Boss The Scent for Her Eau de Toilette

Another of my long stored away samples I finally get to try during lock down. It's a pretty little scent. Frankly, I get no cocoa or honey at all, just dominant artificial peach and freesia. Don't take that 'artificial' as a negative by the way. Fruity scents just are artificial by default, just some a little bit more so than others, and at the end of the day it's a matter of preference. I, for example, prefer artificial strawberry flavors in fruits over natural strawberry flavor. Anyway, so this peach is a very recognizable peach, but the type that you'd smell when opening a fresh tub of artificially flavored peach yogurt. All over it's very light, fruity, floral, feminine. You won't disturb anyone wearing this... you might not wow anyone either though. Frankly, I have to agree with some previous comments, if I smelled this on someone, I might presume it's their deodorant, shampoo or body lotion, maybe. Nothing wrong with that. If it makes you feel upbeat and fresh, then it's a very safe all purpose every day pick. Sillage as well as longevity are pretty meh for me. Touch ups over the day would be absolutely required. There's nothing bad about this fragrance for me, I just can't help but think you'd easily get very similar smelling cheapies at the drugstore for a fraction of the price. I do think, however, that this might be a lovely first 'proper fragrance' gift for a young teen. The bottle is stylish and cute, the brand well known... great first 'grown up' fragrance for a young girl's vanity. Edit: So turns out my husband likes this a lot on me. As it's not really my jam, I wouldn't be buying it, but men (mine at least) seem to like it, if that's a deciding factor for you.

Smells really good, fruity and sweet but not cloying. Kind of forgettable though, I don’t reach for this a lot and have almost the full bottle left after 2 years of owning it, gotta try to use up some when spring and summer come around. It’s quite boring and a bit juvenile but it’s still such a pleasant scent in it’s simpleness that I do like it.

This smells like shampoo. Or shower soap. Or something along those lines. I always feel clean when wearing it. But Hugo Boss, seriously? Step up your game! This should be very very cheap. It doesn't smell anything special. Doesn't even smell like a perfume. That said, I like it a lot. Very inoffensive .

A very light and basic scent. Might be good for work or school. Not very special in any way. I can smell peach and freesia, but they are more on the synthetic side. Smells like something Avon would do, I don't mean in a bad way, Avon also has some good scents.

It's very light, i can smell the peach and honey the most. It's a nice everyday scent. Some say it doesn't last long, but I've been wearing this for 5 hours and can still smell it the same amount as when I first put it on.

Very sweet, not unpleasant, lasts 5 seconds on your skin. Not exactly a bargain.....

Smells like toilet spray. Cheap female deodorant. Thankfully doesn't last too long haha.

Smells like the scented candle corner at IKEA.

I love this scent. I bought it and used it for my first holiday with my current boyfriend. I feel happy and light when wearing this, and I do have a sophisticated nose. So this is a not such a guilty pleasure. As much as I like the pink bottle..I came to the conclusion that this is what is misleading. Forget the bottle...and just smell it. There is a distinct cacao/coffee note there that gives it that unique character, a beachy coconuty yet old-world feel. To me it is an escape from everyday...you are doing office job all year..yet before the big adventure you pack your bag, don on your travel boots, you sail the seas and explore new lands..the other side of you, the one you hide behind seriousness and business. This is the real you, bubbling and young at heart, following your heart. You can feel sunshine on your face and inside you, dreams and inspirations are abound, you are maybe in the Maldives, or on a yacht..or soaking up fruit by the sea, maybe just made love on a honeymoon, or being in Japan. Do not be fooled...the eau has lots to show you. Bubblegum at first..it tranforms into a bliss of olfactory senses and takes you on a journey you long for.

I got The Scent For Her as a gift and it was a blind buy by my Hugo Boss loving father. It is definitely something specific and It isn't for everyone, even though the notes are nice, something throws it off just a little but I am not too sure what it is. Whenever I do wear this scent, very rarely do I get compliments from women but I always get so many compliments from men. All my guy friends, male family members and my boyfriend love this scent. It has something sexy to it but also sophisticated, smells like a business women trying to get her way. I would recommend this for night time, even though it is a nice day time scent, I definitely feel that it is for the night. Do not blind buy since it is very specific.

I have not smelled the original which is on my list. This is just very citrusy, floral with some orange blosom, and hint of cocoa on background which gives it somewhat musky feel. I think its nice but not anything earth shattering

This floral-fruity fragrance is combined with thick gourmand shades. A fresh,femenine perfume. EdT

its so boring and same time weird I would never like to smell like this
