is fabulous!!!! This is beautiful, creamy and powdery. Grown up gourmand that feels luxurious and sexy. My male coworker said he smelled my scent trail and actually wrote down the name. Sadly I had to tell him it’s limited edition. I want/ need a back up bottle.

Love at first sniff. This perfume reminds me of DNA from Dama Bianca, Lira and a bit of D&G Devotion, minus the Lemon. I love it and would repurchase. This was a surprise to me, didn’t know this was being released. I received my order in 2 days. I’m very happy. I wouldn’t wear this in humid or extremely hot weather, it may be too cloying.

This is a nice floral scent. This is definitely Jasmine and tuberose forward. This is the first and last fragrance from Huda beauty. This fragrance has been discontinued for years. Paris Corner just launched a dupe of Easy bake with stronger Sillage. We shall see.

I’ve heard Daniel Rene lift this OG perfume up for years and I finally got my hands on it. Omg it’s so wonderful!!! I can see what all the fuss is about. I have so many vanilla perfumes in my collection but I think she is my new favorite. Thanks Daniel Rene! 😘

Easy Bake is picking up the slack left from Utopia - a dreamy creamy coconut & vanilla fragrance by Kayali that I love scent-wise, but find the longevity too poor to justify replacing my empty bottle.

I’m getting ylang ylang and grape bubblegum which was kinda meh at first but actually I’m addicted. Honestly this is everything I hoped Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar would be

Personally, I think it's missing the powdery note in order to smell just like the Easy Bake powder. The missing powdery note makes it lighter, more youthful, and less deep/sexy/mature, if that makes sense. I totally agree with the comment about Utopia - this is like the sweeter version of Utopia with coconut added to it. Unfortunately, that isn't what I was expecting. It's nice, and is definitely pleasant to smell, so for the value I feel like it's still a win, but again - it all comes down to us expecting it to replicate the actual powder scent.

at first spray, i got hypnotic poison because of the powdery vibe. then it transforms into this banana-flavored bubblegum scent, due to the combination of ylang ylang + tuberose + sugar (MY FAVORITE combo by the way). sooo glad i don't pick up the coconut (least favorite note). the look of this bottle isn't as appealing as kayali's signature design... but at $65 for 1.7 fl oz, maybe i shouldn't complain. i think im going to keep this...

This is a smooth, creamy, tropical, fragrance and will shine in warm weather. It's smells like Saltair Island Orchid which has notes of Mandarin, Driftwood, Sea Jasmine, Frangipani, & Warm Musks so this is definitely going to complement each other. I really enjoy it and I'm glad this was a successful blind buy! I can't wait to do or wear test tomorrow and hopefully the longevity is there.

I have been patiently awaiting for this! I love the way Huda's Easy Bake powder smells and have always wondered why there isn't a fragrance that captures it! Will be back to add my thoughts once I get my nose in it!

Accurate... yummy... powdery yes... but mostly summery sunscreeny....unfortunately one of the base notes is too sweet to the point of musty like I’ve smelled it before in one of the lush fragrances that I hated

To me, this was a gardenia flower bomb fragrance I only like the smell of gardenia in small doses as I find it pretty strong, so this wasn't my cup of tea, but I feel if you love gardenia flowers, you'll enjoy this

This review is just based on my first impression but what I’m getting is a tropical creamy coconut ylang ylang scent and maybe somewhere in the background there is a sprinkle of the OG Easy Bake setting powder scent. Right now I’m sad because I really love the strong bold white floral powder scent that the Easy Bake setting powder had and I don’t get that at all with this fragrance. I’m not really into tropical scents so maybe that’s another reason why I’m disappointed but that’s just what I’m smelling and what my nose is picking up. Forever searching to find a fragrance that smells like the Easy Bake setting powder... 😔

Never arrived from Huda Beauty. I ordered this a few weeks ago but Huda sent me a Kayali vanilla set instead (which was a much higher price point) and now Easy Bake is out of stock. Their marketing is stunning and eye catching but Huda/Kayali should focus more on customer service instead of so much emphasis and spending on marketing and social media branding. The item they sent was a pricey vanilla set but the receipt in the box clearly stated I ordered Easy Bake. On top of no one checking for accuracy of orders, Huda customer service can’t reply to my multiple inquiries to let me know when I can expect to receive my item. Gabbylovesperfumes also expressed on her Youtube channel that she had many issues with their customer service not responding to her delivery issue. Terrible customer service and really overpriced products.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this; I actually think Easy Bake is way better than many of Huda’s sister’s brand, Kayali. I own Vanilla 28 and Vanilla Coco Utopia 21. Easy Bake reminds me of the Banana Boat tanning lotion and sunblock, mixed with creamy white florals, amber, and vanilla. Where Kayali Vanilla 28 is too “baked sugar cookie” and Vanilla Coco Utopia 21 is probably trying too hard to be something (and missing the mark), Huda’s Easy Bake is just right. I’m an older millennial so I frequently disagree with younger people about what is considered to be “dated”, Easy Bake is definitely not that. I mean, we seriously need to stop telling women this. This is a gorgeous, easy-to-wear, beautiful-from-start-to-finish, easy reach. I was afraid the pear would be too pear-heavy (it’s not my favourite note), but actually it’s just perfect in this. I’m just bummed they didn’t make huge bottles of this and that they didn’t make this a permanent release. I would say for anyone who finds Kayali oftentimes too juvenile, Huda Beauty Easy Bake is worth buying. Imagine a modern twist on Avon Far Away, but less powdery and more tuberose and gardenia and vanilla and coconut and amber. I’m not saying Avon Far Away is exactly like Easy Bake, but Easy Bake is NOT a lot of the current modern things out on the market. There’s also a touch of Christian Dior Hypnotic Poison in here.

Bought yesterday and received today, so props to Huda beauty for their fast shipping. On initial spray this is quite strong. A very sweet floral perfume. I definitely get the pear and white flowers like the gardenia. The heliotrope and vanilla do give it a cosmetic smell and the coconut a very touch of a tropical lotion scent. I wouldn’t say it is powdery as such, but it does remind me of how a woman who has done nicely scented body products and makeup on would smell. It dries down to a pretty white floral with the touch of amber and vanilla for sweetness. Perfect for spring and summer evenings. It might become a bit overwhelming and cloying in the heat. All in all a very pleasant fragrance that someone who likes scents like Gucci gardenia or even the sadly discontinued Madonna Truth or Dare might like. Edit: I know what this reminds me of - Alaïa Eau de Parfum Blanche.

This perfume reminded me of something and I just realized it smells like %80 similar to Marc Jacob’s . It smells really good and I do really like it. The longevity seems pretty good so far but the sillage isn’t great. It’s one of those that sits close to the skin or clothes. As for smelling like the Huda beauty powder I don’t think it smells anything like it. It’s more fruity and a bit tropical and the powder is more grown up powdery florals. The bottle feels super cheap and the lid gets stuck which isn’t great but the price is pretty good so I guess I won’t complain too much .

I usually complain about longevity, probably because there are specific scents I become anosmic to or maybe it’s my skin chemistry. Anyway I don’t have any complaints about longevity here. I agree with the person who wrote that this is a stronger version of utopia. For the price longevity is excellent. The scent is not my favorite but it is beautiful, people who love tropical white florals need to try this. I recommend this one. If tropical white florals were my favorite scent profile I would love this.

It does smell like the makeup powder but with a fruitiness to it. It's really nice! Maybe kinda like Born In Roma but powdery. Like BIR, Narciso Poudree and Glossier You mixed together It smells kinda vintage in that makeupy perfume way but not at all traditionally mature or anything

I don’t think it smells like any of the perfumes mentioned above. It’s a sweet pear, jasmine and tuberose perfume. Sits very close to skin. After about an hour it smells sweet and powdery. After 2 I can hardly smell it. Has worse longevity than Kayali.
